The Executive Lounge operates daily from 11:00 to 21:00. Breakfast is served at The Enclave restaurant on the 9th floor: weekdays from 06:30 to 10:30, weekends and public holidays from 07:30 to 11:00. All-day refreshments and snacks are available from 11:00 to 17:00, followed by evening cocktails from 17:00 to 19:00.
Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of HKD 2,500. For further details, please contact the property directly.

- Sarah (9/5): Modern, comfortable airport hotel. - Located near to the airport so ideal for a short stopover, MTR station nearby but a good 40 mins into the city centre. Food and shopping on the doorstep at Citygate mall. Hotel was modern, clean with plenty of amenities. Pool area was lovely and peaceful. Nothing
- Luke (3/5): Comfortable but lacked service warmth and consistency. - Your housekeeping associate on the 11th floor did what the rest couldn't deliver - hospitality and a genuine smile During breakfast, the floor staff unfortunately came across as unfriendly and disengaged. There was very little warmth or smiling, and basic table assistance such as order taking was not offered proactively. There was also no one present at the host desk, no clear buffet orientation, and no explanation regarding whether à la carte dishes were included or available based on the room category. The concierge experience was also disappointing. On one occasion, when I asked whether a taxi could be arranged, the response given was, “If you have the money.” This felt rude, unprofessional, and quite surprising from a guest service perspective. At the Front Office, with the exception of the Thai lady, the team showed very limited guest interaction. Most of the staff did not acknowledge guests properly or lift their heads from the desk to offer assistance, which made the overall arrival and lobby experience feel impersonal. The Executive Lounge team, however, were very pleasant and professional. The personnel were the highlight of the experience. That said, the food selection was very underwhelming, and the cocktail offering between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm did not meet expectations. In its current form, it may be better to reconsider the offering rather than provide something that feels forced or below standard.

- Robyn (9/5): Restful, comfortable, and serene - Such a convient location next to the airport for a layover. I had 24hrs, got my rest in the very comfortable room and then was able to flight the jet lag both either relaxing by the pool and exploring the connecting mall. Couldn’t ask for more at this location. Breakfast was tasty too! It was all good.

- Inna (5/5): Not client oriented approach in a hotel with very nice location - Location, views, rooms are quite nice even though windows are dirty in panoramic suite The property has very strange charging policy: they can’t cancel credit cards charges and accept cash instead; once they charge cash, they only return cash. I was charged for extra bed cause needed accommodation, there was no change at reception so I agreed to leave a bigger amount on deposit, but when I checked out, nobody offered to return funds. Even though they were aware that we checked out since I asked for assistance with luggage and returned the keys. Instead they texted me after I left, that I can only receive cash “when I return to HK”. My attempts to receive funds via Alipay or somehow else didn’t help. That’s very disappointing to find out.

- Rajesh Christophe (7/5): Trop court pour en juger - Nous étions à l'exécutive étage. L'accueil très professionnel. La personne nous a très bien expliqué. Nous sommes partis très tôt le matin donc pas pu profiter du petit-déjeuner. Cependant pour le club lounge je mettrais une note 7/10. J'ai vu des meilleurs pour le même rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel n'a pas de navette aéroport. Nous nous sommes approchés de l'aéroport en choisissant cet hôtel. A la réception je demande s'il faut réserver un taxi car nous partons tôt le matin. On nous a dit pas besoin. Cependant le jour du départ, nous avons eu des sueurs froides car pas de taxi disponible. Nous avons attendu 10 minutes avant que le centre d'appel des taxis nous en trouve un. L'hôtel qui était au centre de Hong-Kong était beaucoup mieux et il y a plus de taxi au centre que vers l'aéroport.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sauber, moderne Zimmer, gute Matratze. Exzellentes Frühstück, Pool und Terrasse von der man die Flugzeuge beobachten kann. 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Metro in die Stadt um die Ecke, ca 30 Minuten nach Central.

- Laure (9/5): Comfortable and relaxing stay ! - Lovely staff, clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed and a relaxing pool. We had a very relaxing stay ! Our first room had a strong cigarette smell, but the receptionist was very accommodating and moved us to another room. The sea view is a bit disappointing with a parking right under our window.

