• Katarzyna (3/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do Watykanu Ręczniki musieliśmy sobie znaleźć sami, tak samo jak papier toaletowy, nie było pościeli na kołdrę, mieliśmy problem z wejściem i zostaliśmy zignorowani przez właściciela, w drzwiach naszego pokoju odpadała klamka, w łazience był kamień i brudny prysznic

Superbo La pulizia lascia a desiderare, io avevo la singola e il letto beh, non so cosa ci fosse sotto ma era tremendo. In camera c'era puzza di fumo come se l'ospite prima di me avesse fumato. Va rinfrescata l'imbiancatura del bagno, ovvio che si crei umidità ma era troppa ed evidente sotto al soffitto a livello della doccia!

• Lampis (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo - La struttura è molto vicina al centro e soprattutto al Vaticano ed è collegata bene. L’host è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Inoltre è insonorizzata bene. La struttura seppur vecchia,non è del tutto malvagia. La pecca è stata il letto,poiché ogni minimo movimento faceva un rumore allucinante. Ma soprattutto il bagno in quanto non scendeva l’acqua del wc e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con un secchio ,ringraziando il fatto che fossimo quasi sempre fuori casa. Le pulizie non hanno mai pulito la camera in 4 gg che eravamo lì e mai forniti asciugamani puliti.

• Carlos (3/5): Poor - The room was not like in the photos. It offered a double or queen size bed and they have a single bed. There was light in the room beside that gets into my room because there was a window between the two rooms.

• Eivind (8/5): Amazing value, good staff and every highlight in walking distance - Great location, I can safely say it can't be beaten at this price point. Everything is within range and you're about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican, and if you're up for it, an hour walk from the Colosseum (which aligns perfectly with seeing the rest of the attractions as well!). The staff, which are just 2 lads renting out an apartment with multiple rooms, are great. We arrived late (around 10-11PM), and the internet was out causing the automated door opener to fail. Luckily, they were quick to respond on WhatsApp when called and drove right over and let us in. The internet went out again later and they once more drove over and fixed it. Overall, great communication - so if you have issues getting in, I wouldn't be afraid to reach out. They're great and patient! Beyond that, the rooms are quite.. Roomy. Large space with high ceilings. The bathroom was the least liked part, the shower heads seem like they need cleaning (it's not horrible, don't worry). The cleanliness of the room was OK. The only other thing about the actual stay was that because it's an old building, expect to be able to hear everyone. But that's not the property's fault, really. On my Partner's side, the issue was the lack of mirrors. There is only one in the bathroom. Actually finding the place can be difficult (especially if you're stressed), so be warned, do not look for the name of the 'hotel', but rather the actual address. Once you have that it's easy to get to.
• Mramosy (9/5): Near Vatican City - The vicinity to vatican city and closeness to the metro station. Perfect for solo travelers. Private bathroom. Some confusion at the beginning on how to access the building but the owner called me to clarify any doubts.

• Aija (7/5): Good location, everything else very avarage - Location was good It was a bit cold in there, my friend needed to sleep with sweater on. Also we asked for extra pillows and blankets - got an answer that they are somewhere in hallway, but there where only million towels, nothing from what we asked. They dont clean the rooms, dont provide clean towels, etc. We didnt met host even once. Check in was all by ourselves, which i didnt mind, but there was times that something was wrong with internet connection and we couldnt open doors. Also wifi didnt work at all.

Room wasn't ready for check in..... despite asking for early check in was still stood outside waiting for cleaner meaning didn't get in until 45 mins after check in time. Bed folds in half as broken in the middle and needs replacing Vikey entry system very hit and miss. Worked eventually after several attempts. Very loud noise outside window which cones from heater/air con unit

The decorative bed frame was disconnected 😞 only three bolts are needed to install it properly and it will be fine. There were some big black boards and no chalk for drawing on them. No spaces for luggage and clothes.
• Sara (2/5): Wouldn’t book again - Proximity to my work place Vikey entry - promised help if required but staff still haven’t replied to email, text or WhatsApp or phone calls No flexibility on check in time - told I could leave luggage if earlier check in not possible but no one to leave it with and no way to access property No information regarding which of the 7 floors Amo Roma was on Vikey worked first time but not when I came back later - fortunately neighbours let me in - no one answered the phone - didn’t dare go out again No shower mat No way to adjust air conditioning- room was uncomfortably cold
• Bethan (5/5): Passable - Location was great and easy check in. The lift in the apartment building was really cool. Whatsapps with the staff made communicating problems easy. Bed was very comfy. The aircon and shower didn't work properly which was hard in 40 degree heat! No bin in the room- felt bad leaving a carrier bag of rubbish on the desk as we left.
• Charlotte (10/5): Charming room with Beautiful balcony in the Heart of rome - We liked the room with the small Balcony really much! Very nice Location close to everything in a nice neibourhood! Nice bakery at the corner for an amazing breakfast! Communication via WhatsApp was easy and Check in very easy! Amazing place for exploribg the City of rome! Small but everything you need!

The communication with Frederica was nice and she supported us with ordering the taxi. The beds were to soft and the shower water drain did not work properly.

• Greta (7/5): most of the time was spent walking around Rome. Speaking about the apartaments I liked the antique elevator and the cle - Liked the automatic system of check in and check out. Also many local cafes around. dirty and unhooked curtains; little space in the bathroom; a lot of things need to be changed and there was a lack of cleanliness

Nous avons contacté a plusieurs reprises le numéro de téléphone indiqué et la personne nous demandait de contacter Maria? Le jour ou nous devions arriver a l hébergement on nous informe que le logement n est pas disponible. Nous avons dû retrouver en urgence un hébergement pour 2 nuits que nous avons payé le double de l Aroma (G20 a Rome) et aujourd'hui nous ne sommes toujours pas remboursé de l Aroma (CB débitée et pas de remboursement ). Une honte !!en bref fuyez aussi bien cet hébergement que le site Hôtels.com
