Gianfranco (10/5): - Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo hotel a due passi dalle torre di Galata e dai localini tipici. La camera era pulitissima, decisamente ampia e spaziosa, con tutto il necessario per rilassarsi dopo una giornata passata a esplorare la città. Inoltre, abbiamo gradito tantissimo il pensiero che l'albergo ci ha offerto: un dolcino ,un souvenir e una calamita, un gesto davvero gentile che ci ha fatto sentire coccolati.Unica pecca il vicolo dove è situato l'albergo e in salita e piuttosto sporco ma non è colpa dell' hotel

Je stapt het hotel uit en bent meteen omringd door restaurants en gezellige terrassen. Moyses (10/5): Coming home to Meroddi La Porta - I loved the buffet breakfast because of the delicious, traditional Turkish foods, the location in Galata Tower district, which is next to İstiklal and all the excellent restaurants and shops, and the welcoming and thoughtful hotel staff. Great value for the price. That’s why this was my second stay at Meroddi La Porta. I only wish there was more space in my room, like a small table, for my luggage. Other than that, Meroddi La Porta is excellent. Looking forward to my next stay!
Michele (9/5): Soggiorno eccellente - L’hotel è situato in ottima posizione, la camera era bella e funzionale. La colazione era abbondante e di qualità, bellissima la terrazza al quinto piano per la colazione, dotata di un’ottima vista. Lo staff è molto disponibile, siamo stati sempre soddisfatti per ogni necessità. Il Guest Relation Manager è davvero bravo e disponibile. Ottimi i prodotti da bagno, inoltre le bevande che abbiamo consumato ci sono state sempre rifornite quotidianamente (senza costi aggiuntivi). Le uniche due pecche che mi fanno dare 9 e non 10 sono: delle 3 finestre in camera 2 erano difettose e non restavano aperte, la doccia aveva un piccolo difetto che rendeva difficile far uscire l’acqua dalla parte alta della doccia, dunque usciva soltanto dalla parte bassa (problema che abbiamo auto risolto ma che ha comportato un po’ di scomodità nel fare la doccia).

Stanislav (10/5): - Локация.Минута ходьбы от Галатской башни и пешеходных улочек. Вежливый персонал,стараются угодить постояльцам. Ужасные завтраки.Есть нечего,а то что есть-отвратительного качества.Завтракать в отеле бессмысленно-в минуте ходьбы полно кафешек подающих великолепные турецкие завтраки. Короткие и неудобные кровати.Свисают ноги.Буквально.Если у вас рост более 180 см-у вас будут проблемы. Отель расположен на маленькой улочке,рядом с помойкой.Если вас это беспокоит-то отель не подойдет.Такси заказать так же проблема-улица постоянно заблокирована или коммерческим транспортом,или мусоровозами.С багажом придется идти до ближайшей улицы с движением.

También nos hospedaremos un dia más en otro hotel de la cadena. Y pido disculpas por el mal entendido de la sustracción erronea que comunique en la recepción . Thomas (9/5): Schönes Hotel in bester Lage. - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Man ist sehr schnell in dem Viertel mit Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben von dort auch sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht. Man kann aber auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel z.B. in die Altstadt benutzen, wenn man nicht so viel laufen möchte. Das Frühstück im 5. Stock war sehr gut, man bekommt so ziemlich alles geboten. Die Aussicht über die Stadt vom Frühstücksraum ist ebenfalls toll. Bei Fragen helfen die Angestellten jederzeit. Besonders gefallen hat uns der von Booking organisierte kostenlose Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder nehmen und können es wärmstens empfehlen. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

kostas (8/5): It’s a value for money stay with excellent breakfast - Great location 2 min from Galata tower but without any noise from the crowds ! The view of our room was amazing over the Eminonu side of the city ! The breakfast was super rich and tasty changing every day ! The mattress was extremely soft with no proper support from the bed below so for belly sleepers it is was a difficult pose to take to sleep ..my body bended strangely . some days the shower was smelling bad and some other too much chlorine

Chan (10/5): Look no further, this hotel has all your needs - Perfect location as it was less than 5 minutes walk to Galata Tower from our room. About 10 mins walk to Istiklal street. For those fancy longer walks, it took about 30mins to get to the Sultanahmet area from the hotel. Despite the hotel being closed to a very busy street, it was quiet at night and minimal/no noise heard in our room. The breakfast was amazing with a roof top view. Sevgi Isik (Hotel Customer Relationship Officer) was extremely helpful and checked in with us to ensure all our needs were met even before our arrival to Istanbul. Sevgi even arranged a light breakfast for us as we had to check out before breakfast time. Reception staff was also attentive and helpful when we required assistance. Would stay at Meroddi again if we are visiting Istanbul in future. None.
Titanya (8/5): Me gustó el alojamiento con peros. - Está muy bien situado aunque cuesta encontrarlo y la calle está un poco asquerosa. Está justo detrás de la torre Galata. La vistas del desayuno que se toma en la quinta planta son muy bonitas, el desayuno es variado. Nos dejaron un regalito en la habitación muy curioso. El personal del desayuno no nos ha gustado, es de muy mal gusto ver a los camareros hablando por el móvil, viendo videos con la música súper alta (sobre todo cuando hay música ambiental), chillando todo el rato para hablar entre ellos, verlos ponerse a coger comida del buffet con las manos y comérselo por la sala mientras arreglan las cosas, estar cogiendo cosas y tener a una señora pegada a ti vestida de cocinera sin hacer nada más que mirarte. El personal del desayuno deja mucho que desear, y estropea el desayuno.

