- Vinaasini (1/5): Hotel scam - It's such a worse experience. They are scamming guests' deposit money. They provide rooms with bad condition and accusing guests for the damages. I stuck in the room for a few hours because the door knob inside was broken, and when I report it to the staff he didn't help me but accused me for the damage. I have made a police report regarding this scam. Poor customer service and rude staff. Poor hygiene. Rooms in bad condition. No heater. Damaged door knobs.

- Ahmad (1/5): Bad - quiet the hotel sold booked rooms without prior noticed.(happened twice)No front desk staff after 11.00 .
- Khiang (1/5): Bad - There is nothing I like as I did not have any chance to stay at this hotel, however I am certain that the service must be very poor. I booked successfully via Booking.com for just 1 night stay, shortly after booking the hotel contacted me saying the hotel is fully booked. As a result I did not stay at the hotel, however I was charged the hotel fee as well as the 'no show' fee....as asked for waive and full refund, there is no news from both the Booking.com and OYO hotel.
I experienced exactly the same encounter with another OYO hotel: OYO Js Hotel in Johor.
I was charged a total of close to RM1,000 in my credit card and is having great difficulty in getting a full refund. This is just ridiculous.

Easy process to check in and out (minus the problem contacting staff upon arrival at the door) Didn’t like the numbers on the door that doesn’t work, appreciate if they would update those numbers

- Chang (1/5): Bad - When I went to the hotel after booking by booking.com, the staff told me the hotel is full and need me go to Roselyn Inn 2. The cost of I take grab to the hotel is RM8, but their staff only paid back me RM4

- Wai (5/5): Ok if you are with a tight budget. - Manager is very helpful, receptionist is so so only. Room is open for booking even though it’s actually fully booked.

- Syedazlan (1/5): Bad - Nothing They lied. They simply cancel my booking. At first they asked for more money then after I refuse they asked me to go to another place then they said is is fully booked. Worse hotel ever
- Hnin Hnin (4/5): - No receptionist and property was at 2nd floor. We found out that we need to whatsapp to a number to get access into the property and that message was pasted at level 1 just beside the door to the stairs. We didn't see it at first and went up the stairs and kept pressing the door bell for about 5 mins. We called the whatsapp number but the call was hang up. Instead, they replied to the messages only. There was no safety lock inside the door and the toilet bowl had some brownish stain. Due to these 2 reasons, we checked out and left the room without staying. The bed area was actually acceptable in terms of cleanliness. By the way, no drinking allowed inside the room too.

- Joey (7/5): Good - The location close to my working place. No other choice. They take the self check in to another level. The number to call is a bit difficult to reach. Luckily, i met a guy downstairs who had stayed in the inn before. He helped me to call the person in charge and manage to get the door code and check in.
That guy said he waited 5 hours on his 1st time checking in there.
The windows by the bed dont have curtains. People across the street might be able to see you coming out from the toilet
