Notre studio au dernier étage du côté du stade était très calme. Emplacement idéal pour les transports ( gare, métro, tram ) et un supermarché à proximité. La wifi est un peu instable.

• Marija (9/5): very good beds! - Very comfortable beds! Kitchen is equipped with everything you need, more than enough space in each room, big living room and bathrooms. There's noise from the big road and railway, but you just need to close window for silence. AC ventilation works silent and good enough to replace open window. Beautiful view from the window (my pics) Garbage. Small advice: if you stay for more than 2 nights ask receptionist how and where to dispose the garbage. Take your house slippers with you, this is not a 5*hotel, all the rest was great!

We arrived at 9am and notified in advance that we will arrive early and they said they will try their best. But when we arrived the staff just told us to come back at 3pm and had zero flexibility to let us check in even a little bit earlier. We got into the room around 3:30pm, definitely not staying at such poor service hotel again

The floor was terribly sandy. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Bedsheets were stained. Terribly disappointing. 2. We were told gym was 24hours on the welcome pamphlet but information is wrong. Gym is NOT 24hours. 3. We booked the 1 bedroom apartment but it actually is not a 1 bedroom apartment. It is a studio without a proper actual bedroom.

• Frank (9/5): - Locatie perfect naast de VU en zuidas. Modern ingericht. Leuke verrassing in de vorm van een flesje bubbels en chocolaatjes. Er viel niets tegen, boven verwachting.
• Manou (7/5): Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wäre es sauberer gewesen, hätten wir auch 5 Sterne gegeben. - Die Unterkunft hat eine hervorragende Lage. Der Service war super, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Leider war das Apartment nicht sehr sauber, die Oberflächen wirkten nicht gewischt, es lag sehr viel Staub und auch Dreck herum. Die Laken hatten ein paar Flecken. Und durch die Fensterscheiben konnte man kaum nach draußen schauen, ansonsten hätte man einen schönen Sonnenuntergang sehen können. Dadurch haben wir uns leider nicht so wohl gefühlt.

• Zoltan (7/5): - 2 Schlafzimmer und getrennte Badezimmer sind optimal, Lage ist gut, gutes Öffi Netz, wenig Lokale in der Nähe 1.) man kann die Zimmer nicht lüften, Zimmerfenster nicht kippbar, da das Rollo an der Decke die Kippfunktion blockiert :-( 2.) es gibt nur eine große Bettdecke für 2 Personen, auch noch sehr schwer, keine Einzeldecken :-( 3.) Geräusche von der Bahn und auch von der 8 spurigen Autobahn sehr laut während der ganzen Nacht :-(

• ruxp1n (6/5): - The room was equipped with clothes washer/dryer, Fridge for small items, sink, convection oven, stovetop with pots and pans, silverware. As only long-stay was the only optiin offered the sheets and towels and sheets were never changed unless a few was paid. The soonest to change linens was 7 days. There was no shower door to towels were needed to mop up the water all over the bathroom floor. Slipping was always a risk. Slippers, towels, and sheets were available at the front desk.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et l'aimabilité du personnel. Très bon emplacement, à 15 minutes chrono du centre-ville en tram à pied d'immeuble. Je recommande sans hésiter tout était ok

Ook heel fijn dat we van de Trainmore gym, 30 meter verderop gebruik konden maken We hadden om een taxi gevraag voor de rit naar Schiphol, maar zonder overleg regelde de receptioniste een chauffeur driven car, die 50 Euros koste, terwijl een taxi waarschijnlijk 20 - 30 % goedkoper zou zijn.

De plus l'appartement était situé près de la gare Amsterdam Zuid donc accès à l'aéroport Schipol très facile et rapide par train ou autobus. Tranquillité dans l'appartement car on n'entendait aucun des locaux voisins ou du corridor. Les photos reflètent la réalité. Vraiment un appartement dans un concept de niveau supérieur. Absolument rien.

