Un peu cher. - La bonne relation via WhattsApp : en raison du mauvais temps pour traverser le détroit de Magellan, le ferry n’a pas fonctionné de la journée et nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit. Les consignes pour entrer de manière autonome dans l’hôtel et la chambres ont été très bien communiquées. Petit déjeuner très correct. Un couvre lit déchiré qui dégrade l’image positive du premier abord.

- Laura (9/5): A perfect pit-stop in Rio Grande - Very welcoming check-in, the boy in the reception was very kind and helpful. The room was great, everything was very clean and tidy. Parking outside just in front of the hotel is reserved for clients. We stayed only one night, but would have stayed more. The staff of the breakfast wasn't as warm and kind as the receptionist. The breakfast is nice, but nothing exceptional - on the contrary, very basic, but enough. No elevator to the upper floors, if I remember well.

- Javier Mauricio (6/5): Sin ninguna comunicacion. - Lamentablemente reserve a través de Hoteles.com en donde la tarifa estaba en $ pero hicieron el cargo en mi tarjeta de crédito en u$s con todos los impuestos que ello implica siendo mucho mas alto que el monto en $ original. Hasta el momento ni Hoteles.com ni el Hotel Laserre dieron solución a mi problema. Termine pagando un 65% mas en $ que el valor que figuraba en la pagina.
