• Gaia2018 (6/5): Bad Customer Care - Close to the Airport. Quiet place. I requested an late checkout from 11 to 3 pm. They charged one night. As a frequent Travellers is the first time in my life that a hotel charges a late checkout as a complete night. Bad policy. Will choose another hotel by the airport next time.

• STALLWORTH (4/5): It was not worth the price we paid for the hotel. - The location was conveniently located by restaurant and etc. The hotel room floors were dirty, house keeping never stopped by and the room had an awful smell.

• Cervantes (2/5): Pésima limpieza - La ubicación cerca del aeropuerto. Terrible no tiene limpieza al entrar olia mal como de orines, habia basura en todas las esquinas almacenadas de días pasados, el interior por abajo sumamanete sucio, el lavatorio tenia una enorme mancha cafe, no hay cortinas solo persianas que dejan pasar toda la luz. Habia una silla que parecia que la recogieron de la basura...
• Leisha (2/5): - Was quiet and front desk was nice and got us in early. Dirty in the room. Floors not swept. Toilet wasn't flushed. Hair in the sink. Blind was broken. They are still living in the scam demic of COVID. Nothing in the mini kitchen to even cook anything. Ridiculous. TV did not work. Every channel was black. Thank goodness we had our computer to watch stuff.
• Marinel (1/5): Pésimo servicio - Bueno no le voy a mentir antes de pagar vallan y reviven la habitación sin van con más de 2 personas cuando pedí mi estadía era 2 camas y solo había una y una cama pésima y los muebles rotos que no se podían ni dormir por qué estaba como se el material del mueble y te podía guallar pésimo el lugar y para colmo no cometan el error de pagar antes de ver la habitación porque te cobran la primera noche de un total de $130 mi estadía era de $1,095 siento que para ser un área turístico no es lo mejor para pasarlo en familia parece mentira que es mi primera vez que vengo y me desilusione con este hotel feo nada es como se ve en la foto Los cuartos

• Hector Pablo (1/5): un hotel muy malo - Piden una tarjeta de credito con un deposito de 100 dolares que despues no devuelven, no hacen aseo en las habitaciones, el cheking es las 3 de la tarde y no te reciben las maletas si llegas más temprano.

No me dieron desayuno, no me limpiaron la habitación en las dos semanas que estuve alojado, no me hicieron la cama y las toallas limpias las tuve que pedir yo , ya la ventana no se podía cerrar para tener mas independencia o oscuridad para dormir.

• Johnson (5/5): This was a below average hotel, with an above average price. I would not book again. - Convenient to the hotel. Staff was friendly. There were restaurants close by. No shuttle to the airport. No breakfast option. Floors in the halls were dirty.

The room is very basic—it lacks a coffee maker, there are no utensils or glasses, and they don't provide body wash—only two bars of soap and two tiny bottles of shampoo. The housekeeping staff doesn't come by to clean—at least, I assume not, unless you specifically request it at the front desk. The hotel is in a good location, but it looks dated, and the place has a somewhat strange smell. For a short stay—such as a single night—it's a passable option, but $600 for a room like this struck me as extremely expensive.

La recepción cierra despues de las 11...o 12 de la noche...y si tengo una reserva y llegas tarde ..seria muy incomodo poder acceder a tu reserva sin nadie que te pueda atender. Y los alrededores son muy solitarios ...es una zona como de empresas ...

El personal nada educado, una tarde baje con una bolsa de basura y le pregunté a la persona de recepción donde podía dejar la basura y me indico q tenía que salir del edificio a unos contenedores afuera.
• Gustavo (1/5): Returning is not an option - No breakfast option. There is a coffee machine by the front desk totally useless. I asked a staff member and he stated it will be available by 7:00 AM. I asked the same person around 7:15AM about some coffee and he was going to get the cups. Never came back I checked out 7:35 and no cups no coffee at all

• Peggy (7/5): Too dark Hotel - The hotel was quiet and clean. I couldnt get my thermosetting to heat. Even though its nothing you can do about the location but its to dark. Not enough lighying at night. Also there need to be a sign to say entrance. The area is not well lit and I drove around the building twice to see if it eas safe. I had to ask someone where the entrance was. So I dont know about coming to that location again because of safety concerns. Its just to dark for me at night. I had a late check in.

• Angele (1/5): This place needs new staff and especially management. Deandre Morris is being charged with battery for trying to attack - Location Staff. I paid for my reservation for a week. I get a knock on my door the next morning by Deandre Morris claiming I did not and tryin to push hisself into my room.. the police ended up being called and I had to leave with Deandre issuing a refund. Please stay away from this place. There are some really bad things allowed to be done at this location that is not legal. Their corporate office is Gold Coast Premier Property.. staff will refuse to give you that information. They will eat their food at the front desk while customers are waiting to be served. Housekeeping is horrible. Shits will have blood stains on them covers will have holes laundry is actually $3.25-$3.50 not the $2.00 advertised and dryers are $3.25.. the machines do not get your clothes clean. Again please be careful to Deandre Morris. I’ve had to file an assault charge on him based on him trying to violate me. Please be careful.
• Jean Pierre (5/5): Mejorable - La ubicación es buena, ya que se encuentra cerca a empresas, restaurantes y centros comerciales (si vas en carro). Para ir a pie, no tiene puntos de interés cercanos. La limpieza no es muy frecuente en estas habitaciones. Cuando la recibí, no estaba completamente limpia, se notaban residuos de la estadía anterior.
