• Mariam (10/5): - Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view. My room was upgraded by the staff as I was there on a birthday trip. They gave me a room with a direct sea view which included a pool view too and the private beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I just wish the breakfast had a bit more variety to choose from, it’s quite basic compared to usual hotel breakfasts’ but overall it was spectacular and second to none! I loved every single moment and I will 10000% be back InShaaAllah 😍🙌

• Martin (10/5): - Nice quiet property with beach very close with ample sun beds and beach bar. Breakfast was good - no other food served at the hotel so a quick walk up the very steep path to pizzerias and restaurants was called for in the evenings. Great view out to sea from our balcony to watch the sunsets
• JUSTINE (10/5): - Hôtel magnifique vue sur piscine et mer en prolongement. Très propre. Personnel super sympa. Chambre spacieuse et moderne avec une très belle déco minimaliste. Encore mieux que sur les photos. Plage privée super sympa, eau transparente et calme. Points négatifs: Ils ne font pas à manger du tout, même des petits "snacks" pour la piscine ou la plage, dommage. Et également un peu bruyant autour la nuit.
• Chelsea (10/5): - It was exceptionally clean and sanitized. The breakfast was always fresh, plentiful options including eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and beverages. The lobby was spacious, flooded with natural light, with an open view to an infinity pool and the ocean. The beach was on the property and included free sunbeds, lounge chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests free of charge. Several great restaurants within walking distance. The staff was kind, attentive, and had recommendations for every question asked. Great focus on customer service and cleanliness. We wouldost definitely stay there again!!
• Martin (8/5): - Der eigene Pool ist das Highlight vom Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden gründlich gereinigt. Parkplatz ist leider nicht exklusiv nur für die Hotelgäste. Die Musik von der Beach Bar war zum Teil sehr laut. Das Frühstück war ok. Das Brot war sehr lecker. Das Meer ist sehr wellig und deutlich zu kühl zum baden. Die Lage ist sonst Top zwischen Saranda und Ksamil. Daher Gesamtfazit: Es ist gut aber nicht überragend. Preis deutlich zu hoch.
• Rune (10/5): Fint hotell med noen mangler - Hotellet en ganske nytt og ligger fint til ved en strand. Utsikten til havet og Korfu er nydelig. Fine rom, god dusj og meget rent (det vaskes ofte). Bassengområdet er vakkert og behagelig. Frokosten er god, men i korteste laget (fra 08 til 10). Det er av en eller annen grunn ikke mulig å kjøpe is eller små lunsjretter, noe som jeg synes var rart og irriterende. Hotellet anbefaler en restaurant som heter «Harmony». (Det er et hyggelig sted, men maten er ikke veldig god). Strandbaren rett ved hotellet jager bort gjestene ved å spille for høy musikk, og prisene er ganske stive (nesten som i Norge). Synd, for den kunne vært et naturlig sted å frekventere. Hotellet ligger ca 45 min gange fra sentrum, men det er mange utesteder i en fem-minutters radius.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable, clean hotel. - This is a really nice hotel. Clean rooms, beautiful view, lovely good sized pool. Good breakfast included too. It’s just nicely away from the main saranda drag, so you would benefit from having a car to make life easier. No food served except breakfast, but there are plenty of places close by that do a nice meal. My only warning. Don’t eat in your room!! We had a packet of crisps and there were ants within an hour. They left once we cleaned it all off though. This seems typical to the area. We had a lovely time and would definitely visit again.
• Anne (10/5): - Ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage. Alles war sauber und komfortabel – genau richtig zum Entspannen. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, frisch und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

• Tine Krogh (8/5): - Vi kørte dertil i bil, der var p-kælder så bilen kunne holde i skygge - det var rigtig godt. Hotellet havde en fed pool tilknyttet og god morgenmad. Dog får det kun 4 stjerner da der ikke er mad resten af dagen. Derfor blev vi tvunget ud i byen for at finde de andre måltider, hvilket der var langt til.
• Akshay (6/5): Good hotel, great location. - The hotel feels quite new. Seemed like a family run setup. Didn’t see any new faces at the front desk or the bar/kitchen etc. like most of Sarandë, this hotel too looks quite new. The room was comfortable. Parking was convenient. The location is excellent. Right on the beach. The staff was very courteous. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to not charge us for our 5year. For some reason, the reservation didn’t pick up that we were 3 even though the room we booked was a triple sleeper. Some teething bits which can easily be resolved include arranging an iron and a board even if not in every room but maintained centrally. The breakfast was ok. Could be made better with just a few tweaks. We tried to use the swimming pool but the water was quite cold. Wished we could have used it more.
• Jessica (10/5): - This property is stunning. The staff was freindly and helpful. We loved the room, the view was amazing. The pool is beautiful and everything is well thought out. Parking is easy. My only complaint is that the road in didnt have a sign at the top so we where nervous for a minute but the gps got us right to the front door.

