Hay elección de almohadas lo que lo hace muy personalizado. El desayuno estaba bien. Alguna opción mas de desayuno occidental estaría bueno. Y el cafe no es muy rico.

- Guido Reinhard (10/5): - Das Hotel entspricht genau der Beschreibung in Booking.com. Es hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und genauer gesagt übertraf es unseren Erwartungen sogar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Ausstattung hochwertig und gepflegt. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Wohngegend und hat eine gute Lage. Die nächste U-Bahn ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es befinden sich Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können dieses Hotel gerne weiter empfehlen. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, insbesondere wenn man mit großem Gepäck reist, wird es eng im Zimmer.

- atravelerfornow (7/5): Outstanding staff, great breakfast, and unexpected extras at Super Hotel Shinagawa Aomono-Yokocho - The highlights were the friendly and professional staff, the delicious breakfast with a variety of dishes, the aesthetically pleasing reception and dining areas, and the unexpected complimentary extras. The hotel is located away from the busy touristic areas of the city center, but very close to train and subway stations for access to points of interest. Some of the areas of the hotel are very nice, and the room and the common spaces looked like they were cleaned as one would expect, but other aspects of the facilities need some attention. The carpets in the common areas as well as the room were very stained and worn, and some of the walls were also stained and scuffed. There was an unpleasant odor in the room, probably related to these issues, but fortunately there was an air purifier which helped. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the look and feel of the hotel, to match the high quality of other aspects.

First impression was room was little bigger than capsule hotel with airplane bathroom, but was surprisingly efficient, clean and cozy. 7-11 nearly across the street and Matsunoya restaurant made for a nice late night meal. Area safe (police station on same block) and not as touristy. Picked up extra pillow from rack in lobby and had restful sleep with wife on bottom bed while teen son snoozed on bunk bed. Room darkening shade and comfy bed had us miss anticipated included breakfast and shower layout was surprisingly functional.

Good Wi-Fi, hearty breakfast, laundry room with coin washers and tumble dryers. There's a communal hot tub, too, open from 3pm until morning. Room access using a PIN, also convenient. My room was a little small and faced the street, which would get noisy in the morning. I had to keep the window shut and A/C on.
