Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several basic items and maintenance issues that were not addressed. Customer service was very poor. There was a lack of tea/coffee supplies provided, and essential items such as dishwasher tablets, washing powder, and kitchen cloths were missing. The terrace chairs would also benefit from cushions, as they were uncomfortable to use for any length of time. A broken light in the bathroom was reported immediately on arrival, yet it was never repaired. Communication and follow-up were lacking throughout our stay.

Tutto quello che chiedi extra all‘appartmento viene fatto pagare: colazione (abbiamo ricevuto solo due cialde), lenzuola extra per dormire nel divano letto,welcome kit per nostra honeymoon. Niente viene dato gratuitamente.

Lots of messages in the days before arrival insisting we register and check in before arrival which was a hassle as we were on a walking holiday and didn’t have access to the information required. We had requested an 11am check in and received a vague reply saying “thanks for letting us know”, but when we arrived we couldn’t get entry, however there is public luggage storage nearby

La persona che ci doveva ricevere non si è presentata all'appuntamento e abbiamo dovuto fare tutto da remoto al telefono con un operatore. Questa procedura è stata macchinosa e nonostante avevamo un pc ci è voluta più di 1 ora. Ci sono state diverse cose che sono scritte nel regolamento ma che per il prezzo pagato non sono assolutamente accettabili: - La mattina non ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli in struttura. - Ci hanno fatto pagare 200 euro di multa per aver fumato sul terrazzo. Se siete fumatori dovete uscire completamente dallla struttura.

• Rosine (5/5): N’arrivez pas le dimanche, vous resterez à la porte ! - Pas d’accueil, alors que le logement était payé (926€ pour 5 nuits) nous avons failli devoir trouver un autre hébergement le dimanche de notre arrivée car nous n’avions pas reçu les codes d’accès et personne pour les donner ni sur place ni au téléphone ni en ligne ! Malgré un joli emplacement et un ameublement confortable ( attention les photos du site ne sont pas celles de l’appartement loué), maintenance médiocre : cafetière cassée, store d’une chambre ne fermant pas donc jour sur le lit dans la chambre, heureusement réparé après une nuit (pas de câble pour recharger la télécommande du Velux!) Dans la grande chambre, lumière aussi car rideau occultant trop petit et une jolie baignoire inutile, on ne peut rien poser à côté. Nous avons dû acheter un tire bouchon, que nous avons laissé pour les suivants en partant. À cause de l’oubli d’envoi des codes d’accès, Impossibilité d’accéder à son appartement payé 2 mois à l’avance car personne le dimanche ni sur place ni aux 2 ou 3 n de téléphone, dont celui de secours, pas de réponses au 2 adresses watsapp. Un autre couple dans le même cas que nous. Heureusement, après 2h dans la rue devant la porte, alors qu’on cherchait un nouvel hotel pour la nuit, un locataire de l’immeuble nous a aidées, a réussi à joindre quelqu’un qui a enfin répondu et a parlé avec l’autre couple qui parlait Espagnol, en me renvoyant en ligne un pdf à signer alors que l’enregistrement, pénible à remplir et plus que complet (jusqu’à la copie de la carte bleue sans sécurité circulant sur watsapp), avait été fait en ligne … ! L’autre couple avait reçu une mauvaise adresse … Et pas un mot d’excuse sur le coup, juste la demande de contresigner le document sur toutes les pages et pas seulement la dernière (avec mon iPhone presque à plat …). Le lendemain un petit mot tout de même….

• thomas (8/5): Trotzdem würden wir bei einem Malaga Aufenthalt wieder buchen - Die Größe des Apartments lag in der Altstadt, ist ideal für Restaurants und Bars Parkhaus in der Nähe Die gesamte Woche war Lärm einer Baustelle zu hören. Ab 7:30 Uhr am Morgen !nach unserer Beschwerde wurde uns gesagt, es hätte sich noch nie jemand beschwert und sie würden auch keine Baustelle hören. Anscheinend hat von den Eigentümern bisher noch keiner in dieser Wohnung gewohnt, nachdem es eine Penthousewohnung war, schallt der Lärm nach oben. die Reaktion per WhatsApp war gut.

