Guest Reviews
- Ann-Maud (9/5): - Rent och fräscht, allt inom räckhåll, bra frukost.
- Alice (8/5): -
- Jan (10/5): - Modern, clean hotel with an excellent compact room, good restaurant, useful gym and in a good location.
Gratis vattenflaskor. Kom in matos från grill på taket. Luktade stundtals mycket.

- dougcY324UN (10/5): Great Hotel and will return - I recently wrapped up a stay at the Aloft Tokyo Ginza, and overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylish, high-energy base in Tokyo.
The Highlight: Exceptional Service
What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. The entire staff was welcoming and professional from the moment I checked in, but the standout experience was definitely at The Warehouse restaurant.
A huge shoutout to Patrick at The Warehouse. His service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and he genuinely went above and beyond to make sure our meal was perfect. It’s rare to find that level of personalized care in a busy city hotel, and it made our evenings significantly brighter. Whether it was the front desk or the bar staff, the "can-do" attitude here is top-tier.
Design & Atmosphere
The hotel nails the "urban-cool" aesthetic. The lobby is vibrant, the rooftop bar offers some great views of the Ginza skyline, and the whole place feels fresh and modern. If you appreciate bold art and a bit of a social buzz, you'll love the atmosphere here.
The Location
You really can’t beat being just steps away from the heart of Ginza. You’re surrounded by world-class shopping, incredible dining, and you're within a very short walk to multiple metro stations (including Higashi-Ginza and Ginza Station), making it incredibly easy to navigate the rest of the city.
The One Catch: Room Size
If there is one thing to be aware of, it’s the room size. In true Tokyo fashion, the rooms are quite compact. If you’re traveling with multiple large suitcases, it can feel a bit like a game of Tetris to get everything organized. However, the rooms are so well-designed—with high ceilings, great lighting, and high-tech touches—that they don’t feel dark or dingy, just "cozy."
Final Verdict: Despite the smaller footprint of the rooms, the incredible location and the stellar service from Patrick and the rest of the team make the Aloft a winner. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
- RhondaA646 (10/5): Good Marriott voice in Tokyo! - Really enjoyed this hotel in Ginza. Rooms are Aloft smallish but the rate for cherry blossom season hit a sweet spot for us in Tokyo. Beds super comfortable. Showers small but great water pressure. Breakfast buffet larger than expected with solid options for eastern/western choices. Cute bar area that also had decent food. We were tired so opted in house for dinner but there are many, many choices around the hotel. Lots of shopping. Close walk to a kabuki theater that does single act tickets. Walking distance to Imperial Palace. Staff throughout extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great 3 night stay.
- travelergal2012 (10/5): Great pick, great location - I deliberated over hotels for a while for this stay and am super glad I picked the Aloft in the end. Its location is really convenient - near multiple helpful subway lines, convenience store across the street and lots of charming local businesses right around the corner. It was a great neighborhood to start and end my day. My room was also a really good size for a city hotel, with smart details like multiple outlets and good counter space. Whenever I had questions for the staff, I found them really friendly.
- Dieu Hao (8/5): I feel comfortable. - Modern and efficient without loosing the comforts. Best View on the streets and connections to other places in Tokyo. Good breakfast offerings. I love the varieties of fruits, salads and Japanese fresh made rice balls. The place for breakfast is quite narrow for the rush hours at breakfast time. Especially when I have hot cup of tea in my hand and other people are rushing by, I am afraid of spilling it.
- GoCanes87 (10/5): Extensive breakfast at this excellent hotel - The Aloft Ginza is about a block from the subway. After a long flight, it was nice to have a short walk to the hotel, check into our clean room and eat a quick dinner at the bar. Our room had an excellent shower with lots of hot water and strong pressure. Breakfast at the hotel is extensive and popular. There are many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The location is perfect for exploring Tokyo. Don't miss the rooftop bar, even if it's just a quick visit to check out the great view of Ginza.
- BaseballFan5 (10/5): Wonderful! - My husband and I stayed at the Aloft Ginza for 8 days. Our trip was because my husband ran the Tokyo Marathon. The service was fantastic, and the location couldn't be more perfect. The beds were very comfortable, the hotel is modern and clean, and I loved the shower!! The daily breakfast buffet that was included in our stay was great as well - so many fresh, healthy and delicious choices.....we loved starting each day this way. Also, we loved listening to the 2 girls playing live music Friday night in the bar. They were awesome!!!
