• alessandro (8/5): Consigliato - La posizione,a pochi passi dalla stazione Termini è indubbiamente molto comoda per chi arriva in treno e nonostante la stazione la struttura è in luogo tranquillo e sicuri. Thiona ,la ragazza che serve la colazione, è estremamente gentile e disponibile e si dà molto da fare per accontentare il cliente Ci sono alcune piccoli dettagli che andrebbero sistemati,in particolare nel bagno della stanza quadrupla..per il resto tutto buono!

Saliento a facilidade de comunicação com o proprietário e agradeço ter satisfeito o meu pedido de antecipar a hora do pequeno almoço, de forma a aproveitar melhor o dia na minha vsita a Roma. Fornecem um serviço de pequeno almoço, maravilhoso, diversas frutas frescas, iogurte, leite, cafe, ovos, chá, frutos secos, cereais e o melhor de tudo, excelentes croissants. Adorei a minha estadia e se voltar a Roma, seguramente ficarei no mesmo alojamento. Recomendo. Tudo muito bom!

Personale molto disponibile alla colazione Dettagli poco curati nelle stanze, poca insonorizzazione con gli altri appartamenti ( al piano di sopra qualcuno ha suonato il piano quasi fino a mezzanotte)

We thought a hotel would have someone to help us with directions, etc. There were some unsavory types in the neighborhood, possibly staying in the building. Elevator not always available, but we were on the 2nd floor. Wish there was someone there to help with directions, etc. great staff for breakfast.
• Steven (10/5): Geweldige locatie waar je je direct thuisvoelt - Ligging aan de rand van het centrum in een levendige buurt met vlakbij een mooi parkje met veel bomen en bankjes. Ook het Colosseum en Termini op loopafstand. Daarnaast de gastvrije ontvangst door Valerio, de prettige communicatie met hem en de altijd vrolijke (ontbijt)assistente Teona. Het ontbijt was overdadig met veel keus.

• Stephan (10/5): We had an amazing stay!! - The B&B was in a nice neighbourhood, near the metro and in the middle of the city centre. It had a homy feel to it and was clean. But the what made it truly special was the sweetest host ever! Teona did her absolute best to make us feel at home and left a little gift every day. She made a really good breakfast and managed the B&B. So if we would rate her it would be a 10+++ We liked everything and have no comments

Everything was at a very high standard — the cleanliness, organization, and overall comfort created a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The room was well-maintained and extremely comfortable, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was also delicious and offered a great variety of options for every taste. The location was perfect: just 7 minutes from the Colosseum and about 5 minutes from the metro station and terminal, making it very easy to get around the city. I would definitely recommend B&B to anyone visiting Rome!

• Remo Christian (10/5): Freundlich und schön - Sehr sympathisches B&B mit drei Zimmern. Unser Familienzimmer war liebevoll und auch durchdacht eingerichtet. Dazu noch ein paar nette Aufmerksamkeiten erhalten. Es hat allen sehr gefallen. Persönlicher und freundlicher Empfang und bedientes, leckeres Morgenessen. Wir konnten das Gepäck dort lassen und das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfreich. Beim Familienzimmer ist das (sehr schöne) Bad gegenüber durch den Flur erreichbar, was Nachts etwas mühsam ist – aber das wussten wir ja vorab.

• Maria (9/5): We enjoyed our time and stay at Double B Ferruccio l as the staff was very friendly. - Our room was big, we liked the way the beds were set up as it slept 4 people. Having breakfast each morning was a very nice bonus. It gave us the chance to talk with the morning staff who were very happy to help in anyway possible. It was nice to be near good restaurants as they were in walking distance. The bus stop and local metro are in walk distance as Double B Ferruccio l is not very close to main attraction. We found ourselves in the kitchen area often to eat dinner in or just to have a change of view when in for the night. To be honest at first we were not thrilled with having our bathroom in the hallway and always having to have keys with you to unlock and lock the bathroom door. However, after the first night we got use to it. Of course we would have liked to have a bathroom in our room, but with the layout of the room there is no way to do that. Also having somewhere other than your bed to sit on while hanging out in the room would make for a nice option.

• Regina (10/5): Super! - The staff was very helpful and friendly, the facilities are great. I definitely recommend their breakfast, it was very delicious and a great way to start the day. The walls are pretty thin, so you can often hear the people living in the rooms next to or above yours.