On début 45 € par nuit, jusqu'à ma preuve que sur booking étais marqué 35€.Parle que anglais, ni français ou allemand. Manquer un repose valise dans la chambre. Une seule penderie, pour rester 5 jours,pas assez de place pour ranger les vêtements.
• Santiago (10/5): Lo que estaba buscando cuando hice mi research en Booking - Excelente departamento (piso 14) con una hermosa vista. Habitación con cama muy comoda, baño, sala y cocina completa. Todo lo que necesitaba. Recepción 24 hrs con Cafe y bebidas y snacks para comprar. Quizás está un poco legos de la parte turistica, pero esta pegado a una estacion de tren Amsterdam Zuid y a 300mts un Metro station que te deja en poco minutos en Amsterdam Central Station. Estuve 4 noches, quizás alguna limpieza cada tres dias no vendría mal. Igual pasan a llevarse la basura cuando lo necesitas.

• Amanda (8/5): Apartment in south Amsterdam - I was looking for an apartment with a washing machine for my stay in Amsterdam, and Premier Suites was a solid option near the Zuid train station. I booked a 1-bedroom apartment, but was given a 2-bedroom. Obviously bigger than I needed, but the apartment was huge and would be great for a family or friends traveling together. The staff was nice, and the apartment overall was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. It was convenient to the train, and also a tram line literally right outside the front door. Some of the furniture in the living area was stained, and none of the soaps in the bathrooms were topped up (which meant I used both showers since one ran out of soap entirely). My key card also stopped working at least once per day regardless of where I kept it in my purse, so that was a little annoying. Lastly, this isn't on the apartment, but still worth knowing: the neighborhood around here goes extremely dead on weekends; a lot of restaurants were closed the whole weekend, which I wasn't expecting!

• Cristina (8/5): It was oky - The rooms were clean and comfortable and the fact that in the lobby you have free coffee and tea is a big plus. Overall it was good but if I were to come back I would choose an accommodation closer to city center Even if the room was ready it was required to pay 25 euros to do the check in at 1pm (the checkin is at 3). It's the first time we've encountered this situation, we fully understand that if you want to check in 4 or more hours before the mentioned time you need to pay an extra fee because the room may not be ready and they need to use extra resources. But in this case, to be told that the room is ready and you still need to pay extra, I'm sorry but it left a bitter taste. Also it's quite far from the city center and you don't have many things to do around as it's situated in the corporate area.

Atendimento da equipe foi impecável desde o início. Um detalhe simples, mas que me chamou atençao, foi a falta de identificação nos corredores, já que são todos idênticos.

• Anna (10/5): Great alternative to central Amsterdam - Very roomy apartment to relax in after long days of sightseeing. Great location with a metro stop just in front. Nothing about the property itself but travelers should note Amsterdam Zud station stop is under construction. Arrival from the airport may not be possible. We opted for taxis coming and going (luggage and ease of transfer worth it) and glad since there were no trains running and access was only by stairs to station and platforms.

While the two young ladies at the front desk were friendly, the male staff and the seemingly more senior lady were not. We wished them a good morning and no reply. No smiles and no eye contact with guests. The kitchen appliances like the oven could be cleaner. Found pieces of glass and dust under:behind sofa.

Hyggelig frokost- og lunsjsted rett rundt hjørnet, og kort vei til butikk, Metro, tog og trikk. Vi bodde i 16. etasje, og hørte lite trafikkstøy. Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte i resepsjonen.

• AKO (8/5): 素晴らしかったです。ありがとう！ - LOFTへ滞在しましたが、オランダの標準を上回る広さと、キッチン周りの使いやすさ、交通の便が良かったです。洗濯機の使い方に不安はありましたが問題なく乾燥まででき、洗剤がなくなった時はフロントでもらうことができました。自転車も借りることができました。ベッドの低反発も寝心地が良かったです。 親切にしてもらいましたが、多少スタッフがビジネスライクな部分を感じました。

