Имел брони на 3 дня у другого хоста который в последний момент когда я приехал в 9:00 вечера отменил бронирование. После этого пришлось срочно искать новые апартаменты. Этот хост меня спас. В номере есть всё необходимое и чистая постельное бельё. В данном здании сдаётся огромное количество апартаментов и хосты сдающие их к сожалению наплевательски относятся к клиентам. Вид на трущобы.

• Douglas (7/5): Very helpful host & good quiet location, would recommend. - Breakfast was not offered at the apartment but there is a restaurant & convenience stores at the property, the host was very helpful as we arrived very late but he met us to show how to get in & give the keys. Thanks again. There was a lack of cutlery, spoons & glassware, the bath towels were very poor quality & size almost like face towels. Interior fittings are a bit dated & rough around the edges.

Modern building, great apartment and great AC, beautiful pool. Host met us at the building entrance and provided instructions and entrance cards. Wifi was great, didn't use the kitchen, only the fridge. Area felt safe

Pool was nice but had to call the host to accompany you to get in . Signage posted everywhere indicating short term rental being illegal was very off putting on arrival. Very noisy location - no covering on one of the bedroom windows which was a problem while trying to sleep. Bathroom needed more than a cursory wipe over clean.
• Jana (6/5): Pleasant - Unfortunately, the accommodation did not match the photos shown online. We were disappointed and would definitely have chosen a different place for the same price. The room was poorly equipped, some devices didn’t work, and the bathroom was in very bad condition. The staff responded quickly to our requests and were helpful, but the whole check-in process felt a bit suspicious. You couldn't enter the hotel normally; you had to contact someone each time to be taken to your room. This was not communicated in advance, so we ended up waiting a long time in front of a locked door without knowing what to do.
• Alison (1/5): Terrible - would not go there. - There seems to be some confusion with this property. It is rated a 4 star and has some great reviews and so was expecting something half decent. Arrived outside where infinity Pool Signature is located on google maps and was led to the neighbouring block Rivergate Residences. Apartment did not resemble the quality and images shown on Booking.com. Room much smaller and furnishings were very old and chipped. Toiletries were not what would be expected of a 2* hotel (see images), bathroom very tired and lacked grouting, floor was sticky, double bed was squeezed up against a wall and the other side had a shelf system and so unable to access the bed on either side and no bedside tables, walls were dirty and needed a total refresh. Overall nowhere near 4 star standard. Looked up Riverside Apartments on Booking.com and it is listed as a separate property with poor reviews. Spoke to security staff outside and they told me that Infinity Signature was the next block - where I had originally thought. Contacted manager/owner and he said that I was in the right place and where I had booked. He then said ‘you would believe the security staff over the owner?’. He also said that the Riverside Apartments were fake listings. I asked repeatedly for a refund but got no response. Outside the apartment was a notice saying that the property could not be rented on short term lets. Was also told that if we wanted to use the pool we had to contact him first. He would then let the people in the pool area to let us into the pool area. Ended up checking out and booking into a 3 * hotel which was by far superior in comfort and cleanliness. Feel totally ripped off.

The floor was sticky, the walls and the windows were dirty, the bathroom was full with black mould. You can see the dust on the TV on the pictures also. The picture of the booking page represents another apartment in perfect condition, but not the one they give us.

Great coffee shop close by. Plenty of supermarkets. Lots of places you eat and drink in the close locality. Easy to use Grab cars and bikes Was a little further out ftom the main attractions than we expected. It's a challenge to walk anywhere in HCMC and thus location is no exception. The traffic is dense!

Anlage wohl „paralegal“ zur kurzzeit-Vermietung genutzt, siehe große Schilder am Eingang, daher Poolnutzung etwas umständlich. Eigentümer hat aber immer sofort auf WhatsApp reagiert und alles geregelt.
• Marty (10/5): Exceptional - Bryan our host was very helpful, I had accidently booked a studio (my fault) which was too small for our family. Bryan was able to organize a larger 1 bedroom apartment for us in the adjacent building which we moved into which was great. Good amount of space to spread out, washing machine worked great. Location of apartments really good, out of hustle and bustle of district 1 yet still close enough that it is a quick commute.

