• Safiye (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Küche bietet sich zur Selbstverpflegung an, soweit man das möchte. Mit Kind ist das für mich sehr vorteilhaft gewesen. Die Lage ist super zentral, so dass wir jeden Tag zu Fuß unterwegs waren. Vom Flughafen können Sie es mit Alibus und Metro ganz einfach erreichen. Die Gastgeberin hat sich sehr gut gekümmert und uns gute Tipps gegeben. Sie hat uns auch ein späteres Check Out ermöglicht. Vielen Dank.. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Ich habe die Unterkunft last minute für einen reduzierten Preis gebucht. Der reguläre Preis ist nicht unbedingt preiswert. Aber das ist natürlich immer eine persönliche Beurteilung.

The location in Piazza Carità is the best location 2 minutes walk in via Toledo to the metro. We were right in Via Toledo, restaurants, stores and the Galleria d"Italia, also minutes walk to Piazza Dante. I loved the Balcony and the street views. We want to thank Fabiana for her professional handling, assistance and advice. We shall return to Napoli and to this very apartment. Period. Nothing

Unfortunately, the windows aren't soundproof enough, so noise can be heard even at night with the windows completely closed. Also, the shower head needs to be replaced. But it wasn’t big problem for us :)

Un peu bruyant malgré le double vitrage mais c’est le charme napolitain ! Accueil très chaleureux, arrangeant et très souriant . Fabiana a fait tout son possible pour faciliter notre séjour. En conclusion : Un beau logement , bien situé et des hôtes charmants ! Rien - tout était bien

Jääkaapin kanssa kannattaa olla tarkkana ettei katkaise virtaa erillisistä napeista. Pistokkeisiin ei kaikki meidän töpselit käy joten adapteri on hyvä ostaa - maksaa 1 € . Kannattaa pitää mukana 20s kolikoita sillä hissi toimii näillä. Meitä tämä ei haitannut yhtään.
• Sonia (10/5): It was really great and we definitely recommend it! - First of all, the apartment was amazing, it was clean and well kept, had everything you could need and was very close to the city centre, literally a walking distance from all the best places. Secondly, our hostess Fabiana was incredible! She was super nice and when we were in a bit of trouble about our travel arrangements, she immediately helped us out. I really couldn’t recommend this place enough, definitely worth the stay.

The building itself is really nice, and the apartment is beautifully decorated, practical, and perfectly suited for a family. We also really appreciated the clever organization between the different apartments. And finally, the location could not be more perfect for discovering Naples! The only things missing would be a vacuum cleaner and some furniture for the balcony.

• Paul (10/5): Perfect location and stunning apartment - The location was perfect for us. We visited for our anniversary trip and on arrival were greeted by the host with a bunch of flowers for my wife. The apartment was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our visit.
• Tzhang (10/5): Very convenient and comfortable space! - The room is located on Toledo Street, with many restaurant options downstairs and close to the supermarket, very safe. Very friendly and kind landlord, here I especially want to thank Carmen, when we arrived, she came downstairs very quickly to greet us and recommended everything I wanted to know. I believe I will definitely come back here again.
• Olga (10/5): Wonderful place and wonderful hosts - The place itself is great and exactly as advertised. It's clean, sunny, comfortable. They provided a crib per our request, and the apartment had everything we needed to relax after the baby went to sleep: wine glasses, plates, comfortable sofas, balcony etc. I would like to separately compliment them on soundproofing. When we were staying, Napoli won the championship (those who know, know), and the party was happening right below for 3 nights straight. If not for a baby, we would be there too!! We, of course could hear some of the fireworks, but we and the baby slept through those nights with no problem. Location is wonderful, and the hosts provided us with recommendations that we just simply great. I wish every stay for vacation was as comfortable and pleasant as this one. Thank you!

