• Ahmet (1/5): Host locked me out during official check-in hours, forced me to cancel, and Booking.com had to step in to issue a full r - N/A - I was not allowed to stay at the property. Highly unreliable and unprofessional management. The property's official check-in window is 17:00 to 19:30. I provided an estimated arrival of 17:00, but due to delays, I arrived at 19:16—which is safely within the official hours. The host flat-out refused to let me in, sent entry codes and immediately deleted them twice, and explicitly texted me to "book somewhere else." She then manipulated the situation by pressuring me to hit the cancel button so it would look like my fault. Booking.com customer support investigated, verified that the host wrongfully refused service during official hours, and overrode her policy to grant me a full 100% refund. Do not book here if you need a guaranteed place to sleep.

• Janet (6/5): - N/A I believe the room size was less than quoted, or it felt small. This was certainly was not a one-bedroom, and no living room. That claim was quite a stretch. Only one towel was provided until requested. Very thrifty, I suggest looking for another place.

• Kirsty (8/5): Practical - It was exactly as described. Communication with the owner was excellent. Facilities were the necessary for our 1 night stay and was comfortable. Description of how to enter the property was very clear. Rosario gave us a taxi number for getting to the airport and they answered my WhatsApp message immediately and were punctual. Breakfast is simple, but plenty Be aware that taxes must be payed in cash, not card. Not what you’d expect for a a B&B if you are coming from England, as breakfast is left packaged, but there’s plenty. Great for an overnight stay to get to airport, but not as a typical Naples stay.

The place was super clean, which made us feel very comfortable. Everything from the room to the bathroom was spotless. The B&B is in a great spot for getting around Naples. It's easy to reach public transport, so exploring the city was no problem at all. We felt safe in the neighborhood, even when walking around in the evening. The host was fantastic. She was very friendly and always ready to help. Whenever we had questions or needed advice, she was there for us. It made our stay much nicer. Breakfast was a good way to start the day. We especially enjoyed the coffee - it was really nice and gave us a good boost in the morning. It definitely hit the spot and helped us get ready for our day of exploring Naples. Being close to public transport made it easy for us to visit all the main sights in Naples. We liked how well-connected the area was, which helped us make the most of our time in the city. The B&B is located at a busy intersection, so there's some ambient street noise. This didn't bother us and is typical for a central city location, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

We had a travel change and ended up arriving about an hour early- they were able to check us in early and were very nice about the schedule change. The room was very clean, and easy to access. Good coffee options and morning breakfast options were nice. Also like they had bottled water in the rooms. Close to the airport and easy to get a taxi to/from the property. Multiple restaurants and cafes within a 10- minute walk. The view of the prison was odd...but nothing they can do to change that, and it is transparent in the listing.

• Johannes (8/5): Last night in Italy - We selected the property for our last night it Italy, as we had a very early flight to catch. It certainly served that purpose and the staff was very helpful. They helped arrange affordable transportation to the airport and had breakfast available for our early departure. Four beds and a small kitchen squeezed into one room. No complaints and it served our purpose. I’m not sure I would use it with 4 people for multiple nights.

The location was not bad, but not the best option you can have. The most disapointing thing was the breakfast, which was actually not a breakfast, but some junk food from super market.

We enjoyed the pizzeria that she recommended. WiFi reception was spotty. It would be nice to have the bath towels replaced as they looked like they had seen better days.

• Shailla (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great! Close drive to the airport and 15 minute walk to the city centre with various restaurants and shops. The host was so friendly and amazing. She had the room ready for us early and gave us advice on how to get their from the ferry port. She also gave us breakfast even though we arrived at 3:00 pm! The room was exactly what we needed for one nights stay - clean, and comfortable. There was also a kitchenette outside the room where we could warm up our pizza or make coffee/tea.

Offered shuttle for minimal fee to airport. Host gave recommendations to area. Breakfast was terrible, packaged sweets and espresso coffee/tea. Not really a bed and breakfast. Uncomfortable since nowhere to sit in your room and kitchen area small and basic, just for a quick bite. Not close to historic center but we had been in the city for a while and were comfortable with the public transit system.

• Angelique (10/5): Pristine! Close to the train station and airport - This was a super clean room with everything we needed for a night prior to going to the airport. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was PRISTINE. She had some snacks out and the mini kitchen was perfect for our needs. Our contact was wonderful, explained exactly how to get into the apartment, great directions, and met us as we were coming in. In addition, she helped provide the contact for a taxi that was waiting for us at 3:30AM the next morning. VERY accomodating. The area is safe, but we walked from the train station late in the afternoon so it was daylight, I would probably call a cab if it were night (at least the way google routed us). But the apartment is on a main thouroughfare (so its a little loud until the traffic dies down) and we felt very safe even to walk down the road for dinner in the evening. Great value! Thanks for a great stay as we were ending our 2.5 week tour of Italy! Everything was perfect for our needs!

