Guest Reviews
- SaraGW1958 (6/5): Reasonable Hotel and a free shuttle to Haneda Airport - This hotel is very suitable for one night as it is 5 minutes to the airport. The room had a double bed and it's own bathroom with all toiletries; plus, a hairdryer. The room was clean and the staff friendly. There was free wifi in the hotel. We paid extra for the breakfast. It was a little basic: white bread for toast, jams, rice, cold omelette, sausages. The bonus was the free shuttle bus that leaves a number of times per hour to get you to the airport for your flight.
- toothy11 (8/5): Would stay here again. - We chose this hotel because we had an early flight out of Haneda airport, and it offered free shuttle bus service to the airport. The bus ride is about 7-10 minutes, depending on traffic. The hotel also offered free traditional Japanese breakfast. I didn't have time to have any, but it's nice that that is an option.
The staff was very friendly and spoke good English.
The room is your typical small Japanese hotel room, but is cozy and has everything/amenities I need. I was in room 7-11, and it even had a cabinet right behind the TV that stored cups and a super cute little tea kettle. It even has a fridge. If you arrive early or late, there are a few convenience stores within a few minutes walk from the Inn, so easy to grab a quick bite too.
Overall, staff is nice, inn is clean and comfortable. I would go back.
- 415alexandrub (8/5): Great location near Haneda Airport - The hotel is close to the airport and the free shuttle service is very helpful. The staff was very friendly and spoke good English.
I chose the hotel because my flight arrived in Tokyo late at night. It was perfect, it only took a few minutes to reach the hotel from the airport (by shuttle bus) and about 30 minutes in the morning to reach Tokyo Railway Station (by subway train).
Traditional Japanese breakfast included.
- ZokaShiz (8/5): Late night arrival - Landed into Haneda at 10:30pm, so after getting out of the airport I just about had time to call the hotel for the free shuttle bus. They were upbeat and friendly, which was welcome after a long journey. Room was clean and perfectly fine, and got a good night rest. Free shuttle back to the airport next day to pick up my rail pass. For the price, a decent place near the airport, and I would use it again.
- cegaservices (8/5): Convenient for in and out of Haneda airport in good location - Only negative is that the shuttle does not operate from about 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and taxi is expensive. However, the train is also convenient unless you have a mobility problem or lots of luggage. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms have good wifi and a small work desk. Close to many eating places at different prices but especially reasonably priced family restaurants. Breakfast is very good and has variety (fish, sausage, rice, soups, and more). Shuttle to the airport runs every half hour (about a 10/15 minute ride depending on traffic) except for the times noted above.
- Billybobberjunior (8/5): Small, clean rooms, good location - The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a convenient shuttle bus to/from Haneda Airport every half hour mornings and evenings. The rooms were a bit small but clean. Within walking distance of Otorii train station which can take you into downtown Tokyo. Good wifi connection.
- Albsig (6/5): Good place to stay - Clean, affordable, nice staff and very well connected to airport with free shuttle to be booked in advance. Rooms are small as usual in Japan, but that’s the standard overhere. Fair breakfast included. We’ll use it again.
- B824ZPjanem (8/5): Surprising - Leaving Tokyo from Haneda early, we decided to spend the last night of our holiday in Japan close to the airport to save time.
We booked the Haneda Inn which was close and a good price. When we arrived the building looked dated and old. The reception area was okay but not great and the staff seemed aloof.
Not the best start.
We went to our room on the 8th floor and were pleasantly surprised! It was clean, looked like it was new and had every facility we could want! The a/c worked well, the bathroom was spacious and the room reasonably big by Japanese standards.
The only downside is the location as there are convenience stores but not much in the way of restaurants if you are looking for a final amazing Japanese meal close by.
Due to it being an airport location, breakfast began at 4am for early travellers and we booked the hotel shuttle to the airport to save the hassle of suitcases on the subway.
I would definitely stay here again should the need arise.
- treenab13 (10/5): Perfect hotel for arrival night - I arrived in tokyo and stayed at the Haneda Inn. It was great to have the shuttle available to do to the hotel. The room is small. Very small. But fills a need if you are looking to just sleep and go. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast available is a plus.
- 499debrar (6/5): Near Haneda airport - Ideal for short stay before going to the airport. Hard to find the entry to the hotel. Even the taxi driver had a hard time finding it. Pleasant staff, little standard room, not much choice for breakfast. The free airport shuttle was a bonus!