• Helene (10/5): - Très bon séjour dans l’hôtel. Très moderne et bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner est très bien Il est situé en bout de ville donc un peu excentré vous devrez prendre la voiture pour aller à Sarande centre. La plage privé et piscine sont inclus dans le logement.
• Alessandra (10/5): - O hotel é novo, muito bonito com excelente roupa de cama e banho. O funcionário da recepção nos ajudou bastante com aluguel de carro e transfer. Os funcionários do restaurante não são muito simpáticos e vários dos pedidos que fizemos no jantar estavam em falta. O café da manhã na minha opinião tinham poucas opções de meu gosto, mas entendo ser cultural o que ofereciam , não gostei, faltaram opções para mim. A piscina é uma delícia e a área da praia realmente faz a diferença com um belo pôr do sol e você pode usar as espreguiçadeiras sem custos adicionais. Outra coisa que incomodou na cidade e na área do restaurante é o excesso de tabagistas, nos éramos os únicos que não fumavam, sofremos com o cheiro de cigarro em todos os cantos da cidade. No geral o hotel é muito bom e muito limpo.

Bitte bei den Getränken die Eiswürfel abbestellen - das haben wir total vergessen und dann leider die Quittung bekommen. Da kann aber das Personal absolut nichts für, daher keine Kritik :-)
• Catia (10/5): - It was the best hotel we stayed in Albania. We were doing a road trip throughout the country so we stayed in a different hotel every night. This one was by far the best we had. The room was big and spacious, the toilet was big and the shower was wonderful. The food is okay but there is various dinner options nearby. There is an underground garage and an outdoor parking “isolated” which is safe. The breakfast is very good and diverse. There is a private beach which is very good and the pool is wonderful. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Definitely recommend it

• Laurent (8/5): 3 jours à Saranda - Hôtel très bien dans l’ensemble, la piscine et l’accès à la plage étaient très bien. Hôtel très propre aussi. En revanche le service n’est pas leur spécialité : peu aimables, mal organisés, et la qualité de la nourriture n’était pas à la hauteur du prix.
• Andreas (10/5): Fantastisk ophold på El primero - Vi er en familie på 5(3 børn og 2 voksne), som lige har boet 8 dage på dette fantastiske hotel. Personalet var flinke og behjælpelige og både den inkluderede morgenmad og maden i restauranten var virkelig god. Vi havde to værelser, det ene med udsigt til havet(kan varmt anbefales) og et andet og lidt billigere uden havudsigt. Begge værelser og det øvrige hotel var ekstremt rent og pænt med daglig rengøring.
• Cato (8/5): Bra, men litt å forbedre - Hotell var bra men området rundt var langt unna godt. Ligger på motsatt side av centrum Saranda så bil er nødvendig skal du ditt. Frokost er enkel men holder. Middag/lunsj må man styre unna. Renhold og de som vasket var utrolige. De gjordet hotellet!

Flot udsigt Stille område Opmærksom på stejl og smal nedkørsel til hotel. Dog med parkeringsmulighed både ude og i garage ved hotel

• Ashley (10/5): - We were worried at first because the hotel is quite far from the bay and staff said a taxi is 15 euros; however, it is a nice walk with lots of shops and restaurants along the way and it didn't take more than a half hour. We got a private taxi back for 10 euros. Hotel is brand new, pool is lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Nice staff. Thank you!
• Alina (10/5): - Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen. Hat einen eigenen Strand & einen schönen Pool. Parkmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden. Personal war sehr nett. Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl. Es war sehr sauber, es wurde immer geputzt. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Zentrum etwas entfernt.