- Paul (9/5): Great location - Outstanding location and comfortable room Breakfast seemed to be only the buffett. Would be nice to be able to grab something smaller on the go.
- Kenichiro (1/5): Bad! - Room auto door lock was not working. Didn't need to use card key to open the door. Terrible security. Avoid using this hotel.

- Jose III (10/5): Perfect. - Staff excellent. Location good. Room good. I liked everything.
- Q1786ALjohnw (10/5): Great hotel, great staff - This was a great hotel. The staff is amazing and they are always trying to do something for the guest. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed
The rooms are great and the showers were also great. The hotel is across the street from a store, walking distance to 7-11 and some food spots.
We walked around to different area and one place I would recommend is the city park. We came down here for New Years Eve and even though there was nothing going on in the city the hotel made up for it
If you’re reading reviews like I did before you get to Japan. This is a good spot and I would stay here again if I visit the city
- GoPlaces04294885718 (10/5): Punches several levels above its weight. Outstanding. - I’ve stayed in 100’s of hotels as an Ambassador Member but the service in this one is as good as any as I’ve seen. Originally booked as costs elsewhere for NY was high but thank goodness I did.
I don’t know what the official star designation of the hotel is, but at the service level it’s a Six Star.
It’s not just the politeness, helpfulness and professionalism - it’s the sheer energy and efficiency in getting it right from the breakfast team (outstanding), reception, housekeeping and the bar/restaurant.
Location - perfect for the City. Next to two metro stations and the best shopping and restaurants in Tokyo.
The team is young and enthusiastic, and put on a great NY party at the WXYZ bar.
It feels like a W hotel in terms of the vibe.
When we return to Tokyo in low season (attractions are very busy over NY) we’ll be coming here.
Outstanding.

- bradb805 (4/5): Bad odor in rooms - Rooms have strong body odor. Tried two rooms. Read the reviews. Lots of reports on this issue. Staff is excellent. Location is good. But smell is very bad
- Oldjack (8/5): Good Location-Quirky But OK - Overall the Aloft in Tokyo Ginza did a good job, the room was relatively small but comfortable, the staff friendly and cooperative. The W XYZ Bar, the Warehouse and the roof top bar had atmosphere and some quirkiness, tyipcval of ALOFT. The elevators were too dark but that was intentional but annoying. The location in the Ginza is excellent. Would y gthere again based on price .
- LQGuy (8/5): Great experience! Would certainly return again! - We stayed here Nov 2-6 and had Room 1406.
Despite the norm of smaller rooms in Japan than those in the U.S., I would have to say that this Aloft's rooms were standard to their room size in the U.S. (I've not stayed at any Aloft outside of the U.S.) The two of us had more than adequate space for our total of two full sized suitcases and two roll-aboard bags (without having to spread them out over the bed or floor).
The room was very standard Aloft if you've stayed in one before in terms of size, comfort, and amenities.
What differed was that they had a full service restaurant on the second floor.
The breakfast buffet was good. Perhaps a little crowded at times, but the food quality, presentation, and variety was good. There was the standard combo of Western options with Japanese.
Staff were amazingly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. No question was inconvenient and no request was a problem!
The location is good. About a five minute walk to the closest subway/underground stop...Higashi-Ginza. Or about a 10 minute walk to the Ginza station and main Ginza shopping area.
After touring about Tokyo, we were glad we chose this location. For us, Shibuya was just too much in terms of the crowd density...same with Shinjuku. And we would certainly stay here again if we return to Tokyo!
Kudos to the entire Aloft Ginza Tokyo team!
- dilara (10/5): -
- Mahendra (8/5): Location made all the difference. - Clean comfy rooms. Rooms are too small for the price paid

- QPixels (10/5): Stylish, Fun, and Surprisingly Affordable - Loved Our Stay! - Aloft Tokyo Ginza was our “budget” pick for Tokyo, but it turned out to be one of the most fun and memorable hotels of our trip. The vibe is young and energetic without being chaotic - more boutique art space than budget stay. The lobby bursts with neon lights, bold colours, and cool music that gives the whole place a creative edge.
Our room was compact (as expected in Tokyo) but spotless, cleverly designed, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient - just a short walk to Ginza’s shops, restaurants, and metro stations.