• Irena (10/5): Wyjątkowo zadbany, komfortowy, godny polecenia. - Przez cały pobyt mogłyśmy korzystać z kuchni, w której do dyspozycji była kawa (nawet bezkofeinowa), herbata i woda. W pokoju było wyjątkowo czysto i ciepło. Codziennie sprzątano nam apartament, dostarczano nowe przekąski a lodówka była zapełniana napojami. Przyjęła nas dziewczyna o imieniu Rosa, która swoim zaangażowaniem, profesjonalizmem i uśmiechem sprawiła, że pobyt w tym miejscu uważamy za niesamowicie udany. Wszędzie chodziłyśmy pieszo, gdyż lokalizacja jest idealna do zwiedzania Rzymu. W deszczowy dzień wymieniono nam ręczniki na świeże, co było miłą niespodzianką. Właścicielka, Pani Giorgia, reagowała na każde nasze zapytanie i była dostępna telefonicznie nawet późnym wieczorem. Czułyśmy się mile widzianymi gośćmi i całym sercem polecamy to gościnne miejsce. Dziękujemy za piękny upominek na koniec pobytu. :) Włoskie śniadania są raczej skromne i słodkie. Był to po prostu słodki rogal, kawa, sok, owoc i na życzenie tost z białego pieczywa. Przy dłuższym pobycie pewnie by nam brakowało warzyw, jajek czy serów. Dla gości, którzy są przyzwyczajeni do śniadań w formie szwedzkiego bufetu, te śniadania mogą być nieco niewystarczające. Natomiast wynika to z kultury Włoch, gdzie jada się właśnie w ten sposób. za to obsługa podczas śniadania była na najwyższym poziomie a godziny zjedzenia posiłku bardzo elastyczne.

• filip (8/5): Leuk en voldoende. - Ontbijt was basic maar voldoende. Badkamer is afzonderlijk van de kamer (kamer 3) maar dat stoorde niet. De geur op de badkamer is niet zo aangenaam (iets plaatsen dat aangename geur geeft is welkom). Zeker een leuk verblijf en goed gelegen om overal te geraken. Kleine B&B, slechts 3 kamers. 10 Minuten van Colloseo te voet, 5 minuten van metro, 10 minuten te voet van station Termini, heel veel eetgelegenheden vlak bij het verblijf. Leuke plaats om Rome te bezoeken. Geur badkamer, simpel op te lossen door een geurverfrisser te plaatsen.
• Casanovas (10/5): Muy recomendable, volveremos sin duda!! - El alojamiento está a 2 minutos de la parada de metro y a tan solo 10 minutos del centro histórico, su ubicación es excelente, todo está muy bien comunicado. Además, la habitación es moderna, muy cómoda y grande, ideal para descansar después de estar todo el día visitando la ciudad. Estuvieron pendientes de todo tipo de detalle, Rosa en concreto fue muy amable y agradable con nosotras. El desayuno era muy variado y estaba riquísimo, sin duda volveremos a repetir la próxima vez que viajemos a Roma. Nada, todo fue genial.
• Messner (8/5): Great cozy stay & good location for visiting Rome - Great location, you can reach the forum and the colosseum on foot, which makes it great for visiting Rome. Also a lot of restaurants close by. Self check-in at any time. Clean comfortable rooms. We were also able to leave the luggage until our flights later in the evening. Amazing breakfast every morning with pastries, fruits, omelette, fresh juice and coffee. The hosts are very friendly, offering advice about where to go and places to eat in Rome. Their attention to detail makes the experience unique. It's a bit noisy in the morning. A lot of noise coming from the kitchen and hallway, really loud chatter, probably due to other guests coming and going. It's okay if you are an early riser and don't mind being ready to go around 8-9 AM.

• Lucie (9/5): - Krásný pokoj a velká pohodlná postel. Měli jsme vše, co jsme potřebovali. Slečna Elisa se o nás skvěle starala a dělala super snídaně. 🥰 Dostali jsme mapu s osvědčenými restauracemi a podniky. Ke konci pobytu jsme dokonce dostali malý dárek v podobě přívěsků, moc nás to potěšilo! Ubytování má skvělou polohu, téměř všude jsme došli pěšky, případně je i kousek od ubytování metro. Pokud bych někdy znovu jela do Říma, ráda se vrátím zpět do tohoto ubytování. ❤️ Po sprchování podlaha v koupelně velmi klouzala (v pantoflích). Ale to byla jen maličkost.🫣😅

