- Elena (5/5): Convenient close to the airport - That it was very close to the airport and convenient. The room is a decent size. The staff at front reception wasn't helpful. They advised free transport one way to or from airport so we decided to use it going to the airport. They advised they have 2 cars as there was 8 of us travelling. We advised them the night before what time we needed the transport in the morning only to go down stairs in the morning and they didn't have the cars waiting for us and after 20min finally we had 1 car that came but the other one they said we had to wait for this one car to come to airport then return back. It would of been good if they told us this earlier. We had room 411 on the 4th floor and had a bath shower with a curtain which is not what I booked online. After 1 shower water leaked everywhere the floor was soaking wet as the shower hose was leaking it was horrible. We had to put all our towels on the floor to soak up the water.

- Mark (8/5): Perfect for a early morning flight - My wife and I needed a hotel close to the airport due to an early morning flight. This was perfect, close location, good value for money and clean. My side of my bed was a little lumpy but it wasn't terrible, also the room smelt a little stale. Possibly because people stay here one night and leave, so don't open the patio door. We opened ours for an hour, watched the planes takes off and land and slept perfectly well.
- Anna (6/5): Pleasant - The location is close to the airport and provides transportation. They did not advise that they only had one car and others had already reserved it at the time we needed. So we left half an hour earlier. The room was large and seemed to be clean. The area is full of massage places. Not many restaurants, but we had a good lunch at a local place though we may have been charged tourist price. It had a king size bed but the mattress was pretty hard. Staff was not very communicative. I don't know if the restaurant was operational but did not appear very appetizing.

- Merissa (5/5): Good Hotel, Bad Area - The hotel itself is a nice hotel. You basically get what you pay for. The rooms are spacious, it is a great A to B hotel to go the airport. The lady at the front desk was welcoming. They do offer free airport transfer but you do get charged to return to the airport 100,000. The area around this hotel isn't the most appealing (my friend and I decided to not leave our hotel room during our stay). I felt like an inconvenience to the driver during airport pickup.

Had lunch in the restaurant which was good. Noisy during the day with loud speakers outside, probably election advertising or something similar, but that’s not the hotels fault.

Free airport transfer was welcome Joe Biden flew in to the nearby airport on the day we arrived so the rooftop pool was closed until early evening for security reasons. No advance notice of this. Also, be cautious about their claims to provide a balcony with some rooms, the balconies aren't big enough to sit on.