Basic amenities and maintenance could be improved to make the - The location is excellent, especially if you want to stay near Galata Tower. Room service was good—the room was cleaned regularly and the sheets were changed. We also appreciated the small Galata Tower figure given as a welcome gift, which was a lovely touch. What we didn’t like: Breakfast was alright, but the coffee could be better. The room itself was decent but could do with some improvement. The hair dryer was faulty and kept stopping every 10 seconds due to overheating; although this was reported and we were told it would be fixed, it remained broken throughout our stay. Also, the photos of the reception are not up to date.

Вид потрясающий с террасы и с номера с балконом! Девушка по работе с гостями, Башак, каждый день писала на ватс ап, уточняла все ли нас устраивает! Еще сделали подарок, статуэтку Галаты, магнит и лукум☺️🙌🏻👍🏻♥️ огромное спасибо всему персоналу!

Завтраки на хорошем уровне, все было вкусно. Отличный персонал, откликались на любые просьбы. Горничные хорошо убирались. Администратор Erop на рецепшене всегда готов был помочь. Спасибо за прекрасно проведенный отпуск! В некоторых номерах плохо работал кондиционер, были проблемы с отоплением на -2 этаже

Ich empfehle ein Zimmer mit dem Blick auf die Stadt, wie Frühstücksraum. Hauptgebäude hat einen Aufzug, das Nebengebäude mit Apartments hat keine.

Alimzhan (10/5): Невероятно комфортный отель 🙌🏼 - Было все идеально, номер хоть и на втором этаже, но вид был все ровно красивый, удобно местоположение, возле Галатской башни, это очень удобно и к любому району можно добраться. Невероятно добрые, милые и отзывчивый персонал, всегда улыбаются и готовы помочь во всем. Завтраки это вообще отдельное удовольствие, ешь что угодно и сколько угодно, а главное все было очень вкусно, а главное с каким мы шикарным видом завтракали. Вернусь в этот отель снова Ин шаа Аллах. Нет такого

Отличное расположение — буквально рядом с Галатской башней, удобно добираться до всех основных достопримечательностей. Номер был чистый, уютный, с приятной атмосферой. Уборка проводилась регулярно, всё было аккуратно и комфортно для проживания. Отдельно хочется отметить работу сотрудников на ресепшене — Eiyup и Ahmet. Очень вежливые, отзывчивые и профессиональные. Всегда помогали с любыми вопросами, давали полезные советы по городу и создавали ощущение настоящего гостеприимства. В целом, сервис на высоком уровне, персонал действительно старается сделать пребывание гостей максимально комфортным. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова и рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку в Стамбул!

Отель расположен в очень удобном месте — рядом с Галатской башней, откуда легко добраться до многих интересных локаций города. Номера уютные, чистые и хорошо оснащённые, всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха есть. Уборка на хорошем уровне, чувствуется забота о гостях. Особую благодарность хотелось бы выразить сотрудникам ресепшена — Eiyup и Ahmet. Очень доброжелательные, внимательные и всегда готовы помочь. Благодаря им пребывание в отеле стало ещё более комфортным и приятным. В целом, отличный сервис, дружелюбная атмосфера и хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Of all places i visited this hotel and the staff were the best of all the time, and of course mrs. Sevgi guest relations specialist was also very nice person, overall i can say that this hotel because of it clean and nice ambient need to be mentioned these two Mr. Ejup and Mrs. Sevgi. I may say the food was not 100%, like when you see how they treat you and how warmly i could expect a better food, was so good and delicious but it can be better.

Our experience in Istanbul ended up being very positive thanks to the excellent care and professionalism shown by the staff of this hotel and its chain. We initially stayed at Melody La Porta, but due to circumstances completely outside the hotel’s control, there were roadworks in the street that affected the internet connection and even caused some electricity issues. As a result, we were not able to rest as well as we had hoped on the first night. However, as soon as we mentioned it, the team responded in an outstanding way. They kindly offered to move us to another hotel within the same chain and, on top of that, upgraded us to a higher-category room. They gave us a quiet suite, which we truly appreciated, because when you are travelling, being able to rest properly at the end of the day is so important. We would especially like to highlight the kindness, professionalism and warmth of all the staff in both hotels. Everyone was always attentive, pleasant and willing to help with anything we might need. The breakfast in both hotels was also excellent, with very good quality and great service. A special mention goes to the Sevgi from Guest Relation team, because in both hotels they were genuinely lovely with us. ALL WAS PERFECT