- 886hyacinthb (8/5): Great for Airport. - We spent our last night here after a great week in Tokyo. The room was clean & well presented. It was the only night we slept on Japanese futon beds but they were much more comfortable than the western beds in the previous hotel that had the must uncomfortable mattresses. The staff here were all really friendly and helpful, we arrived too early but they looked after our stuff while we went to eat. There was tea making facilities in the room and in the morning a Japanese breakfast that turned out to be much nicer than I expected. The free shuttle to the airport was the icing on the cake!
- M_Breta (8/5): Perfect for short stay near Haneda airport - Big hotel with airport shuttle and night reception. Pleasant staff, english available on reception. Little, standard equipped and clean room with comfortable bed, ideal for short stay. Hotel is a little noisy during night.
- Jordy_Jansen (4/5): Only short stay - Rooms are tidy but unfortunately they are soooo small and the hotel smells like smoke from cigarettes. The bathroom is very small as well. Not much choice for breakfast. Positive thing is there are a lot of nice restaurants around as well as supermarkets. All within walking distance
- bradstow2 (10/5): Entirely satisfactory for a one-night stay - THis hotel offers a pick-up service from Haneda Airport. (there is also a car park, with long-stay facilities). A minibus and very obliging driver will take you to the door of the hotel (ground floor / first floor if you're American-influenced). Take the lift to Reception on the second floor. Sign in. Done!
Rooms are not for beefcake or buxom ladies - the baths are rather small. EVERYTHING is provided. A/C, good TV, LAN connection, WiFi, dressing gowns, slippers, alarm clock. Tea / coffee making facilities. Small fridge (a Lawson convenience store is a 5-minute walk away, on the main road)
The bathroom, though small, is fully equipped, scalding hot water, shower and Japanese style sit-up-and-beg bath. Shampoo, body soap, conditioner... the usuals.
(Unlimited, buffet-style) breakfast is taken in a small area next to Reception. Sef-service and self-clearaway. Coffee / tea (in paper cups) ... from 4 a.m. (for people on early flights) till 9.00 a.m.
some Japanese food, but also toast butter and jam and hard-boiled eggs.
Efficient, very clean, comprehensive, but a bit "petite".
- PaddingtonTokyo (6/5): A very basic airport hotel - Unlike many hotels around Haneda, this is an independently own hotel. It is a very basic hotel but good enough for a short stay. The entrance is rather difficult to find and the lobby which is on the 2nd floor I believe is rather worn out. The room is a typical size for Japanese business hotels, with a comfortable bed. Free wifi is available. What is good about this hotel is that the shuttle (Free) is available until very late though you have to call them (or make an arrangement in advance).
One disadvantage of this (and other hotels) in Otorii area is that there is very limited dining options in the evening, and if you cannot understand Japanese, you may have difficulty in finding a place to eat, though the hotel staff is always happy to help you.
- 360Mike (8/5): Fine for short stay - Very good if need to be in Haneda airport very early in the morning. They serve breakfast starting 4:00AM and a shuttle service to the airport every 20 minutes for free. Very easy to find from the train station. Good value for money.
- Aceitunita64 (8/5): Cheap and convenient - The location is good for people coming from or going to Haneda Airport, because it is close to the airport but also a walking distance to convenience stores, ATMs, restaurants and Otorii station.
The room was okay. It was like in most business hotels in Japan, quite small but clean and with everything you need. So it is not great, but you get what you pay for (according to Japanese standards).
The staff was nice. I was so exhausted that I didn't hear my alarm ringing, but they were kind enough to give me a wake up call when they saw that everybody was there 5 minutes before transfer but me. It is thanks to them that I was on time for transfer and I am really grateful for that.
- vincentlS4863AK (6/5): convenient overnight stay - arrived late at haneda airport. haneda inn have free transport to pick up from the airport in a spacious van. front desk staff is friendly and helpful. room is clean and functional, however heater was problematic.
breakfast was nice, overall is was a nice stay.
- TK10001 (10/5): Cost effective hotel with quick Haneda Airport access - I stayed at this hotel after arriving at 11pm on a flight from the US. It was easy to catch the hotel shuttle and it was only 10 minutes to the hotel from the Haneda international terminal. The room I had was small but cost a fraction of what the downtown (Shinshiku) hotels cost. The room was clean and the hotel staff very helpful and pleasant (some spoke English). I will stay here the next time in fly into Haneda.
- tatami28a (8/5): Nice free pick up from HANEDA airport - I stayed HANEDA INN HoTEL at 30th March 2013.
Just one night, because I need sleeping after arriving at HANEDA In midnight.
It is so good the free pick up drop servis to and from Air port.
A Car printed on body [ HANEDA INN ] will waiting at Taxi place at International Tarminal 2 HANEDA.

and Rice ball ONIGIRI and MISO soup.
It is good to know befor getting into Japan .