The highlight was the rooftop terrace, with city views, quirky dog-shaped chairs, and a shiny silver VW bus serving hotdogs. At sunset, the neon lights come alive, giving the space a pop-art glow that feels so uniquely Tokyo. There’s also a small 24-hour snack corner near the lobby for late-night cravings.
Overall, Aloft Tokyo Ginza is stylish, clean, and full of personality - a fantastic choice if you want something fun, modern, and well-located without breaking the bank. I was avoiding Alofts before, but since this visit I stayed in 3 more :) No regrets.
- joanne (8/5): Great stay in heart of Ginza. - Great location, fantastic staff, so helpful.
Good breakfast, lots of choice!
Gym was small but had weights and treadmill so better than expected!

- levana (10/5): -
- Aroonsri (9/5): -
- ROZHAN (9/5): - Very conveniently located in Ginza. Beddings and toilets were very good. Complimentary bottle drinks were unlimited.
Staff were all courteous and helpful The breakfast was the same throughout my 5 nights stay. Most hot food were with pork. Can do better selection of breads.
- Tin Yee (10/5): - 很棒
- MELISSA (5/5): Elevated backpacker experience, certainly expected more given the amount paid - Clean good location, good breakfast Terrible reception area with stained carpet, Confined small rooms and no pool
- 208ezrap (10/5): Awesome Hotel in Ginza - Awesome hotel, right in Ginza. Easy to get to from the airport on the metro, the train stop is just a few minutes away. There is a Lawson right next to the hotel if you need snacks. Tons of luxury shopping one block away as well as the famous 12 story Uniqlo. The rooms are fairly small but very nice. The room was very modern & we loved it.The hotel has numerous benefits for titanium elite members including a welcome drink each day at the rooftop bar & free breakfast buffet in the restaurant daily. Highly recommend this stay for tourists visiting Tokyo!

- KMestre (10/5): Great Stay for our Family of 4! - Last month our family of four (including two energetic kids who are 8 and 4) checked into the Aloft Ginza for 4 night stay and it was nothing short of a great stay! After a marathon 26 hour travel day, we rolled in looking like zombies. The front desk was buzzing with check-ins, but luckily our two rooms were ready and right next to each other (which is something I requested prior to checking in!)
The rooms were simple, functional, and just what we needed. Beds were incredibly comfortable (the kind you don’t want to get out of), and the AC was whisper-quiet but a powerful ice box which is a rare and welcome find in Japan.
The location was another win. We loved that it wasn’t smack in the middle of Tokyo chaos, but still just a quick cab ride to wherever we wanted to go. The neighborhood itself was calm, with a few tasty restaurants close by and a Lawson convenience store literally across the street (lifesaver for snacks, early breakfast to go and late night cravings!).
As a Titanium Elite member, I got breakfast included at their 2nd floor restaurant and it was hands down the best breakfast of our 3-week Japan adventure. A perfect mix of Japanese and American options, and everything was fresh and delicious.
We’d stay here again in a heartbeat on our next Tokyo trip!

- Hannah (10/5): Great location in ginza - Absolutely cracking hotel in the heart of Ginza. Really well located close to the subway and within walking distance of the main shopping street and loads of bars and restaurants. Our room was small but well kitted out with facilities. The shower was fab and we were able to borrow an iron from reception to do some last minute ironing. The fitness room was perfect and the roof top bar great for a late night cocktail.
- Globe_Trekkers_Tale (10/5): Comfortable Rooms, Good Breakfast - Nice hotel with good breakfast centrally located by multiple subway stops with good food options nearby. Hotel staff were very helpful and bar had good live music. (although terrible Rose wine, maybe the worst I've ever had. Should of ordered a beer)
- Laura (9/5): - Location.
- Ioana-Roxana (9/5): -
- Hossam (8/5): It was a great experience and friendly staff - Very good location and an amazing staff Small room
- JCL2288 (4/5): Aloft, alas! - First experience with this brand. Disappointing value. Overpriced. Very small room for a Marriott brand. Inexperienced young staff overall. Low quality breakfast, tacky decor, odd room lighting. Rooftop bar could be improved with more comfortable seating and lower booming bass music volume. Beds had hot thick winter comforters in Tokyo’s sweltering summer. Need summer lightweight bedding sets for guest comfort. Go with a local Japanese hotel for the price instead.
