• Milton Matsumoto (9/5): Experiência muito boa - É uma acomodação boa para até 4 pessoas, apesar de ter camas para 6 pessoas. Tem mesa, frigobar, uma frigideira, um fogareiro de uma boca e forno micro-ondas que ajuda para podermos fazer alguma refeição na acomodação. As camas são confortáveis, banheiro com área de banho e vaso sanitário em cômodos separados, o que otimiza o seu uso. O vaso sanitário é moderno com aquecimento no acento e descarga automática. Há duas máquinas de lavar e secar roupas, de uso comunitário, com tarifa acionadas por moedas. A localização é boa e fica próximo à estação de metrô. Não tem armário ou guarda-roupas. Apesar de oferecer disponibilidade para preparar refeição, não havia pratos, talheres, panela para preparo de alguma refeição e a pia é pequena, bonita, mas pouco funcional, apenas para quebra galho. Acomodação em andar superior somente por escada. Como está localizada no final de uma travessa, tivemos um pouco de dificuldade de localizar o prédio.

• Gideon (10/5): - Great self service hotel. Great for a family although keep in mind it is one big room, so difficult to enjoy the place once our kids were asleep. Room 5 or 6 are the best, because in the lower rooms the sound of people walking (jumping!) above can keep you awake at night. Excellent washing machines

• Sunshine Nemy (10/5): - We had a nice stay at this place. Staff very friendly and helpful. Responds to messages promptly. They let us check in 2 hrs early as long as no prior tenants on the check in day. Place is conveniently located to a train station, food places and shopping.

• Scott (9/5): Great location, good choice for families. - Super close to the subway station and great space for up to six people which is often hard to find in Tokyo, nice and clean and had everything we needed. Would certainly stay here again. Nothing really other than the sound of the Fire Station, but even that wasn't overly distracting.

• Katherine (8/5): Great location and comfy beds - Great location, close to station, which makes travelling with 4 kids (7 and under) really easy. Lots of restaurants, bakeries, and convenience stores within walking distance. Beds and pillows were nice and comfy, probably the best we've stayed in during our whole Japan trip. The host was amazing and very responsive We're a family of 6, so I knew booking rooms in Japan would be difficult, and although the bed and pillows were the comfiest during our Japan trip, the room was also the smallest room we stayed in. Also, please note this building is stairs only, no lift/elevator - not an issue for us, but maybe for other people.
• Danielle (10/5): - This was the smallest place we stayed with 5 (3 adults and 2 children) but met all our needs. The kids had the most fun here due to the video game set up (mario bros 90's and mortal combat) after a long day of walking.
• Mike (8/5): Gennoya - We had a pleasant stay, with only a few minor complaints. The room is one of about a half dozen in a private apartment building at the end of a small cul de sac; there is no manager onsite. The shower smelled a little musty, though it was clean. The trash can organization system in the room was confusing (separating trash into plastics, etc.), and we weren't sure what to do with our food take-out plastic dishes. The walls are a little thin. One night, we could hear the neighbors and their child on the floor below us, walking and talking until about 11:00 p.m. In general, though, we had a quiet and pleasant stay. Gennoya is a quiet apartment building tucked away in a bustling neighborhood, only a few minutes walk to stores, restaurants, and trains. The location is excellent and convenient.

• Youngkyung (10/5): 가족여행 숙소로 최고 - 4인 이상 가족, 친구들 여행에 최적화된 가성비 있는 숙소이면 인근 엘리베이터 있는 출구 역세권에 편의점도 골고루 있어서 좋았어요. 근처에 애니메이션 배경 장소가 있어 가볍게 둘러보기 좋았고 도쿄역 신주쿠 시부야까지 접근성이 매우 좋으면 지하철은 마루노우치라인이라 더할나위 없었습니다. 숙소내 EV가 없고 계단이 좁아서 어르신은 힘들겠고 젊은 연령대 부담없이 묵기에 좋습니다.

• HAZEL (8/5): - We stayed as a family of 5 and our room was spacious enough for all of us! It’s pretty quiet building! There is laundry which is so convenient! The area is safe and lots of restaurants to choose from. So close to subway station. I definitely recommend this place! The only thing to change is that a towel was ripped, staff should have checked that and replaced.

Good value for the money, no complaints at all about the apartment. Maybe the neighboring Fire Station can be occasionally noisy in the morning (not too early).

• Swee (10/5): A perfect place to stay in Shinjuku - Great location. very comfortable room we arrive early and the owner allow us to leave our luggages in the room while he was busying cleaning the room. simple cooking utensils provided. the room even got dining table, fridge and microwave. WiFi was great. room was super clean. good quality of face soap, bath and hair shampoo were provided. A guest locked the entrance door. since no digital lock was used, it could give problems to other guests. luckily I was there to unlock the entrance door. I have nothing bad to say about this place. perhaps just the wall in between too thin, people who stay above can easily disturb the one stay the floor below.
