- Erich (10/5): - Mr. Dipson hat mich nach einer beschwerlichen Anreise nach Mitternacht besonders freundlich empfangen und mir die nötige Ruhe vermittelt, vielen Dank! Außerdem hat er auch den Shuttle für 4 Uhr morgens organisiert. Das Zimmer war top, auch der Shuttle zum Flughafen hat wunderbar funktioniert! Ich komme gerne wieder!!

- Rasmus (6/5): Not good enough - Stayed in this hotel twice during the same vacation due to the distance from the airport. Upon arrival and departure. Booked both rooms via hotels.com and both for 2 adults 2 kids. The first room we got only had two single beds. They than told us to pay for an extra bed for one of the kids. The shower-head kept falling down, and the water wasn’t really getting warm. On the second stay we booked the suite, with a terrace. The suite terrace was the only one without any furniture so couldn’t use it at all, the same problem with the water and the shower head. They had tried to fix this one with tape. The fixture for the bathtub fell out the wall while trying to make a bath for the kids. The worst hotel I have stayed at in Dubai
- lasse gravgaard (6/5): Ok til prisen - Vi havde en enkelt overnatning inden vi skulle hjem til Danmark. Et fint hotel med god service. Til at starte med fik vi et værelse med 1 queensize seng til to voksne og to børn (6 og 8 år). Vi bad om en ekstra seng og det fik vi. Den var bare forfærdelig at sove i. Man kunne mærke alle fjedrene igennem madrassen, så det var ikke meget søvn man fik den nat. Poolen var fin. Maden var dyr. Gratis shuttle bus til lufthavnen talte meget op.

- Liv (10/5): Flott hotell! - Vi landet sent og hadde en overnatting. Det var et flott hotell med fantastisk imøtekommenhet fra personalet. God frokost. Beliggenheten i forhold til flyplassen var fin. Kun en kort taxitur.
- Simen (4/5): - A nice hotell. But we ordered for 3 people. We only got 2 single beds even though we payed extra for the third one.when we discussed this with the hotel they told us that we had booked a standard room, so we wither had to figure that out. Or book one more room. As it is possible to book up to 4 people in these rooms the marketing is very misleading.

- MARK (4/5): Service needs to be checked - Went to the bar waited about 30 minutes, to be served, then gave up and went to my room and ordered room service! Service was good , but hamburger I ordered was tasteless!

- Hassan (2/5): The picture is wrong. - In the website the room shows that room should have a hall, but in reality, there is no hall. The hall is for suite, so the guests are tricked into booking and then get shocked upon arrival and raised a complaint to hotel and Hotels.com but no one gave me a proper solution. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and i had to sleep on the floor

I was told that they need my email to contact me in case i will forget something, what happened is that my email was used to subscribe it their program, absolutely no go! Spa and Pool was nice

- FLORENT (2/5): Terrible experience - Le comportement de cet hotel n'est tout simplement pas légal. Le contrat n'a pas été honoré. Personne ne répond aux réclamations. L'hotel n'a pas respecté ses engagements. Hasan à la réception n'avait aucun sens de l'hospitalité, vis à vis d'une clientèle pourtant aimable. Le personnel ne prête pas assistance et n'est pas volontariste. Compte tenu de cette situation déplorable, j'ai annulé mon futur séjour de 14 jours dans cet hôtel. Ma confiance vis à vis de IHG Hotels est ébranlée, vu le management désastreux dans cet établissement.

- Maria (8/5): Not the smoothest check-in, but ok after all - We arrived late at night and it took us additional couple of hours until we could finally go to sleep, due to absence of extra bed. The night manager was trying his best to help us even thought it took almost two hours to get everything we needed. We had to change the room twice. The sofa in the room was stained but overall the quality of furniture and bed linen was great. Good breakfast and speedy transfer

- Jena (10/5): - While this property was a bit out of the way, I would stay there again. The staff are all friendly and eager to serve you. The rooms are larger than other Dubai hotels I've visited. This was an excellent value for the cost I paid! I specifically want to recognize Ramesh for his attention to detail when cleaning our room. He knew us and checked in with us daily (we were leisure so weren't on a schedule). He altered his cleanining times to meet our out of room times. Also, Khaled (Omar) is the gift shop clerk. He was knowledgeable about Dubai and gave us great tips and suggestions. He also bartered just a bit, making my purchases more fun. 😉

- Marko (10/5): Excellent Hotel - This is a trully great hotel, with 5 star amenities, perfect pool, top-notch food and great decor. The breakfast was amazing, with so many items to chose from. The only let down is the location, but we knew that before booking and there is a free shuttle to 3 spots in Dubai (including Jumeirah beach), so all good.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Solid and comfortable with just minor issues - Rooms are very comfortable and overall the level of quality is higher than you'd expect for a Holiday Inn. Helps that it's brand new. Lots of USB ports for charging, marble bathrooms, comfortable bed, etc. The desks are a little weird, with a panel containing vanity mirror taking up the main place you would place a laptop, so that when it's closed the surface moves a little. There were just minor issues – the shower drain seemed to be clogged so would flood a bit every time. Housekeeping simply changed all towels every day rather than giving the option to reuse towels if desired, as many hotels do these days. Service at front desk wasn't so great – they felt a bit new to the job. Food options were okay. There is nothing else around here apart from a couple of other hotels so you're a bit stuck with what they have. And you shouldn't stay here unless you have business nearby at DWC. But with all that being said, this is a very good option, and very comfortable, if you need to be here.