• Sistiana (9/5): Soggiorno confortevole, prezzo caro, anche se rientra nello standard di Amsterdam. Ci ritornerei. - Appartamento spazioso e pulito con due bagni. La struttura è a sud di Amsterdam in posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro. E' vicino alla stazione sud dove c'è anche la metro (circa 10 minuti a piedi). Di fronte c'è la fermata autobus, comodissima da usare per la frequenza e puntualità. C'è un supermercato ben fornito a metà strada tra Premier Suites e la stazione con ampio orario di apertura. Comodo il garage per l'auto presa a noleggio per due giorni; è situato sul retro, molto vicino. Le sedie in stoffa avevano qualche macchia e la dotazione della cucina era scarsa (pochi piatti spaiati; mancava un pentolino per scaldare il latte, e uno strofinaccio per asciugare le stoviglie; non c'era un microonde ma solo un piccolo forno elettrico; pochissimo detersivo per i piatti). Sarebbero state utili istruzioni per l'uso del fornello e del forno elettrico e per la regolazione del termostato del climatizzatore. Pochi ristoranti in zona.
• Luca (9/5): Soggiorno di coppia - Posizione molto comoda ai mezzi di trasporto, in zona tranquilla ma con supermercato vicino. , Appartamento ampio e ben dotato dei comfort. Staff molto cortese. . La doccia "walk-in" ha un vetro troppo corto, e si rischia di allagare il bagno se non si fa attenzione. La politica dei rifiuti non è ben chiara, c'era una pattumiera con solo due zone di raccolta rifiuti, ma noi in Italia siamo abituati a differenziare 5 tipi di rifiuti carta/plastica/vetro/organico/umido più indifferenziato.

• Dong (9/5): Pleasant stay at the outskirt of Amsterdam - The room we got was very spacious, even the bathroom. I think that this property is great for people who needs to work in the area for short period. Of course it will work for any tourists if you do not mind to take the trams to get in town. There are two choices (tram 5/25 or tram 24) Tram 24 will bring you right to the central station. The place has everything like an apartment including laundry machine. People are super friendly. The shower is widely open so if not careful, you will make the entire bathroom wet.

• WT (7/5): No sincere assistance rendered. - Location near to Amsterdam zuid station, parnassusweg tram station, supermarket, car hire and oetrol station. It was all about location for us. There aren't window coverings for living room and kitchen which are situated just next to the bathroom and bedroom. The accommodation was not helpful when we ask for assistance to put up a covering and even told us to vacate so that that room can be rented out to other customers. We can truly see that the accommodation is not sincerely there to make us as customers feel comfortable with our stay . We feel that they are not willing to extend a helpful hand when needed and we felt that there was a condescending tone in their speech.

• Gina (9/5): Quiet place from the chaos of Amsterdam city center - The place was close to public transportation - bus, tram, metro and train. A grocery was close by and we felt safe in the neighborhood. We appreciate the size of the room. We were on the 15th floor and as you exit the the elevator, to the right you will see through the inside of the 2nd glass door - the space seems to be the dumping place of the cleaners as you'll see the dirty sheets strewn about and other cleaning tools and implements. Nothing wrong with the space but they should at least cover the glass door with a curtain or something as it feels icky seeing all those clutter when we come home at night.

• Kay (8/5): Enjoyable stay and location for Amsterdam. - Comfortable beds and felt very safe and secure Lack of equipment. For example only 4 knives. Kettle too small for 4 people and only one pan and one frying pan not enough to cook. Also no tray for the oven and only 1 tea towel.

• 邱基禎 (9/5): 空間大，位置佳，電梯安全管制佳有機會還是會選擇回來 - 位置離南很近，到史基浦機場搭NS火車只要一站，到市區可以搭地鐵，另外25號電車就在門口，附近也有超市。空間很大，住起來很舒服，大廳提供免費咖啡和飲料，服務人員親切，對於提出的問題均能盡快解絕。房間在邊間視野很好天天看夕陽。空間大 淋浴設計不佳，只有半面玻璃洗澡很容易將浴室全部弄溼
• Judith (9/5): Would definitely be back! - Location, location, location, and definitely a large size of room. The property had all the amenities that one would need. Really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the room, along with a fridge and stove top. This isn’t like a hotel. This is like an apartment stay with a front desk who can provide your support , as a result you can’t expect quick turnaround service for room needs for example, if you need an extra towels . However, the staff is lovely and accommodating. There isn’t anything that I do not like about this property or the service we received this is more of a heads up.
