• Mónica (9/5): Pequeño, pero cómodo apto en Milán. - Lo mejor la ubicación a unos pasos del centro histórico de Milán y sus museos. Com muchos restaurantes cerca, con parada de autobuses y metro relativamente cerca. El apartamento muy pequeño pero cómodo, con lo necesario para una buena estancia. Que tienen tarifa adicional, por hacer el chekin en la noche, así esté previamente convenida la hora de llegada.

• Eleftheria (8/5): Καλη τοποθεσία για πρόσβαση με τα πόδια και τραμ στο κεντρο του Μιλάνου! - Καλή τοποθεσία για περιήγηση στο Μιλάνο, δίπλα οι στάσεις τραμ. Το διαμέρισμα χρειάζεται καλύτερο αερισμό. Οι σκάλες ως τον 3ο, αν και το ξέραμε, δεν είναι εύκολες για τις βαλίτσες.
• Renna (2/5): Very bad - not clean, smelly and both bed, lamps and sink in bathroom didn’t work - Beliggenheden var god og ham, der tog imod os, var venlig og hjælpsom Dont book this place! We told this to both bookingcom and the host but never got a real answer. Unfortunately, the apartment has several critical issues that we feel need to be addressed: 1. The sink in the bathroom is leaking, which has left water all over the floor and made the sink unusable. 2. The bathroom floor was dirty on arrival, with clumps of hair both on the floor and in the bath mat. 3. The sofa bed is broken and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. One of the slats is missing on one side, making it impossible to lie there, and the mattress itself is so uneven that it causes back pain and makes it difficult to find a comfortable position. 4. The air conditioning only works intermittently. It’s manageable now since the weather isn’t too hot, but it could become a serious issue on warmer days. 5. The bedside lamps don’t work, so we’ve had to rely on the bathroom light at night. 6. The kitchen has a strong and unpleasant smell of garlic. It might be coming from the fridge or perhaps from an old garlic clove left somewhere. We haven’t tracked down the exact source, as it’s quite unpleasant. Overall, it doesn’t feel like the apartment was properly prepared or ready to be rented out, which is disappointing.
• Liubov (10/5): - This is a great option for a stop in Milan. There is a tram stop nearby if you are traveling with a small child or elderly parents. At the same time, it is not very far and you can walk to the very center of the city. The apartment matches the photo, everything is good and comfortable. Convenient check-in. Very hospitable and pleasant host Niko was waiting for me at the house at the agreed time. On the ground floor there was a corner where I could leave the baby stroller. The fold-out sofa is a little uneven as a bed, but this did not cause much discomfort. Everywhere was clean and tidy. I definitely recommend this apartment!
• Luk (1/5): To hot to handle. - There was a aircon, it still was 29degree inside while it was on the whole night. With a outside temperature of 32 degrees. There was brown liquid spilling out of the showerhead and leaking on the bathroom floor. I got a wrong invoice, with a different price then I payed and now waiting for the correct one since 1,5 months. No help incoming. The guy who showed me everything was nice but this was a Desaster and as a business trip this is not suitable.

• David (6/5): Quiet, close to tram - The location was good but be aware the apt block is back off the main street in an alleyway. The apt is ok for 2 people, with most things you need. We didn't like that we weren't met as we were led to believe would occur. What is the point of asking for arrival time otherwise. Also, as previously mentioned in some other reviews, nowhere does it say apartment is on the top floor and there is no lift. Help would have been appreciated. Nico was on hand through WhatsApp and answered us most of the time, quite quickly. We would recommend supplying some basic things in the apartment. Things like a plug for the kitchen sink, dish washing liquid and tea towels to dry dishes. Most travellers don't have these things when travelling internationally. Perhaps the washing machine could be moved to face the bathroom, so people dont have to crawl into the space to load it.
• Maria (7/5): Comfy stay with some trouble - The location of the apartment was great, it was in front of the tram,so the communication was perfect. We had supermarkets near as well. The apartment was small but cozy. Air conditioning on everyday, but we couldn't the remote to regulate it. Checkout was great, no prob. No elevator on almost 3rd floor, a little bit dirty: dirt under the bed and on the corners, no toilet paper... Ants appeared when we were eating on the sofa and some biscuits fell on the floor. Freezer and washing machine a little bit unaccessible as for the size of the flat (low roof) . Checkin at 3 p.m. indications throughout WhatsApp video, I ran out of battery and asked if he could stay there for 5 more minutes and he said it was impossible, so I got a little overwhelmed. When contacting and telling about the ants, he replied "thanks"... The same as when we arrived and asked for early check-in: our plane landed at 10 and he replied at 12:30, we were so worried...
• Aleksandra (5/5): We didn’t like it - It is very hot in the apartment, making it impossible to sleep or even stay inside. There is an air conditioner, but it doesn’t work effectively. The apartment is essentially in the attic, so I assume it heats up more than usual. The ceilings are very low, especially in the bathroom, which is inconvenient for people taller than average. The storage system is impractical: instead of traditional closets, there are niches in the walls located a meter above the floor, requiring you to crouch to use them. I do not recommend this place.
• Ivo (9/5): Superb - You would have everything you need, nice location, friendly staff, very good price/quality ratio especially compared to all the crazy rates in whole Milano. Recommended!
• B_oleg (6/5): Pleasant - Fast answers on whatsup Late check-in The flat is quite strange. The kitchen and bedroom are typical. But wardrobe, wash machine are in the triangle of the roof. So you can access it only like a dog, 1/3 of your height. It,s not a joke, it's a service.... 17 min from Duomo by walking, its true, but along noisy roads. There is a noisy building process near , and a dog who doesn't shut up until 00am. We couldn't sleep. The toilet bowl is flowing. A flat is very tired.

• Elizabeth (4/5): Disappointing - Great location Owner is very difficult to communicate with. We ended up being locked into the courtyard on the way out, per his instructions for leaving, and he never responded when we made an emergency call. We ended up scaling the 10 ft. wall to leave 🤦🏻‍♀️

• Mikhail (5/5): Passable - Not far from the city centre The room was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the linen and furniture. Apartment is pretty small and not comfortable for tall people (I bumped my head a dozen times) but the worst part was the smell of sewers in the room, coming from the bathroom. Window was open all the time but it didn't help. It might be due to old building sewers and not necessarily due to the fault of the appartment but it spoilt our impressions a lot as it was unbearable smell.
• Sjoerd (8/5): Great place, i would stay here again. - Great spot in the city with quite a few nice restaurants nearby and immediate access to the public transport system. Cleanliness could have been better, some towels had stains on them and the floor was not entirely clean.

• Shannon (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good & we paid a good price compared to other places around the area. We checked in and it was not cleaned yet, it was in the attic of a building so lots of stairs & quite noisy from other flats and not the safest of buildings.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Cute studio, but stove did not work - The studio was very cute and in a nice location in Milan. It was also clean and tidy when we arrived. However, we had planned to cook some meals when we were there and already bought ingredients to find that the stove top was not working. We messaged the studio contact, but he was not able to help us and did not provide a solution. Eventually he stopped replying. We asked for a small reimbursement since we weren’t able to cook our food using the stove, but have not had a reply in weeks. Overall a nice place for a short stay, just very inconvenient that the stove did not work.
