• Marina (8/5): Terrace makes up for other issues. - Very nice location with wonderful terrace and view, exactly like on the picture. It is a bit far from old town. Very limited supply of cooking ware. Dishwasher was old and were missing parts to put plates in. We had a lot of issues with digital key, had to call technician to fix it, it took us half a day with back and forth messages with property management to fix it. The whole idea of digital clock is not convenient.

Abbiamo dovuto fare la spesa di detersivi e pezze per la cucina, detersivo lavastoviglie, carta igienica, tovaglioli di carta, abbiamo dovuto smaltire l’immondizia. Non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua. Inoltre le camere da letto erano piccole e poco luminose. Rispetto al prezzo pagato, ci saremmo aspettati una qualità diversa.

Close to Sagrada Familia L stops and bus stops. All you need within steps of the apartment (shops, restaurants, even luggage storage for the last day). Easy access - an app for opening pf the building and apartment.
• Victoria (4/5): - This was by far the most complicated booking experience I’ve ever had. There were multiple unexpected fees that were not clearly disclosed upfront. In addition to a security deposit that was not disclosed on Booking.com and an €86 tourist tax, which came as a surprise. The apartment itself is nice and the location is good, but due to the lack of transparency and overall experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Also, the door does not lock at all. The system they use for the lock is not good.

Dobrze wyposażony apartament (ekspres do kawy, suszarka, zmywarka, naczynia). Apartament czysty. Wystarczająco duży dla grupy znajomych (5 osób). Trochę uciążliwe zameldowanie przez aplikację,przed przyjazdem (dodaje się tam zdjęcia dokumentów), otwieranie drzwi również przez aplikację. Ale nie jest to bardzo dużym problemem ;) Wszystko ok
• Eva (9/5): Great apartment for family with stunning view - Great location (2 minutes walk to metro station Sagrada Familia), absolutely amazing view from terrace, nice clean apartment, comfy beds. There were no sponge and washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets left, no tablecloth to dry dishes ( there was only small roll of kitchen paper towels left there). So we had to buy sponge, washing up liquid and also kitchen paper towels. And also there were only 4 tiny sachets of salt left there which wasn't enough for family of 4 for four days.

• Alexandra (9/5): Lugar muy bien ubicado, instalaciones comodas y limpias - La ubicación es muy buena, la zona es tranquila, hay una estación de metroa una cuadra y se ve la sagrada familia por la ventana. La comunicación fue facil con el hospedero. Ningun inconveniente.

My friends and I had a great holiday in Barcelona. I would happily stay here again if I return in the future. Communication was also very quick and responsive.

They needed another 45-60 minutes to finish cleaning. These things can happen, but the cleaning was then obviously done in a hurry.

• Ellen (8/5): Good Apartment, but Communication Needs Improvement - I really liked the location and the apartment itself—it was clean, comfortable, and the balcony view was great, with even a glimpse of the Sagrada Familia. However, an incorrect address was provided in the messages, which led to extra taxi costs. The deposit refund was also delayed due to a system error that wasn’t identified until I followed up. Resolving these issues took extra time out of my trip, which was inconvenient.

Le personnel Ola Living très honnete attentif et à l'ecoute, ce qui m'a permis de retrouver une veste oubliée sur place. Etant donné le système électronique de badgeage pour rentrer, c'est un peu incertain et stressant au moment du départ de ne pas savoir si l'acces à l"appartement va etre immediatement bloqué ou pas. Les oreillers trop durs.

• 平淡一笑 (4/5): The facilities are quite good, but the service was very disappointing. - The accommodation is extremely convenient – just a 5-minute walk to the Basilica of the Sagrada Família, and public transportation is also easily accessible. The kitchen appliances are in excellent condition, and the room is very clean and tidy. The host's service was not very friendly, and their response was also untimely. We are a family of five staying for three days, but only one garbage bag was provided. Since we were not aware that garbage bags were limited, we disposed of the garbage along with the bag on the first day. After explaining the situation to the host and asking if they could provide an additional garbage bag, the host agreed. However, we waited an entire day and then another half day without receiving it. Despite multiple follow-ups, the host did not give a clear response. On the third day, the host informed us that only one garbage bag was provided, and we would need to buy any additional ones from the supermarket. We felt very frustrated – the host had promised to provide more, but on our last day (when our itinerary was fully planned), we were troubled by such a trivial matter as garbage bags. Overall, the host's service was quite poor and needs significant improvement.

