• Stephanie (1/5): Hot, and unconfortable. - The location No elevator, no wifi (there is but it doesn’t work, the solution was “turn off your phone “ it is SO hot in the rooms, and you can’t do nothing about it. The staff is a bit rude.

• Augusto (9/5): Excelente localização - A localização é excelente e conseguimos ter acesso rápido ao metrô e bairros que queríamos muito visitar. O quarto é pequeno e entendo que estando no Japão isso é bem comum, não é ruim, mas pelo custo benefício acredito que conseguiríamos um local um pouco mais espaçoso por um preço similar. Não foi nada ruim, pelo contrário, tivemos uma ótima estadia, é mais sobre custo benefício.

Sinon les explications étaient claires. Je ne m´attendais pas à une piaveugle. J´ai peut-être mal regardé sur booking. Comptez bien 15 min de marche pour le métro. La literie du haut n´était pas bonne.

L’appartement est petit mais fonctionnel et dispose des équipements adéquats. Les lits étaient très bien. Il ne faut pas hésiter à utiliser la ventilation et la clim quand on est au maximum des couchages car il fait vite chaud. Le petit bémol, les escaliers, mais étants partis en sacs à dos pas de problème pour nous ! RAS

• Roberto (6/5): - Good location. Staff were helpful trying to solve one of our issues. Confusing check in process - I only received information after I got there and called them. There’s no one at the property. There’s no place to change or to hang clothes or towels in the room (our room had 1 single hanger). There’s one door to the shower and one door to the toilet, and you wash your hands at the kitchen sink. So there’s no bathroom to change in, you have to do it in the middle of the room. We booked a room for 3 people and got a bunk bed with 2 standard double beds. They didn’t have an actual mattress, it felt like sleeping on a plank with a comforter on top. Super narrow stairs to get to the room, don’t go if traveling with older people.
• Composition (5/5): - Location was fine, host was very responsive although they were not on site and we had to wait for them. We only waited a few minutes. Safety paddle lock from the inside of the door was broken. The one you lock when you're inside the room so nobody can access it even if they have the code was broken preventing us from allowing our kids to stay in the room by themselves because we didn't know who else had a code/key. Cleanliness was subpar for Japan Pillows were flat. They were responsive enough but couldn't fix the lock and we didn't feel comfortable staying there and we lost a night out on the town because we had to stay in with our kids. They did try to transfer us to another hotel but it was further away from the rest of our group. The worst part was when we were transferring our baggage. We accidentally left a shopping bag with about $400 worth of purchases we had made that day. We called and asked about it. Manager Tony said he would send one of his employees to go and check. We went to check also when we got there the bag was not there and I called to ask if one of the employees had found it. He told me no bag was found on the second floor and he's so sorry. We did some further digging including viewing surveillance footage of ourselves, leaving a cafe right down the road with the bag in our hands. And we also had a video of us leaving the hotel without the bag right after we picked up our suitcases. So we knew that we definitely had left the bag at the hotel. When I called back and confronted the manager about it letting him know we had video evidence and I'd like to view the cameras at their facility. The bag magically had been found just not on the second floor on the first floor. So basically they were going to keep our purchases because of a loophole in verbiage and communication. The bag wasn't on the second floor like I had asked them to go and check. It was just inside the door on the first floor. They knew full well the whole time because I had explained the bag very clearly. What type of bag and what size.

• Türker (1/5): Terrible experience, very dirty, and unresponsive host! - Yapnizca konum I had a very disappointing experience staying here. First of all, the beds were incredibly dirty—the sheets had huge, visible stains on them—and they smelled terrible. It felt completely unhygienic. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi did not work at all. I reached out to the host via Booking.com regarding the internet issue; they replied saying they would 'look into it,' but absolutely nothing was done to fix it. A reliable internet connection is essential for a tourist trying to navigate the city, and being ignored like this was a huge inconvenience. With these hygiene and communication issues, I definitely do not recommend staying here. Burada çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadım. Öncelikle yataklar inanılmaz derecede pisti (çarşafların üzerinde kocaman lekeler vardı) ve çok kötü kokuyordu. Hijyen açısından kabul edilemez bir durumdu. Ayrıca Wi-Fi kesinlikle çalışmıyordu. İnternet sorunu için Booking üzerinden ev sahibiyle iletişime geçtim, 'bakacağım' dedi ama sorunu çözmek için hiçbir şey yapmadı. Bir turist için internet bağlantısı hayati önem taşır ve bu şekilde mağdur edilmek çok sinir bozucuydu. Gerek temizlik gerekse iletişimsizlik nedeniyle burayı kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

• Alisa (4/5): - Если ночевать одну ночь, то не страшно, но если вы хотите полноценно отдохнуть в этой квартире, вы будете разочарованы, тут очень не уютно, все не новое и пошарпаное, окно как бы есть но на самом деле, оно ели-ели открывается в стену соседнего дома. Я останавливалась в капсульном отеле, классическом, рёкане и здесь, это был худший вариант.

• LK (8/5): Clean and convenient location. - Location is a short 5-10 minutes walk to Akihabara JR. The Takeya supermarket, a 24hr McDonalds, and a Kura sushi are just a few minutes up the street. The unit is clean and has a full kitchen and has separate shower and toilet rooms. Umbrellas are provided at the entrance if needed. Quiet location. We stayed here before in room 301 as a group or 4. This time, we got room 202 and it is smaller than 301. 202 is good for a couple but would be too small for 4 people. The only sink in the unit is in the kitchen, so it must be used for both brushing teeth and cooking. It wasn't an issue for us, but there is no elevator.

• Emanuela (8/5): Ottima posizione! Consigliata per brevi soggiorni! - La posizione comoda permette di raggiungere tutti i posti centrali velocemente. A pochissima distanza si possono infatti trovare sia la Ginza Line che la Yamanote Line. La stanza era un pó piccola e dunque ideale per brevi soggiorni. Un altro aspetto negativo è l’assenza di un ascensore quindi le valigie vanno trasportate per le scale

• Younga (1/5): - 숙소가 매우 좁고 전반적으로 시설 관리가 거의 되어 있지 않습니다. 주방은 문짝 등이 망가져 있어 사용하기 꺼려질 정도였고, 화장실과 샤워실도 매우 협소했습니다. 청결 상태 역시 겉으로 보이는 부분만 청소된 느낌이 강했습니다. 침대는 2층 침대 구조이나 더블이라고 보기 어렵고, 3인이 사용하기에는 매우 불편하며 사실상 2인용에 가깝습니다. 1층 침대는 지나치게 푹신하고, 2층 침대는 너무 딱딱해 제대로 잘 곳이 없었습니다. 가격이 저렴하다면 잠만 자고 나오는 용도로는 이해할 수 있으나, 시설 전반에 전혀 신경 쓰지 않는 숙소라는 인상을 받았습니다. 출입문과 방문을 모두 열쇠로 직접 열어야 하는 점도 불편하고 놀라웠습니다. 아이와 함께하는 가족 여행객에게는 절대 추천하지 않습니다. 다른숙소도 이러면 도쿄는 실망 그차체 도시다 절대적으로 너무 작다

• Rahul (8/5): Amazing Property at Akihabara - Fantastic location - Close to Okachimachi Metro station and multiple other stations with so many eateries nearby Friendly Host - It's a self check-in and check-out, so you'll have to depend on communicating with the host who's very responsive Cleanliness - Extremely clean The only aspect which could be challenging for some people would be the lack of an elevator in the property, so you'll have to haul your luggage up the stairway