You exit to a shopping mall connected to a tube station so you have access to shops, restaurants and public transportation — all just 2 minutes away from your room There’s not much of a territory but the hotel has a picturesque heated outdoors pool and a small garden on the 9th floor Rooms are exceptionally clean. I enjoyed the Malin+Goetz amenities and having an umbrella to my disposal — even though it didn’t rain it was nice to have an umbrella in my room just in case Breakfast was good. The buffet had signature waffles and a variety of meal choices. To my opinion, however, the buffet menu is mostly tailored to suit the tastes of a European There is only one reason I’m not giving this hotel a 10-star review — the price. I know that this city is expensive, but with my travel experience I honestly expect more for this kind of money. A tiny gym and no territory to stroll around just felt a bit shabby

- Kai (6/5): - Der Pool Bereich war schön,das Bett war ganz bequem und die Dusche war gut.Wasser wurde jeden Tag im Zimmer aufgefüllt.Frühstück war OK...Die Lage ist für Lantau zu entdecken sehr gut und es gibt in der Umgebung viele gute Restaurants.Die MTR,die Fähre, Busstation und die Seilbahn sind schnell zu erreichen.Für eine Nacht kann man dort übernachten,aber für mehrere Übernachtungen nicht zu empfehlen. Den besten Job und am freundlichsten waren die Zimmermädchen.Zimmer war immer super sauber 👍 Als erstes möchte ich hier erwähnen, das es sich in meinen Augen niemals um ein Fünf Sterne Hotel handelt. Für die Ausstattung höchstens ein Vier Sterne Hotel.Das Frühstück ist absolut einseitig (man bekommt Platz zugewiesen,hab ich in einem 5Sterne Hotel noch nie erlebt), zudem ist es sehr laut und man kann nicht entspannt frühstücken, die Tische wackeln,die Stühle sind schmutzig,in der Lounge sind überall Flecken auf dem Teppich. Die Lounge ist eher ein Witz,ein paar Getränke, bisschen Obst und Gebäck,das war's.Zimmer sind schon etwas abgewohnt.Und das Beste kam am Schluss,es gibt vom Hotel selbst keinen Flughafen Shuttle,man muß also mit seinem ganzen Gepäck durch die Mall zum Novotel spazieren, die fahren dann zum Airport,eine absolute Katastrophe!!!

- Martina (10/5): - Excellent location - it was very convenient being so close to the MTR station and also close to the airport. Breakfast buffet every morning was a great way to start the day. Rooms were well equipped with amenities (including USB ports close to the bed for overnight phone charging!), clean and quiet.

- Kathy (8/5): Really great location for a stopover - Close to airport for overnight stopover. Great swimming pool and gymnasium and very nice breakfast. Rooms fairly simple but modern and clean. We arrived very late due to flight delay, there was no porter to help with our bags. Not sure if this is normal.

I thought from the website that it was available and even sent a message to confirm this but sadly it was closed so we had very little to do as we weren't interested in any tourist sights or shopping.

Sehr praktisch ist die an das Hotel angeschlossene Mall. Das Frühstücksbuffet hätte etwas reichhaltiger sein können.

- Reshma (7/5): Gutes Hotel in Nähe zum Flughafen - Garten ist schön bepflanzt, Pool ist eine schönes kleine Oase mit Blick auf Berge. Ich habe den Pool jedoch nicht genutzt. Das Gym ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Kostenloser Shuttle Service zum Flughafen. Kein echtes 5 Sterne Haus für uns. Schiebetür zum Bad wurde anfangs übersehen. Wir sind nicht zum Frühstück geblieben und können es daher nicht bewerten.

- Erika (1/5): Não ocorreu a estadia, não tentaram uma solução melhor, pois já estavam com o pagamento garantido. - Tentei um cancelamento após o limite gratuito, pois não consegui chegar até o hotel e eles me cobraram mesmo assim. Entendo que deixaram de ofertar para outro hóspede, mas também não consegui estar presente. Acho que, pelo menos, 50% do valor integral seria mais justo, pois o quarto e o café da manhã não foi utilizado.

- YOKO (8/5): 一泊乗継で - ロケーションは最高。 アウトレットモール直結で、モール内にスーパーマーケットもあり買い物も便利。 レストランもいっぱいあります。 空港シャトルがノホテルのバスに乗ります。２０分に一本でとても良いですし、双方のホテルをモール内の通路移動は問題ないです。 但し、ノホテルの連絡口が２階、シルベリは３階です。 朝、モールが開くまで、モール内のエスカレーターが動かない為、重いスーツケースを自力で一階下ろすのが大変でした。 朝、早い時間に空港シャトルに乗る場合はここが少し大変です。

- Pitchaya (10/5): Great design , great stay near City gate and Ngong Ping cable car station. - For me this is one of the best design hotel I’ve stayed in Hongkong. Location is super great, with just 5-10 min (free shuttle for the airport) and just above city gate mall. Just one thing that the entrance is a bit confuse. For us with baby strollers, we will need to find an elevator from 2nd to 3rd floor which is the entrance to hotel elevator which is super confusing.