- OLCAY (9/5): çok memnun kaldık, teşekkür ederiz - konumu çok iyi, otel temiz ve çalışanlar ilgili özellikle Avrupa'dan seyahat edenler için saat farkı nedeniyle Japonya saati ile gece acıktığımızdan geç saatlerde yiyecek olanakları olması iyi olur fakat otel dışında etrafta market vb olanaklar fazlaca mevcut
- thanhnW5312OR (8/5): Lovely location, typical big city room - Good and hip place in Ginza which is notable for super duper clean and wide streets. The most used subway stop is about a 7 minute walk away. There’s a closer one that doesn’t go to as many places. I loved walking around here a lot more than places like Shibuya or Shinjuku just because it still has a lot of stuff to do but doesn’t have the hectic, crowded feeling that the other places in Tokyo has. It is also about a 15 minute walk away from Tsukiji which has a lot of cool, albeit expensive food options. Room is small if you’re going to be doing a lot of shopping. We had 2 big suitcases and 2 carryons and we had trouble walking around the room. The staff also microwaves your food for you which is helpful because breakfast options are limited before 10am.
- BethTO (10/5): A perfect choice in Ginza - Perfect location and a great value considering you are just a short walk to the center of Ginza. Staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. Our room was small but well appointed with a small seating are and an amazing toilet!! We overlooked a main street but did not hear traffic. The hotel bar was a relaxing place for a drink at the end of a 25K step day. I highly recommend the Aloft Ginza!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excelente localização em Ginza - Localização incrível.
Bom quarto com boa limpeza.
Serviço era bom.
Ótimo café da manhã.
Recomendo
- Marlene (2/5): Never again. - Some of the staff were nice and helpful. Everything else was not worth the price.
- W5152WOwilliaml (8/5): This is an excellent hotel choice while in Tokyo - This is an excellent hotel choice while in Tokyo. Great value, really good staff, and great location next to tons of tops stores, restaurants, and more. The room was ok.
- 105dahliar (10/5): Loved staying at the Aloft! - Aloft was centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go on our trip to Tokyo. The hotel was clean and comfortable but it was the staff that made our trip really enjoyable. They were so helpful especially Mr. Shing who went the extra mile several times to make sure our stay was exceptional. His attention to detail was so he he even noticed we were headed to the wrong airport at checkout and saved us from missing our flight. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
- Alexandra (10/5): - Location and decoration of rooms superb , only did find it expensive at $400 a night without breakfast , friendly staff .
Rooms are small but I guess that is normal for Japan.
Safe location .
- tejpar (10/5): Amazing service and location and great for family - Aloft Ginza is a lovely place to stay . We returned back as we had such a lovely visit last time and they were so welcoming to my 2 boys. . The rooms are thoughtfully appointed; modern and very clean. The service is absolutely outstanding and the Manager, Ken and his team go out of their way to make sure every aspect of the stay is fantastic. This a good place for families to stay as they have a fun lobby with a pool table , and they also serve pop corn. The breakfast room takes up the entire floor on the 2nd floor of the hotel. The decor is brilliant with a motor bike in the middle . The buffet is a big spread with fresh fruits, salad and whole range of pastries and cereal. It is one of my favourite breakfast buffets . The location is also very convenient steps away from Hip Ginza shopping . Getting here from Narita is also easy as the bus stops at the nearby courtyard but this hotel has more personality and warmth. I had asked them to put some flowers as we were celebrating our anniversary and they surprised us with a lovely towel arrangement shape of a heart along with a fruits tray. Thanks
- SJFCalgary (10/5): Recommend this hotel and location - Amazing hotel - highly recommend. We stayed in two rooms (2 adults and 2 older teens). Rooms were well appointed and had very comfy beds. Hotel has a great buffet breakfast - with lots of options for dietary restrictions. Great location. And good gym facility.
- Venture488979 (4/5): AC system is not working well! - Great location!!! But the AC system is not working well. Outside temperature is 90 now and room temperature is 80. Unbearable.
- Stan (8/5): Very good -
- Hao-tung (10/5): Nice and energetic staff -
Amei!!!
- Davide (9/5): Superb -
- Rola (8/5): Very good - Rooms were small but super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it. Loved the breakfast.
- 670burcint (10/5): Exceptional Stay – A True Home Away from Home in Tokyo - We had a truly wonderful 4 night stay at Aloft Ginza during our visit to Tokyo. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—the staff were not only professional but also genuinely caring, making us feel welcome and well looked after.