We are on foot. The location did not feel as safe as we liked after dark. Be prepared for a number of directions about the property and questions about your plans in and out of property.

• Nomoish (9/5): A nice small B&B close to the airport - Location was great close to the airport for an early flight. Rooms were of good size, very clean and comfortable. Our family used all 3 rooms of the B&B and we liked that there was a shared kitchenette so we could have some coffee and light stuff. Rosaria was very helpful and accommodating. Instructions were accurate so we could easily check in. She also helped us order a taxi to the airport after I failed to communicate with the taxi company. Its not in the city center but best for those who want to stay near the airport. About 30 minutes walk to the center. Not so bad. As we had a baby with us I asked that a cot be provided. It seems that there was a communication difficulty and eventually I found out that there is no cot at the B&B. Rosaria did her best to try and find us a reasonable solution but of course it would have been better had a cot for the baby been provided

I would recommend using the shuttle service to or from the airport. Driver was very kind aswell and price is good. Room itself is perfect, everything as shown, clean. We came late, tired from our flight and the owner wasn’t welcoming and pleasant on the WhatsApp . She send someone to open the place and she only cared for the payment for him extra. On the booking website it was not written that we have to add extra payment for late arriving, just after we ordered the room. We didn’t get breakfast even though it was advertised on the website.

• Artem (4/5): Disappointing - The apartments by themselves is quiet good and modern. You have everything that you need there. The bathroom is also good. Close to the airport. There is an extra charge of 20 euros for the checking in after the checking hours (the checking hours only from 17 to 19.30!), so for someone, who will arrive after the 19.30 the apartments will costs more, that you paid originally. This payment, as well as a tourist charges of the city of 3 euros has to be payed ONLY in cash (at least for us it was exactly like that). When we asked “if it’s an official payment, could we pay it as well by card?” the owner immediately told us that she can reduce this payment from 20 euros to 10 euros, so I guess it’s not an official thing. As a result we payed for the apartments with this extra charges around 116 euros or something like that and for this money from our experience you can definitely find much better apartments in Naples that we had. Maybe they would be a bit further from the airport. In the picture you see the apartments with the big window. In real the window is really small and doesn’t look like that. The “breakfast” I would not call like that. It just some snacks, like biscuits or cookies, everything mostly sweet. Only one advantage that they have a coffee machine. The apartments is situated in a really ugly area. The only advantage that it’s quite close to the airport and for one night it could be the option, but for this money I would definitely search for something else.

We were flying out of Naples after our holiday and needed a place to stay for the night before our early flight and this was perfect. The owner even connected us to a taxi service to get us to the airport. Nothing, it was great!

She went out of her way to help me when there was confusion.in plans and train tickets. I would recommend this place to stay to my friends and anyone.

Needed it for the extreme heat. They offered water, juice, coffee and other little snacks. Had a big shared balcony if you wanted and another shared space. Hotel is close to airport. The location is far from the newer parts of Napoli, it great for going to airport.

She had promised to schedule an airport shuttle and then sent us a link for a taxi, which shared twice what she quoted. The property is located in a bad neighborhood, across the street from the prison, which made us a bit nervous.

The owner is friendly and helpful - The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioned room was a good size. The bathroom and shower were modern and excellent. The owner Rosaria was very warm, friendly and helpful. She went out of her way and organised a lift to the airport which was great. The bus/tram service doesn’t take too long to master to the centre of town and gets you to good food and more pleasant surrounds. Napoli’s traffic mayhem will not suit everybody and likewise the location will not please all. The initial contact with the owner via texting was not straightforward but worked well in the end.

• Shannon (10/5): Brand new, super clean with great coffee and a delightful owner - This place is great. Communication with the property owner Rosaria was excellent, and she is delightful! She showed us around and make us feel like family. The room is recently renovated and everything was super clean. Wonderful bathroom with a great shower. The coffee available 24/7 is excellent, as well as the assortment of continental breakfast items. There is a great restaurant Pizzeria Nana's, on the corner... great pizza and service! I choose the property due to its location near the airport, because we had a really early flight out after our stay. But it meant that we were quite a ways from the city center, the walk to/from is about 30 - 45 minutes through a couple sketchy parts. This no way takes away from my rating of the place... just something to consider if you also plan to spend some time in the city.
• Brent (7/5): Good stay for an early flight. - We stayed at this room as a place close to the airport because we had a 6am flight. The location was close to the hotel. We walked there from the train station and it was pretty far. It would have been better to have taken a taxi. The room kind of felt like a bunker and was dark. There is nothing around there really so we took a taxi to another area of town. The beds were not too comfortable but I didn't find any of the beds in Italy too comfortable.

Our breakfast basket had a good selection of cakes as well as juice and water. The kitchen had tea and coffee making facilities. Situated close to airport and Rosaria kindly arranged our shuttle from the B&B to the airport which was waiting for us. everything was lovely but couldn't find plates for our cakes but perhaps I missed them. Nothing not to like.