• Liz (9/5): Great place in Saigon! - Clean, modern, comfortable apartment with everything you need - even a washing machine with washing powder! There are shops and basic restaurants nearby which is also handy. Comms with host was easy and he gave us plenty of information about what to do and where to eat. All in all a perfect place for a short stay in Saigon. It wasn’t really a problem for us, but it’s a good 15/20 min walk into district 1 area - not always an easy task in a big city in Vietnam!
• Do Anh (10/5): - The place is very clean and cosy. I had a relaxing stay. The owners were very nice. The placd itself is close to the core of District 1 on a busy thoroughfare so you will hear the constant honking of motorcycles, cars, and trucks. Other than that, it's a great location. In Saigon, you have to know how to play Frogger and that doesn't matter where you stay. Besides that, the hallways are super warm and humid. The unit offers an immediate repriefe from the heat.
• Tony (2/5): - I booked this place just because of the infinity pool and turned out it is not an actual infinity pool at all, the pool is so small and crowded. The agent had nasty attitude. The apartment had sewerage smell, mold and so dirty. You can find up to 10th generation of cockroaches living with you, they are crawling around daytime so imagine when you turned off the lights. If they have minus star , i would give them that . And it was over priced. Go with different agents they give you better room and better deal. This is my worst experience . This apartment should not be on Expedia. Please considering

We changed my room accordingly, but the air conditioning in the new room was too noisy, so we switched rooms again. Although the building is modern and well-located, the bathroom in the place I stayed was in poor condition. There were many bugs, and the glasses weren't clean. I had stayed at much better places for the same price, so I chose not to extend my stay and selected another luxurious facility at a more reasonable price.

Couple of small shops on the complex too. About a 20 minute walk to district 1 where most of the bigger bars and restaurants are, but plenty around this apartment building - all very very locals orientated and plenty of food choices.

Only 1 part of Apt. B elevator can only go down, not up? High traffic, building is next to a bridge? Rude property staff. The person did not greet, (I didn't who he was. It was a random stupid person directing me to the apartment), and didn't want to speak to me directly in vietnamese. It was strange and uncomfortable at check in. There are better places in other Districts. This place is the worst.

Clean and tidy apartment, with a washing machine which was invaluable with travelling around SE Asia. Nice and close to local restaurants in district 4, but only 15/20 mins walk to the main market and rest of HCMC city and the nightlife. Having the pool and gym is a great bonus to. Couple of extra pillows wouldn't go a miss, and some larger/newer towels, but didn't distract from a great stay!

The pool is a little cool for some kids, mine anyway. The are are few entrances to different buildings, so finding your building and settling in wasn’t easy. It’s spacious and good value.

The room was good. A Severn eleven and nice coffee shop on the ground floor. Both with free WiFi. The pool was nice.
• Emily (8/5): Very good - Modern apartment with a nice pool area. In a good location, loads of street food nearby and just a short 15 minute walk over the river to District 1. Check in was smooth and easy with the host greeting us - they were very communicative and added our WhatsApp to share things to do and places to eat in the local area.

• Brylea (7/5): Enjoyable, comfortable, easy to get to, had decent facilities, clean, perfect for what we needed - Location was good anything we needed was in walking distance. We noticed the door to where the washing machine is didn’t close properly so there was lots of noise coming into the room.
• Saman (10/5): This review is a bit late but we are deeply indebted to Brian and his wife. I ended up with a fractured leg as soon as I - Excellent. Fully equipped and everything was neat and clean.

• Melanie (8/5): very good thank you. - The views and the pool are amazing. The apartment was clean and very functional. Bryan js extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions. it is really handy to have the mini marts and taxi support from the concierge downstairs. It is a good location. I would suggest adding an ironing board (there is an iron) and some spoons to eat with.
• Doug (10/5): Motorcycle adventure stop over before Cambodia - Great place to stay just outside district 1 which is manic . I don’t realise but it is an apartment . Got super parking for the motorcycles which are guarded 24 hr . There was shops and coffee bar in the ground floor . Enjoyed the stay . Great view from the 18 th floor . The man who owns it was great to deal with