• Pauline (10/5): Luxe en mooi - Het hotel was super mooi en luxe. Het ontbijt was ook gevarieerd en lekker. Personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. De kamer was fijn. Zwembad was mooi en lekker. Strand erbij ook fijn. Geen prachtig zandstrand, kiezel/stenen en liep een beetje omhoog naar de zee.
• Youssef (10/5): - In a calm zone at the end of the bay of Sarandë which makes it only accessible by car but halfway to ksamil. The pool is really nice and you have free access to the beach with long chairs and umbrellas. The room is really well equipped: our bathroom mirror had a strobing light though and the safe wouldn't work... The staff is nice, the restaurant is good and relatively cheap! The breakfast is nice and varied but could be better: no choice of eggs cold boiled or sunny side up soaked in oil. The ham and cheese could be better. No fresh juice and the coffee is bad.

• HECTOR (8/5): Excepcional - El hotel está súper limpio, tiene una playa privada para bañarse y ver el sunset sensacional. La comida tanto del buffet como del restaurante está muy buena. Lo único negativo, fue el camarero que servía las cenas, ofrecía mejor trato a los clientes que le dejaban propina haciéndonos sentir incómodos en ciertos momentos. Una pena, porque el resto de personal era de 10!
• Monica (10/5): Buen hotel - Es un buen hotel delante de la playa con una bonita piscina. Desayuno correcto pero con poca variedad, cama muy cómoda y la comida del restaurante bastante buena. La situación es la única pega porque es el primer hotel que hay en Sarande viniendo de Ksamil y está bastante lejos del centro.

Utrolig flott hotell, kjemperent, hyggelig betjening, flott strandbar m god stemning på ettermiddagen. Stille og rolig område, og stille på hotellet på kveldstid. Perfekt for late dager med familien i varmen

Staff are very friendly and helpful, the restaurant within the hotel also has a good selection of food all reasonably priced and delicious. The pool was lovely, and the private beach with umbrellas and sun beds was beautiful.
• Jana (10/5): - Wonderful staff and property! Very clean and well looked after, quiet area at the end of Saranda and is located right in between the town centre and Ksamil. Rooms were tidied very well ( I always inspect for that), we had an issue with a hair dryer but reception gave us an alternative one promptly. All staff were lovely including housekeeping and kitchen aswell. Overall I am very happy with my choice of staying at El Primero!
• NICKI (2/5): - Staff and management rude when confronted about over charging at the bar because we are British! Got ripped off on every drink as they charged double the prices printed on the menu and then refused to rectify it when we realised. Extremely unprofessional. Its a shame they feel the need to rip people off.

• Alison (10/5): - Our stay at El Primero was nothing short of amazing! The hotel itself was immaculate and in excellent condition. Clean and beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the younger woman behind the front desk! Make sure to ask for beach recommendations! The food was wonderful and the area is great for walking to dinner or dessert!

• Lucia (10/5): - This relatively new hotel is located at the far end of Sarande, away from the crowd and noise of the main beach which you can drive to. Our room has a balcony overlooking the sea/beach/pool, which we really liked and enjoyed. Breakfast is OK.
• Luis (6/5): - It's a bit in the middle of nowhere. You're better off staying in town where everything is because you'll spend a lot of money getting back and forth if you don't have a car. They only serve food during peak season which we were not told during the booking or we wouldn't of stayed there. There is a camp site right next door with campers which is a bit of an eye sore and might be unsafe. Little to no security at night.
• J (10/5): Amazing! - Smashed my expectations, really friendly service (especially in the spa area) and good breakfast and clean comfortable room. Great location too.
• Hakan (8/5): - Schönes Hotel. Aber der Fußweg vom Hotel zur Straße ist grauenhaft, direkt am Abgrund. Die Treppen hören bei der Hälfte irgendwann einfach auf. Mit dem Auto nicht viel besser. Ansonsten nettes Personal und gute Ausstattung.

• Musab (8/5): Great view - Nice hotel and we booked the best room most of the staff are great but some do multiple shifts and they always look tired and unwilling to help.. no room service after 6pm as they short of staff. The owners of the hotel Re very help-full nd friendly
• JW (10/5): - I have stayed in various hotels throughout Albania, and this one exceeded all expectations. The rooms were spotless and exactly as depicted online. Similarly, the breakfast was great with a good range of options. I would definitely recommend staying here and booking a room facing the sea! It is outside of the center, but perfectly situated for some relaxation.