The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the linens and bed were of noticeably high quality, making our stay incredibly comfortable and restful. The restaurant and food were top-notch, offering both quality and variety that exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is also very centrally located, allowing easy access to Ginza’s vibrant streets, shopping, and dining. With a subway station just a short walk away, the entire city becomes easily accessible within minutes—making it ideal for both first-time and returning visitors.
What really stood out was the personal touch from the team. It truly felt like a home away from home.
I would highly recommend Aloft Ginza to anyone visiting Tokyo whether for business or leisure. If you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, great food, warm service, and a prime location, this is the place to stay.
- F (9/5): Superb - Food, location, staff helpfull and the room was big, diffintly will come back again to same hotel NA
- F (10/5): Exceptional - location and food. NA
- nicholasmD4097DQ (10/5): A really valuable and balanced experience. - I booked a guest room as a Platinum member. No upgrade but was able to get late checkout. I elected daily breakfast at The Warehouse restaurant on the 2nd floor.
The room itself was nice, clean, and modern. As I expected, much more roomy than a business hotel and a bit more than a Moxy but definitely not the level of something like the Westin. I like the design of the rooms, the size is good, and the overall hotel is nice so I’ve really come to appreciate the Aloft brand.
The hotel itself is located right in Ginza close to Higashi-Ginza Station. While this is technically the closest station, you may find yourself using Ginza Station much more as there are more useful lines servicing that station such as the Ginza Line. As you may be able to infer, JR does not service the direct area and you will be utilizing the Metro Subway system if taking transit. The location is honestly a pretty great place and I find it to be one of Marriott’s more convenient locations in Tokyo.
The hotel has a really nice, lifestyle, nightclub type of design. It’s something typical of this brand and is more upscale than something like a Moxy. While a younger and more active clientele will likely enjoy this the most, I think most anyone can enjoy the experience. The left elevator provides access to the roof where there an interesting small food “van” if you will called Roof Dogs that specializes in hot dogs. The ground floor has Aloft’s signature W XYZ bar where you can have drinks and small appetizers. Elite members are able to enjoy one complimentary drink from a small selection. As mentioned earlier, The Warehouse is the hotel buffet-style restaurant on the second floor. I enjoyed breakfast here on a daily basis. While I think it was a bit smaller than a standard Marriott or Westin, I still think it was substantial and worth the time. It had the usual Japanese options as well as some western options such as crispy bacon, made-to-order eggs, and omelettes.
Overall I had a nice stay and I think that the price paid was pretty well-warranted for this level of accommodation in this area of Tokyo. I think that if you can score a good rate this is one of the most valuable in Marriott’s Tokyo portfolio.
- Ali (10/5): A great facility and comfortable rooms - Location and service Reception hall too small
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark L (10/5): - Great Hotel for staying in Ginza, shopping, dining and subway connections all a short walk away.
- bakery (10/5): Comfortable and perfectly situated for sightseeing - We chose to stay at Aloft Tokyo Ginza based on Tripadvisor reviews and a great location, and I couldn't have been happier. It's an easy walk to the Art Aquarium Museum, Tsukiji market and Hama Rikyu Gardens (also close to the Imperial Palace, which unfortunately was closed both days we were there). If you're a shopper, there's a ton of stores in the area too. The Aloft is just a few minutes walk from the nearest station, to facilitate getting around town. The hotel itself is comfortable and quiet, with helpful staff. Ginza is a terrific area of town to stay in, and the Aloft is a great choice.
- Rebecca (10/5): Perfect! - We loved it all! The comfiest pillows I've ever slept on! Nothing!
- Atul (9/5): Superb -
- wine4et99 (10/5): Great hotel and great location - Great location in ginza. Shopping is all around you, the fish market is a 10 min walk. Room is small but functional. We are Marriott platinum so we got the free breakfast daily which is quite a spread. Better than most American hotels. They have an onsite restaurant and a separate bar area that does snacks. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again. The staff was great to accommodate any requests or questions.
- Amy (8/5): Great location, attractive rooms and a cool vibe - Fun and hip. Very clean, friendly desk staff, rooms small but very functional and attractive and CLEAN. Super location near sites of Ginza and transportation. We used a combination of walking, GoTaxi and a lot of use of the subway.
- Sharon (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about this stay was amazing, location, cleanliness and the exceptional staff they where so sweet and nice ! Highly recommend!
