Got Francesca’s attention & she had housekeeping cleaned the same day. Not thorough enough because it is something that will take several cleanings to do. Plus we did not want any more of the Clorox smell in the room.

• Aymen (9/5): - Easy to reach as it’s close to boat taxi stations. The location is excellent, very close to the main attractions and easily reachable on foot. The place was well cleaned and well organized. Francesca is extremely kind and helpful, always available whenever you need assistance or information.
• Raquel (10/5): Muy Buena Ubicación - La ubicación y lo acogedor que es Me faltó una neverita para el agua, un cubito con fregona por si algo se derrama ya que no hay servicio de limpieza diario y el baño tenía humedad en la zona de la ducha supongo que es normal por ser un sitio de alta humedad pero en mi caso por el asma me vino un poco mal si retocasen esos detalles sería el lugar perfecto en el mundo porque por lo demás, la habitación es cómoda y acogedora, la ubicación inmejorable y la atención de Martina es súper cercana de muchísima confianza y muy atenta a cualquier duda. Se me olvidó algo en la habitación cuando ya la dejé y vino corriendo tardo 10 minutos y dejo todo lo que estaba haciendo para ayudarme. Seguro que volveré

• Arpine (7/5): - It is close to the center. Has a kitchen and a living room. The apartment is on the third floor and the windows open to a narrow canal. The streets are quiet. The bathroom is very small. The hallway is remodeled. The management is very kind and responds promptly. I wish the bathroom was a bit larger.

• Omar (10/5): Unforgivable - The owner Francesca did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. She was very responsive and provided guidance all the time. The place is nice, cosy, clean, lots of auxiliaries (Netflix, Lock-saver, city guidelines, coffee machine, adaptor plug machine, iron … etc). It has a beautiful balcony with a view to a private quiet garden. I usually dont write a comment if I am satisfied with the stay, however, Francesca did to me a favor that I wont forget for the rest of my life. I already left and reached Mestre (40 min from the apartment) then remembered I left my money inside the wardrobe. Mrs. Francesca was calm and delayed her trip with her husband for me to return to Venice & open the apartment. She assured to meet before the cleaner arrive. Finally I was able to collect my money from the apartment. I highly recommend everything who is looking for a safe and welcoming apartment in Venice is to select this place because of Francesca first. None.

Shower and as small and no matter what we did, water would go onto the floor. It would have been nice if more than two towels were provided for 2 people for three night.

Our hostess gave us good directions on how to get there, met us at the water taxi stop promptly upon our rather late night arrival, and took us to our room. Although Francesca was very nice and friendly, when I messaged her that the refrigerator wasn't working and we were out of soap in the shower, there was no response from her.

• Linda (10/5): Exceptional host. Lovely room with a balcony. - The location is only 5 minutes from the water bus stop and is ideal for travelling and walking around Venice. Only 15/20 minutes walk from all the activities we had booked which were on either side of Venice. There was a lovely balcony area where you could enjoy a coffee and croissant for breakfast. The area is quiet and safe and easy to find your way around. Francesca as a host is just amazing, we had a few mishaps along the way she went above and beyond to come to our rescue.. nothing was a bother to her and she never complained she was so helpful. She initially met us off the ferry and explained everything in detail how everything worked, recommended places to eat. We even had slippers and dressing gowns provided. I would definitely recommend it. Nothing everything was perfect.

Air conditioner didn’t work the first day, so the owner transferred us to another room which all work well. The owner is very helpful and responds well.

We were told we could drop our luggage early and after a bit of difficulty were able to reach the host to do so. We were given a key by the cleaner but not told that the front door key was broken. We got it stuck in the lock and had to call for help again. It was a rough start. Overall the room was adequate, just wish the description was clearer

There were only a few stairs to get to the room. Francesca was wonderful and explained the area and how to depart to the train station or airport. The room was nice clean and the bathroom was nice as well. The bed was nice and soft with 4 pillows. The air conditioning worked very nicely so we could keep the windows closed. I would definitely book here again. The location is very close to shopping and about 10 min walk to Realto and San Marco square.

• Anton (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect - 10 min. walk away from the Ponte Rialto and 15 min. walk away from San Marco Piazzale. The room was equipped with a wonderful and big terrace. The place was extremely quiet and we had a splendid time there. The room is located only 1 minute from the S.Angelo boat station. Our host - Francesca was very friendly, kindly gave us instructions about the facilities in the room and recommended us different places for breakfast and dinners. Next time we will visit the San Marco Design Suite again.

Staying in a house in Venice is a great experience, room and toilet had everything we need. Location was superb. Don't forget to try her recommended places to eat, just fantastic!