• Louise (9/5): Great stay in ideal location. Comfy bed, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. - The bed was very comfy and the room was clean. The TV streaming facilities was great for my kid once we got back to the room after a long day exploring. We loved the breakfast- it was delicious (especially the coffee) and Elisa who made it for us was really kind, especially to my young son, who has already asked if we can go to Rome again so we can see her 🙂 I also appreciated the nice gesture of leaving some Prosecco for me in the room for my birthday 🥂 Location was great as we were near the Colisseum and a metro line. The bathroom smelled quite strongly of drainage. We had to keep the door closed at all times. Shower gel was provided, but shampoo too would be very useful (especially for this extra travelling with only hand luggage).
• Nalati (9/5): Soggiorno ottimo - Colazione ottima la signora è stata sempre super disponibile e carina. La struttura è a 3 minuti dalla metro, a 15 minuti a piè dalla stazione di Termini posizione ottima. Camera e bagno pulitissimi.
• Amaia (9/5): Una agradable estancia en Roma - Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue un gran acierto. La ubicación es muy buena para visitar Roma caminando. Está a 10min andando de la estación de Termini y a 10min andando del Coliseo. La atención del anfitrión fue de 10. Estuvo siempre atento y nos preparó un gran desayuno cada mañana con mucho detalle. Algo poco habitual en Roma. Nos dio las instrucciones para hacer self check in puesto que llegábamos por la tarde-noche y no tuvimos ningún problema. Quizás el baño de nuestra habitación era algo pequeño y con olor a humedad y la habitación también tenía un poco de humedad. Nada que no se pudiera solucionar ventilando.

• Daniela (10/5): - Ho riscontrato una pulizia ineccepibile, le camere sono confortevoli e spaziose a sufficienza. Ho apprezzato molto l'accoglienza con fresche brioches di pasticceria ed una bottiglietta di prosecco. In camera è presente un piccolo frigo contenente bibite e acqua a disposizione gratuitamente. La posizione è ottima! Abbiamo girato praticamente sempre a piedi e utilizzato la metro (a due passi) solo per raggiungere il Vaticano. Nonostante la stazione Termini sia vicina, la zona è tranquilla e anche la sera non abbiamo avuto nessun timore al momento del rientro. Un ringraziamento alla gentile signora che con gentilezza e premura ci ha preparato delle ottime colazioni ! Nulla!
• Stefano (10/5): - Questo B&B ha tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno a Roma: è vicino sia alla stazione Termini che al centro (il Colosseo è a meno di 10 minuti); la camera è spaziosa, il bagno funzionale e il letto comodo; la colazione è fantastica; il personale è super disponibile e cordiale: Elisa è stata gentilissima e ha preparato per noi un'ottima e abbondante colazione. Dopo il check-out abbiamo potuto lasciare le nostre valigie nell'atrio del B&B per poi ritirarle appena prima del nostro treno. 10/10 Nulla, era tutto perfetto.

• Monica (9/5): Soggiorno perfetto. Struttura accogliente, comoda al centro e pulita. - L’accoglienza è il punto di forza della struttura. Cura dei dettagli, disponibilità dei locatori, pulizia e colazione impeccabile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è ottimale, comodissima alla metro e a 15 minuti a piedi da via dei Fori Imperiali. Valerio e Giorgia sono stati meravigliosi, Valerio ci ha riempito di consigli su ristoranti testati da loro personalmente (e sono stati tutti all’altezza del consiglio ricevuto) e ci ha coccolati con delle colazioni che spesso a Roma (che io frequento molto per lavoro) non si trovano nemmeno nei grandi alberghi.

• Ilaria (10/5): - Siamo stati accolti da Valerio che è stato per tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno disponibile e sorridente! Addirittura si è preoccupato di chiedere ad un suo amico un ristorante da consigliarci perché avevamo un piatto in particolare che volevamo assaggiare e ne avevamo parlato con lui a colazione! Un gesto semplice ma che fa la differenza e può decisamente cambiare l’esito di un soggiorno! L’attenzione nella colazione la disponibilità e la posizione super comoda e centrale sono sicuramente i motivi per i quali sceglieremo di nuovo di soggiornare da loro

Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la habitación a mirad de la estancia y fueron súper amables y resolutivos, solucionando el problema en muy pocas horas. • Marie-Alice (9/5): Parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours afin de découvrir Rome - Superbe séjour, chambre qui donne sur la cour de l’immeuble donc très calme la nuit. Le logement est très bien situé, proche de la gare si vous arrivez par Termini. Un grand merci à Elisa pour ses petits déjeuner, ses recommandations et conseils, ainsi que sa bonne humeur. Aucune remarque nous avons passez un très bon séjour.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità della ragazza che sistema le camere e prepara la colazione La posizione , ad una sola fermata da Termini e a 100 mt dall’ingresso della Metro Consiglio un paravento o una soluzione comunque per chi ha la camera 3 , che ha il bagno esterno . Se si esce dalla doccia si è costretti ad organizzare tutto il cambio per tornare in camera, oltre per evitare incontri con gli altri inquilini , anche per il cambio di temperatura. La colazione , potrebbe far piacere oltre alla soluzione di fette biscottate, uova o toast, dei cornetti freschi o delle torte ..sarebbe molto apprezzato
• Maria (10/5): - Проживала в апартаментах 2 дня, все понравилось: расположение удачное, до Колизея мин 15 пешком, фотографии обстановки соответствуют, завтраки вкусные, обстановка домашняя, как будто у друзей гостила. Отдельное спасибо Валерио за гостеприимный прием. Заселение бесконтактное. Инструкцию прислали сразу. Все нашла и зашла без проблем, есть лифт. Это мое 3 путешествие по Италии и зная как бывает, приятно удивлена. Комната чистая, обставлена со вкусом, была вода и доступ на кухню 24/7. Рекомендую.

• Alisa (10/5): Все было хорошо !) - Отличное месторасположение, удобный и уютный номер, вкусный завтрак, хорошее обслуживание 😊 Все было хорошо, могу лишь предложить «улучшения» : - в номере не хватает мусорки, стаканов и воды , подстаканника для зубных щеток , полочка для геля/шампуня в душевой немного плохо держится , короткую информационную доску с тем что можно получить на завтрак (у нас каждый день было яйцо, вкуснейший сэндвич, вода,сок , джемы на выбор,йогурт и фрукты нарезанные) Но это все пустяки , нам все понравилось 🥰

Amazing host and Elisa was the best ! - The day before my arrival, the property owner/manager, Georgia, contacted me to confirm my arrival time and ask if I needed anything. Her arrival instructions were well-described. She also sent restaurant recommendations, which were top-notch. The location was easy to get to, just a 5-7 minute walk from the train station. Breakfast and cleanliness were taken care of by Elisa, who was lovely and extremely friendly. She ensured we had everything we asked for and was always available, making our experience 10x better. I felt like I was living in a mansion, only a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum and central Rome. We were so lucky to find this place; it's insanely gorgeous. Nothing I loved everything
• Belladonna (9/5): Confortevole - La camera era molto molto bella. C’era la tv un letto bello grande e comodo era molto spaziosa e sopra c’era un mini soggiorno con due poltrone . Era pulita e anche il bagno molto grande e pulito . Inoltre la colazione buonissima e anche i servizi di pulizia davvero eccezionali. La ragazza Elisa che ci preparava la colazione e puliva è stata carinissima. È molto gentile e paziente e ascoltava i clienti. Molto dolce e disponibile inoltre ci ha aiutati ad arrivare al Vaticano . La sua presenza è stata Che il nostro bagno fosse fuori e il rubinetto era un po’ rotto .

• Viviána (10/5): - Personál bol veľmi milý a nápomocný, vačsinu času nás obsluvala Maria a bola skvelá, poradila nám aj ohľadom cesty Metrom. Posledný deň nám pripravovala raňajky Eliza, ona bola tiež veľmi milá a nápomocná s kuframi pri odubytovaní. Ubytovanie má úplne skvelú lokalitu, veľmi dobrú dostupnosť, hneď pri Metre. Dostanete sa odtiaľ všade jednoducho.

• Linda (8/5): Tutto sommato bene - Struttura accogliente in una posizione comoda e strategica. Colazione deliziosa e abbondante. Tamara (spero di non sbagliare il nome), gentilissima e cortese. Il bagno privato ESTERNO alla stanza. Quando ho prenotato la stanza vi era la dicitura “bagno privato”, quindi immaginavo bagno privato in camera, invece era esterno, ma privato. Piccolo consiglio: quando prenotate chiedete se il bagno effettivamente è privato all’interno della stanza. Invito il proprietario ad aggiungere alla parola “privato” anche la parola “esterno”, così magari ci si regola di conseguenza, senza avere sorprese il giorno del check in.

Very clean and quiet room. wi-fi was nearly non existent. Speeds are terrible if you want to stream. not a night light in the room. The lights available were too bright for an overnight.

Przykry zapach mocno wyczuwalny podczas całego pobytu,nie polecam pokoju nr 1.
