- LM (5/5): no vale la pena ir - la ubicación El trato del recepcionista me cobraron 2 veces el pago porque la primera no iba bien, y aun esperando que me devuelvan. el desayuno es japonés nada occidental, de buena mañana ya comer carne tortilla.... hay poca variedad... no hay para hacerse leche con cacao o neskuik estilo asi... solo cafe de maquina y zumos de maquina... no hay cubiertos, ni siquiera hay cucharas o palillos... microondas hay. pijamas que daban eran grandes bueno en general por lo que he pagado no me ha valido la pena. me costó dormir porque el ruido del aire acondicionado no para de sonar todo el rato casi ni poniendome tapones. bueno hay hoteles mejores uno que acabo de ir mejor que este solo se salva este por la ubicación. la colcha para taparse de manchas... el baño tiene un escalón cuesta subir y bajar la bañera pequeña en general nada bueno. solo la cama.

Also, a laundry and a smoking room at the same floor, very convenient. The room is small, which was expected, but we were able to store and open 2 L size suitcases along with some other bags with goods. There are a lot of restaurants/cafes nearby, also a whole street with geek goods and souvenirs. No complaints, for me everything was convenient.

The free welcome bar and breakfast were nice touches. The room was so tiny! My family members and I were crawling over each other, there was no place to open our suitcases except on our bed, and the bathroom was the smallest I'd ever seen. My son's knees touched the walls when he sat on the toilet.

El desayuno justo para comer algo antes de salir temprano, la pastelería deliciosa. Si se mejorara el café el desayuno sería ideal. El baño es peculiar, quizás para una persona robusta puede ser muy pequeño.

- Hui-yen Lo (8/5): 地點便利 - 住宿地點就在黑門市場入口對街，離跑跑人走路可到，吃東西買東西很便利，有自己的停車場但是需要預約，我們去的時候已經沒有位置，他推薦的機械停車1800JPY/天，但是，最近的Time也才2200JPY/天 (我們是停18:00~隔天中午12:15)，而且是平面，推薦開車直接停最近的Time就好。房門是用電子鎖，不用擔心房卡不見，也不用退房直接清空離開即可。二樓可以選自己喜歡的枕頭 1. 早餐算是簡單樣式，咖啡只有機器，杯子只有紙杯 2. 櫃台英文需要用翻譯機才能溝通，但是態度非常好，還送我們到電梯口敬禮目送我們關上電梯門 3. 房間真的小到不行，行李箱打不開(雙床經濟房)

Breakfast was better compared to other japanese breakfasts, but for european eyes still lacked a little bit, especially healthy stuff. - 浩倫 (3/5): 沒注意到房間的面積，市區旅館小我知道，但沒想到小成這樣，行李箱都很難打開。地段真的很棒，對面就是黑門市場，道頓堀、心齋橋走路就到，坐電車也很近，服務人員處理事情耐心的態度讓我十分讚賞。 - 地段 飯店員工非常有耐心 早餐東西太少，還大排長龍取餐 房間小得誇張
- Bodil (4/5): - Spurte om å få en ekstra dyne, kunne ikke få det. Hadde 3 senger på rommet hvorav en var køyeseng, denne måtte vi legge på laken selv. Lite rom, enda mindre bad

- jessica (8/5): - It was a very nice stay. Its very accessible to the train and subway station. Close to Kuromon Market and restaurants- lots of options for you to eat. Very clean, the staff are very helpful and respectful. Beside it is Lawson- which my daughter enjoyed so much....konbini experience. Breakfast was awesome- very healthy and different everyday- which I like! The only downside is... the space of the room -kinda tight but still manageable. But overall... i will recommend this hotel to my family and friends who will visit Osaka.
