• Borut (5/5): Short vacation was nice whit family and friends but staying in this place made it a bit bad taste. Sure won’t made same - Good place for run to Barceloneta and really good brunch place nearby caled Jomo. Bad bathroom not working toilet sink we called to repar it, they said it’s been fixed but then later again sink didn’t work to flush the toilet. In bathroom there was no shower gel or some hand soap wich i had in all other places when i booked.

• salda (6/5): Posizione ottima, manca la pulizia e la manutenzione ordinaria - La posizione dell'alloggio è strategico vicino alla metro Paral-lel. Nelle vicinanze ci sono market e ristoranti utili per fare la spesa e utilizzare la cucina all'interno dell'appartamento Zona rumorosa soprattuto nelle prime ore notturne. L'appartamento tenuto con poca manutenzione, in bagno non c'erano porta asciugamani, nella vasca della doccia c'era la ruggine e il water scheggiato. Odore di muffa e piccoli animaletti in giro per l'appartamento
• Léa (4/5): Pour l’emplacement, pas le reste. - L’emplacement est top, les différentes terrasses et pièces sont grandes. - Aucun équipement (pas de poubelle salle de bain, pas de transats alors que présents sur les photos), pas produits sanitaires (gel douche, shampoing, savon pour les mains…) - Matelas du canapé-lit inconfortable - Pas de conseils sur l’appartement ou activités en ville - Bagagerie proposée à l’arrivée mais finalement on nous propose de les déposer dans le supermarché d’en face - Manque de personnalisation dans la décoration (lits, tables, chaises, rien de plus). - Une des salles de bain est très abîmée : portes de douche qui ne se ferment pas et fuient, poignées manquantes, receveur fissuré, pommeau de douche cassé. La taille de la douche est petite et la robinetterie qui manque d’entretien. - Rue très agitée, isolation phonique inexistante, pas vraiment adaptée au repos

• Pieter (7/5): Prima locatie met gezin, maar de zaterdag en zondag waren tot laat luidruchtig buiten. - Locatie Het uitgaansleven naast het appartement tot diep in de nacht. Isolatie was niet best. Te weinig mokken en glazen voor 4 personen. Thee en koffie gedronken uit frisdrankglazen.

• Marta (9/5): Pobyt rodzinny - Największym atutem jest lokalizacja. Do metra 1 minuta. Bardzo blisko do pięknych plaż. Plac Hiszpańskiego, Kataloński, La Rambla wszystko w odległościach ok 20-30 min spacerkiem. W zakątkach ulic można smacznie zjeść hiszpańskie dania. Blisko market. Pokój czysty. Kuchnia wyposażona w niezbędne urządzenia. Mimo wielu teatrów w okolicy w nocy było cicho. Fajnie spędziliśmy czas z dziećmi. Metro dojeżdża bezpośrednio do Camp Nou.

• Mathilde (7/5): De bons atouts sur le fond, des ajustements à faire sur la forme. - Logement spacieux et lumineux situé dans une résidence sécurisée, à moins d'une minute d'une bouche de métro, à 5 min des ramblas, commerce de proximité. Ascenseur. Bon accueil. Logement moyennement propre : le refrigirateur aurait mérité un nettoyage approfondi (dégivrage de la partie congélation notamment, nettoyage des étagères dans le frigo) tout comme les sols, les interrupteurs et la bouilloire (fond noir par endroit) Les lits de la chambre étaient confortables et propres, beaucoup moins dans le salon. Il manquait des alèses sur les matelas et des protections sur les oreillers ainsi qu' un étendoir pour étendre le linge (dommage puisqu'il y avait une machine à laver), pas de torchon dans la cuisine. Certains équipements manquaient d'entretien : poignées de porte de la baie vitrée en mauvais état, tiroir de commode défectueux, mauvaise évacuation du lavabo dans la salle de bain. Indication contradictoire pour jeter les déchets. Isolation phonique moyenne notamment côté rue. Pas de détecteur de fumée.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, and there were insufficient duvets provided. The windows appeared dusty, which affected the overall cleanliness of the room, and the television was not working during my stay. Additionally, the check-out experience was inconvenient, as the staff arrived later than the expected time.