• Edgar (8/5): Very nice apartment near to sagrada familia basilica, also near to taxis and public transportation. - Very close to Sagrada Familia basilica, so location was excellent, the staff helped us to store our luggage (in a different lcoation) before the check in, they were very helpful. The area around the apartment is very good, with restaurants and stores 24h open I don't have any complain in mind.

• Andrea (10/5): Fantasztikus volt a szállás, kényelmes, tágas és szép, nagyon jó elhelyezkedéssel. - Az apartman elhelyezkedése szuper volt, jó tömegközlekedéssel és kellemes környéken. A lakás tágas és kényelmes. Az irodával bármikor feltudtuk venni a kapcsolatot (telefon, e-mail) azonnal reagáltak és segítőkészek voltak. Óriási élmény volt Barcelona! Amikor egy turista 3-4 éjszakára megy, akkor miért nincs a lakásban 1 konyharuha, mosogatószer és 1 szivacs. Olyan apróság, de hasznos és szükséges. Az internet/wifi nem túl erős. De szerencsére csak a telefonokhoz kellett. Ami kicsit rugalmatlan volt, hogy bár az apartman elkészült korábban, a kóddal csak 15:00-kor tudtunk bejutni.

• Leopoldo (10/5): Muchas Condiciones para el alquiler - La Ubicación obviamente cómo así también el piso en general. Es tal cual las fotos. Me parecieron excesivas las medidas que se toman para hacer un Check in (incluye una selfie de cada uno de los huéspedes y fotos de nuestros pasaportes) y también que luego de haber pagado por Booking el alquiler, exigieron qué ponga mi Tarjeta con todos los datos a modo de "resguardo" o "fianza de Reserva". Se me cobraron €200 en ese concepto y me dijeron que me los devolverían en los próximos días. Espero que así sea, pero no me gustó tener que dar tanta data. No me quedaba otra porque ya había pagado el alquiler. Había una cama que tenía una pata rota y tuve que sacarle fotos y mandar por temor a que me quisieran cobrar el arreglo con los €200 que estaban como resguardo.

Mínus bola nefunkčná wifi počas celeho pobytu, a velmi tenké steny takže bolo počuť zvuky z chodby a ostatnych izieb.

• Maimi (1/5): 最低な対応 - 滞在はとても残念なものでした。 到着後に荷物を置いて観光へ行き、夜20時ごろにお風呂に入ろうとしたところ、お湯が出ませんでした。 カスタマーセンターに電話をしたものの、対応が非常に悪く驚きました。担当者のアリーさんは「すぐには行けないので23時ごろになるかもしれない」「今日お風呂に入る必要はあるか」と信じられないことを言い、子供が2人いる状況でもまったく配慮がありませんでした。観光後で汗だくの子供たちにお風呂に入れないのはありえません。 「すぐに来てほしい」と何度もお願いしましたが、返答は「1～2時間以内には行くから、了承してくれたら手配する」の繰り返しで、誠意を感じられませんでした。国際電話しか連絡手段がなく、英語対応のみの対応なので、トラブルが起きた際は大変不便です。 最後には来てもらうために了承するしかなく、本当に最低な対応だったと思います。 宿泊の時にお湯が出ないなんて、論外だと思います。 さらに、お風呂はカビだらけで清潔感がなく、部屋は道路に面していて騒音がひどいです。シャッターはありますが効果はほとんどなく、21時ごろからは下の階で工事が始まり、壁を叩く大きな音が響き渡りました。 総合的に見て、とても快適とは言えず、残念ながらおすすめできません。