• Tom (7/5): Good - The location, the view, the size of the apartment WiFi was very lame, no towels/linen change (costs 25€), no place to take more equipment if I need. We had to take the garbage with us at the checkout (!), never encountered in such thing, and it’s not my first time in Naples or not my first time in an apartment (and not hotel). In the description it was told that there is an iron, there was no iron in practice. Each time to take the elevator we had to pay 20 cents, and it was very small (for a family that comes to a vacation).
• Katrina (10/5): - The property is really lovely - in a great area near Via Toledo and very close to metro. Walkable distance from most major sights in Naples. We hardly used the metro. Quiet although in a busy area with a lovely grocery store within 300m. Kitchen lacked an oven and microwave but we found we didn’t need that this time as Naples has such great food available everywhere. Good communication from staff and they were very accommodating when we had to have very late check in.

• Stephenie (10/5): Amazing location and modern touches! - The property was modern and had two balconies with great views. We loved the location as it was right on a Main Street that was close to so many fun and beautiful sites such as the historic district, Spanish district, lots of restaurants and shops all around. We were within walking distance to the train, port, and Castle Nuovo as well. I felt safe walking out to shop after dark close by for clothes, treats and water to bring back to the apartment- I really enjoyed having that convenience. The apartment came with a kitchenette, a nice big bathroom with modern amenities, a large bedroom with storage, and a pull out couch in the living room plus a separate love seat. Lots of room for a family of 3-4. I would absolutely stay here again! The door in the bedroom didn’t seal so the noise from the busy street below was present at night. The door from the elevator/stairs could be very challenging! The elevator requires €.20 which is not a coin i ever seemed to have! Lol. We got our stairs in during the day! Not a show stopper at all. The elevator is free at night.
• Valentina (9/5): Beautiful modern apartment in the best location in Napoli - The apartment is in a perfect location in the heart of the Quartieri Spagnoli, with a ton of shops, restaurants and bars close by. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and Francesco, the owner, was very nice and let us check in early when we had nowhere to leave our bags on the first day. The shower cabin could be cleaned a little better as there was some mold in the corners, but nothing too serious. The rest of the room was very clean.

It was clean, well appointed and felt spacious enough that we weren’t all crowded together. We wish we’d booked our last night back here before we flew home after travelling. Due to the location you will hear the road noise but that seems to be par for the course anywhere in central Naples.

The apartment is well equipped, renovated, has a living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower and 2 balconies. The staff is very pleasant and enterprising, excellent and easy cooperation The heating control is bad, after setting it on the first day, the desired temperature in the room was achieved only tomorrow Although the windows and doors are good, there is a lot of noise coming from the street. But it's not a problem, you're in Naples after all
• Diana (6/5): We were disappointed with Toraldo Suites, which looked great but failed to deliver in terms of comfort or amenity. - The central location on Toledo Street is great and the building and the apartment are stylish and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms looked beautiful. It would be great for a couple, but no good for a family of five! As a family of five, staying for five nights, we were cramped and crowded in this apartment. It did not have two living areas, as indicated, so the sofa bed and (very uncomfortable) fold-out bed took up most of the living space. The kitchenette was poorly designed and not well equipped (eg no wine glasses, not enough coffee pods). It was annoying having only one set of keys between five guests. And two rolls of toilet paper was not enough for five people for five nights.
• Alex (10/5): Excellent property! Look no further for your booking :) - So spacious! Great for 2 of us. The view over the busy square below was really fun, and you cannot beat this location in Naples! The bed was super comfortable, and everything was so clean.

• Ofir (8/5): Very good - Great location. Fabiana is lovely and helpfull. Its not an apartment suited for 5 persons as stated. The shower's hot water boiler ran empty fast. Even with windows shuts it was still a bit noisey from the street below.

• Parveen (10/5): Great location for a city break. - This is the perfect apartment for a city trip. The location of Fabiana’s place is fantastic and very close to all of main train stations and right in the centre of Naples. We loved the little bakeries close to the apartment, especially the family owned one (located just downstairs)where we went each morning before our day started. My flight was delayed by nearly an hour which meant I’d only arrive around midnight. I ended up arriving at the apartment after 1am and Fabiana patiently waited to meet me without any complaints, she kept checking in on me while I was in the taxi making sure I was ok which was very comforting as the taxi driver mistakenly took me to another part of town! I’d highly recommend staying with such a friendly, thoughtful and kind host. She gave me loads of tips about what to do and where to visit. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was a memorable one. Thank you Fabiana!! Will definitely be back again. N/A