- fcparma19 (10/5): Outstanding hotel and hotel restaurant - During a recent trip to Japan, my travel partners and I made a last minute change to our itinerary and decided to go back to Tokyo for the last few days of our trip. I needed a hotel on the fly and given our Marriott loyalty, I looked for a Marriott that was centrally located. I picked this Aloft which seemed good. I don't typically over-investigate Marriott options (they are all about the same wherever you go) and don't go out of my way to review them but this Aloft was SO amazing, that I couldn't help but write a review. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. What put things over the top was their restaurant, the Warehouse. Their breakfast was much better than the average I've seen for Marriott hotels and an enormous range of Western and Japanese hot and cold options. In a pinch, we decided to eat dinner and lunch there. Again, I had low expectations but the food for both meals was surprisingly excellent. Their dinner menu is robust and has a good range of options and for lunch they offer a really nice salad bar that seemed very popular with locals. If you're in Tokyo, I highly recommend this Aloft.

- JKRan (10/5): Perfect location - Great location, close to Ginza station train stop. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet and the bar in the lobby is great. Our room was compact but efficient. We had a twin room on the inside, which was very quiet. This location is close to high-end shopping and great dining. Service is lovely.
- Christina (9/5): Trendy hotel, beautiful space, worth a stay in Ginza. - The hotel itself is gorgeous - hip, trendy atmosphere, but also family/tourist/business friendly. I loved that you could get extra amenities downstairs like water bottles, toothbrushes etc if you ran out in your room. I like the way the bathroom is arranged. I lost an item and the staff went above & beyond in trying to help us find it & communicating with us about it. Breakfast was awesome -- try their omelet! When you key in to open the door, the entire room lights up. This is really irritating if someone is already sleeping in the room. My husband/2 year old were sleeping and I was lucky that the toddler did not wake up especially with jetlag. Hotel rooms in general are small in Japan and considering that I thought our room was great. I would recommend that the hotel put up more hooks like in the room for people to hang up items. There's almost no space to store anything besides the walkway closet.

- H333VHjameso (10/5): It was the popcorn for me! - Cool hip hotel with young staff and a lot of energy and charm. Location is close to subway lines with several 7-elevens, Lawson, and Family mart near by. Walking distance to many things, budget friendly hotel with a high end feel to it. Would definitely recommend for people with kids and group of young adults
- lichunghk (10/5): A lovely stay at the heart of Tokyo - The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the heart of Tokyo. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any requests or questions I had.
A special thanks to the operational manager, Akihito Komori, whose dedication and attention to detail truly enhanced my stay.
- bb8_traveller (10/5): Excellent location and modern rooms - This hotel is in a fabulous spot. Super close to Ginza and several metro stations, easy to get around and lots nearby. The rooms were modern and relatively roomy for Tokyo. They don’t come cheap, but no decent hotel in Tokyo is cheap! The staff were super friendly and helpful. All in all a great option and base to explore Tokyo from.
- Helen (7/5): Well located hotel. - Location was excellent. Good vibe. The rooms are very small and the tv was 1 foot from the bed.
Breakfast was ok.
- impulsivetravelers (10/5): The Ginza Vibe! - The property was wonderful, and the lobby had a great vibe. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the room and facilities were excellent. The bar area had a classy feel, and the rooftop was open during the winter, even though the bar wasn't. You could still go up and take photos. This is definitely one of my favorite hotels in Ginza.
Veldig god service
- VP-ATL (10/5): Perfect location, excellent staff, wonderful breakfast buffet - Wonderful location, clean hotel, amazing staff! My room was small, but had everything I needed. The staff members were terrific. I’m a Platinum Elite member and truly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast buffet, which was included with my status, was unbelievable. Highly recommend!
- Elmo (10/5): - Trendsetter
- Mardelyn (10/5): it was excellent - the place was excellent none
- Abbie (10/5): Perfect location - The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk from the train/subway station. There was also a helpful section at the reception where you could grab things you had forgotten like water, slippers, pajamas etc. The rooftop was also a really nice place to sit and relax, even if it was a bit cold. We really enjoyed how close it was to convenience stores and restaurants as well. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel in Tokyo which is nearby other cities.
- tropictrav (10/5): Great! - Excellent hotel and would highly recommend it. Great location in thd heart of Ginza. The room sizes were great, the beds / mattress very comfortable. The rooms were well sound proofed. The toilets were amazing? Japanese style heated seats, automated eyc by Toto.