Lite hjelp og løsningsorientert når problem oppstår siden feilen lå på vår side.. svarer ikke når spørsmålene er vanskelig .

• ghadeer (10/5): Fabulous stay (prime-stylish) - I have stayed for 10 nights in a Superior Apartment (54 m²) with comfortable bedroom, pleasant living room & fully equipped kitchen. The Apartment is beautifully furnished and roomy, with attention to details. There are 2 traditional Spanish (tall & narrow) balconies in the apartment for ventilation. Washing machine & Dish washer are provided. The kitchenware is top-notch. There are 9 apartments in this Be Mate building. Digital check-in is easily available to save you time upon arrival. Miss Ana and miss Antonella were very prompt in replying to all concerns. . Staff at reception are available from 10 am - 6 pm only. This is general info, as for new comers, You can access inside via a passcode, even if staff are not present. . Miss Jessica Carrasco had done great housekeeping for this apartment. By the way, housekeeping is a weekly chore not daily or upon request. . This place is so elegant & homey. . I will be coming back in the future to my “newly found” home in Malaga. I did not want to leave

Es gab eine Notfallnummer, die es nicht schaffte uns Zugang zu verschaffen! Vor Ort kein Ansprechpartner! Ohne zufällig vorbeikommende andere Gäste wären wir nicht ins Appartementhaus gekommen! • Desislava (9/5): - The appartment was clean and comfortable. The appartment has 2 rooms and the sofa can be prepared as second bed for additional 20 euro cost. It is located in the central part of the city and there are a lot of restaurants near by. There is no option to leave your luggage before the chek in/ after the check out, but from the hotel provide us information for the nearest lockers.
• Charles (9/5): Would definitely stay again. Host was on top of everything, so thank you for everything! - Really good location! Very clean and modern. Outside noise was not a problem. Beds were comfy and bathroom was really nice. In order to gain access to the property, we had to complete the self check-in, which is a very long process. But I guess it's needed for them to complete their due diligence. Anyway, I would still recommend the property.

The Noise! Construction work next door also twice woken around 3am by outside lorry cleaning the roads as we were at the side of the building.

En ollut tyytyväinen ongelman käsittelyyn - siihen ettei hotelli korjannut asiaa eikä antanut muutakaan hyvitystä. Olisi ollut myös kiva jos hotellissa olisi ollut enemmän palveluita, kuten pysäköinti, aamiainen ja uima-allas.

• Agata (7/5): Great location, location, location - Location was the greatest advantage of the apartment which was very expensive for it size and quality. But as they say in real estate business: location, location, location. There was a confusion at check-in - receptionist at the property provided us with the codes that did not work. We were quite surprised as we earlier received different codes by message and these codes worked from the arrival until the departure. We also checked in on-line with all our passports as we were requested to ease the process and again we were surprised as the receptionist asked us for the documents again. The whole check-in process at the property did not make any sense as not only it was repeated but also it only brought confusion with the wrong codes.

• Sergio (10/5): - Siamo tornati a Malaga per la terza volta, e come le ultime volte abbiamo preso un appartamento da Be Mate Malaga Centro. Gli appartamenti sono belli e luminosi. Quelli sulla strada sono un po' più rumorosi di quelli che danno sul retro, ma niente di troppo problematico a meno che non si voglia assolutamente dormire con le finestre aperte. La cucina è fornita di tutto quello che serve. Letti comodissimi, pulizia al TOP! La posizione è perfetta a due passi dal centro. Nelle vicinanze anche diversi supermercati di alimentari. Personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo anche potuto ricevere la camera un paio d'ore prima del previsto. La reception non è più presidiata tutto il giorno come negli scorsi anni, e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli all'arrivo finchè la stanza è pronta o alla partenza è un po' più complicata e non garantita. I servizi di deposito bagagli nelle vicinanze non sono un opzione valida, perchè costano 15 Euro per 24 H e non c'è la possibilità di pagare solo per una o due ore. Forse qua si potrebbe migliorare.