Przydałyby się jakies wieszaki na kurtki,na ręczniki, nożyczki w - Lokalizacja zdecydowanie :) cała Barcelonę można zwiedzić pieszo. Dodatkowe opłaty za zameldowanie i wymeldowanie w danych godzinach. Powinien być zrobiony self check in, tak jak w większości miejsc. Czekaliśmy na obsługę w nocy 25min (zamiast obiecanych 10min) z dziećmi w deszczu.

• Jose Carlos (7/5): Esta bien para un finde - Muy bien localizado. El apartmento de forma general esta en buen estado. Las ventanas del baño asi como las de la habitacion no cerraba bien. Esta situado en frente de la sala Apolo puede resultar molesto en alguna ocasion. No tiene una simple cafetera de capsulas (solo filtro que no usa nadie)

• Paweł (7/5): - Na plus lokalizacja blisko metra i sporej części zabytków. Dobry kontakt z obsługą apartamentów. Natomiast same lokale i ich wyposażenie raczej bez szału. Można sie zatrzymać z nastawieniem na całodniowe zwiedzanie. Jakby ktos chcial pod zdalną pracę, to raczej odradzam.

Апартаментът беше чист и удобен. Нямаше да е лошо поне да има течен сапун в банята. Относно кухненските принадлежности - имаше само три чаши (за вода) и четири за кафе, в апартамент, в който могат да спят дори 6-7 човека. Липсваше малка тенджера, в която може да се свари нещо при нужда, имаше само тигани, това може да се подобри.

When we arrived it was freezing cold , air condition did not work , i informed them and after 1 hr they sent me 1 heater to wrong appartment and we had a baby with us , and than again after 1 hr they brought us 2 heaters .

• Ivana (8/5): - Excellent location, very spacious and clean accomodation. Too few shelves for things, both in the room and in the bathroom. It was essentially not a hotel. The reception was located in a separate building next door, and there was not always someone available there. The building felt a bit uninviting. There is a busy street right in front, and the windows do not block the noise very well. It didn’t bother me, but for people who are light sleepers it might be an issue, depending on whether the room faces the street.

Hay que ir a reclamar las llaves a otro sitio distinto al alojamiento, la dirección que tiene publicada confunde y cliente cree que estará en una calle central.engaño total ! Dirección incompleta, si buscas esa direccion en google te enviara a una zona super buena. Esa direccion no es real. Oh sorpresa cuando llegas. para que cocina si no tienen utensilios? Un aseo muy regular. Un tanto dejado y gabinetes sucios.un ambiente afuera y alrededores pesado. El lugar tiene muy malas energías, para los que sean asustadizos no lo recomiendo. La piel de gallina todo el tiempo parece que hay presencias en el lugar. Literalmente se mueven los objetos y a mi esposo lo golpearon a media noche con una almohada.(solo para quienes crean que esto existe) no hay jabón. Papel ni cosas básicas en un alojamiento. La puerta no es suficientemente segura, duermes intranquilo. Ya que afuera hay personas que dan un poco de sustillo.

There is just one closet for two rooms, you could work on putting at least one more closet for clothes, some shelfs for other personal staff that tourists bring at your place etc.

• Maïté (10/5): - L' appartement est à proximité de tous on laisse la voiture dans un parking couvert à côté (37e pour 3 nuits) l' appartement est très grand nous étions 5 adultes 4 enfants on a pu ramener un matelas pour une neuvième personne prévu au dernier moment sans sur plus facturé. Je recommande vraiment. Le bruit ne nous a pas gêné du tout on n'a même rien entendu même le sa nuit du 31. Il y a un petit bar tapas à a côté ds la petite rue que je vous recommande très bon et abordable. Bref séjour parfait parfait pour nous tous Manque d' ustensiles de cuisine passoire, couverts .
