• EK+EL (7/5): Aardig verblijf op een aangename locatie. - het uitzicht op de tuin en de straat en het (te) ruime bed. het is een kleine kamer (suite) en geschikt voor slanke mensen en het (te) grote bed neemt teveel ruimte in. Het ontbijt (1 drankje en 1 broodje) moet je nuttigen in een nabije bistro (op 100 meter afstand). Leer vooraf veel woorden Italiaans: De meeste Italianen spreken en verstaan alleen Italiaans.

In addition, there is only cold water coming through there is no hot water at all. The sink water is also cold. Because of this, none of us are able to shower. Images dont match the room correctly

Il faut sortir et aller au coin de la rue : ok sur le principe car annoncé. Mais pour le prix, la boulangerie ne sert qu'un café ou un café au lait. Un de mes enfants voulait un chocolat au lieu du café, la vendeuse nous a demandé 4 euros de plus et elle ne nous a pas proposé le 4 ème café. Et alors, oubliez le sourire pour le client 😕 ! Bref, le petit déjeuner explique la mauvaise note

• Veroljub (5/5): Affordable and nice if you are just there to sleep. - Its very close to the tram station which goes directly to Metro. The price is good. Battroom is clean and we have a lot of towels. There is a big warderobe and TV. Its a one room studio with one bed and sofa and not enough space. It was pretty cold, while the floor is mermer tails, but the host give you a slippers. Around this part is not so much to do, basic shops and fast foods. Breakfast is in local bar, with croassants and coffee, not like sendwich or eggs.

• Özge (5/5): Çok mecbur kalırsam yeniden giderim - Konumu güzeldi ve temizdi Aircondition çok sesli çalışıyordu, bunun normal olduğunu söylediler, gittiğimizde oda çok soğuktu, radyatör henüz çalışmıyor dediler, neyse ki o gün itibariyle çalışma dönemi başlamış. Yoksa ya donacaktık ya da sesten uykusuz kalacaktık.

• Daniel (8/5): Great location if you’re attending an event at Unipol Forum Assago, spacious, friendly. Do not reccomend the breakfast. - We were attending Lady Gaga’s concert at the Unipol Forum, the location was great for this, close proximity to metro and tram. The tram to city centre is about 30minutes. The property was overall clean, there was a functioning hair dryer, capsule coffee machine, fully loaded toiletries. There was bottled water to use at the property as well. We enjoyed the little balcony as well, great for evening wine drinking and yapp. The wi-fi worked well and fast as well. We didn’t meet the staff, but through WhatsApp they were great support. The bed was a little too soft for my comfort. There was a bit of black mold on the showerhead, but nothing terrible. Our biggest issue would be the sound. The first morning we got scared someone wants to come in, then we realised it was the family living next door leaving and locking their own door. Breakfast was a let down, one coffe and ceoissant is not worth it. There is a lot of pasteries in the area where you can get rhe same for the fraction of the price.

• Hans-Georg (8/5): Nie ohne Ohrstöpsel! - Das App. besteht aus einer umgewidmeten Wohnung in einem Mehrparteienhaus und ist funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Check-In per Whatsapp funktionierte problemlos. Die Betten empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Obwohl in der Beschreibung „schallgeschützte Wände“ steht, ist von den Nachbarn nebenan und oben „alles“ zu hören. Nur die Klimaanlage im App. übertönt noch alles.

• Nives (7/5): Okay accomodation in Milan - It was clean, a lot of products - slippers, shower gels, water etc. It seems that this is a room that is additionally created with really low quality isolation because you can hear the sounds of other people in their homes as if you are with them in the room and the bed is not comfortable.

• Armand (3/5): Teleurstellende ervaring - Geen Oorspronkelijke keuze werd op de dag zelf geannuleerd, en kregen een kleinere kamer elders in de wijk.
• Kevin (6/5): - Parking on the street and I was lucky to find an open space. Thought it was a hotel when booked but it’s more like a type of AirB&B apartment. Very inconvenient to get in and out with multiple keys and locks. There was a lady yelling in the early morning, could not understanding Italian so have no clue. Would not recommend it unless you have no place else to stay!

• Silviu (9/5): - We verbleven slechts één nacht, maar alles was meer dan oké. Inchecken verliep soepel via WhatsApp. Het appartement was schoon en redelijk goed uitgerust voor de prijs die we betaalden. Slechts 2 minuten lopen naar de tramhalte, en dan nog 10-15 minuten naar het stadscentrum of naar het gebied met gezellige terrassen aan het kanaal. De buurt is erg prettig en veilig. Er is ook een prima parkeergelegenheid direct naast het gebouw. De contactpersoon was erg vriendelijk en reageerde snel op onze vragen via WhatsApp. We zouden hier zeker terugkomen! -
• Catharina (9/5): Appartement in rustig complex met prima OV connectie tot het centrum - De locatie is perfect. Tussen twee tramlijnen in dus voortdurend de gelegenheid om van en naar het centrum te reizen. Het is een kamer in een appartementencomplex wat op een omheind terrein gelegen is wat veilig aanvoelt. De auto konden wij vrijwel voor de deur parkeren. Het was weekend dus, gratis maar, blijkbaar moet je van maandag t/m vrijdag wel voor parkeren betalen daar. Wij reisden met fietsen welke wij liever niet op de auto achterlieten. Wij mochten dankzij de host ook gebruik maken van een fietsenstalling welke zich achter het complex bevind. Op eigen risico natuurlijk maar, dat was voor ons bijzonder prettig. Verder is de zelf incheck gemakkelijk en is de host ten alle tijden te bereiken voor hulp. De kamer was verder zeer compleet. Wij konden helaas maar één nacht verblijven maar, alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt voor een langer verblijf. Verder was het ontbijt ook top. Gewoon, wat je 's ochtends nodig hebt: een bak koffie en een grote croissant in een gezellige cafetaria tussen de buurtbewoners die op hun weg naar werk/bezigheden daar ook even aanlopen. De schoonmaak kan beter. De zwart marmeren vloer lijkt schoon maar, zodra je er met blote voeten/witte sokken op gaat lopen blijft er van alles onder hangen; zand/stof/haren. Ook in de badkamer troffen wij stof/haren van de vorige gasten aan. Niet fris. Sowieso mag daar wel eens goed de stofzuiger door alle hoeken heen. Je kunt zien dat de meubels al lang niet meer van hun plaats geweest zijn voor een goede schoonmaak. De douchebak zit vol schimmel/kalkaanslag. Mag ook wel eens goed gedaan worden. Verder, op het grote tweepersoonsbed, lag een eenpersoonslaken overdwars. De breedte werd gehaald maar in de lengte kwamen we laken te kort. Dat was niet prettig.

• Nicole (1/5): Bad - Two free bottles of water, and she called a taxi for us, and the room was cleaned. It was close to the water boat tour we took. The bed was hard, and the room was too small, cramped up. I didn't like the location or the big door going into the room saying lock for security, and then it was another door saying private, and whoever went in there came & left as needed but would leave that big door unlock. Having us think someone broken it. Whoever was in that room came in early in the morning, making noise. At first, I thought someone was trying to break in, but then I remembered they must be going into that private room. They entrance to the building looked like it needed some repairs & they were working on the door and left the stuff there. They need to replace the floor coming into the entrance. They put a red place of carpet there but the floor is uneven causing us to trip several time. I tried to plug the iron into 2 different plugs, and I couldn't get it to go in. So, I was wrinkled all day. The walls are paper thin, you could hear everything or one in the hallway or coming in or out of the building. I was woken up to some drilling or rust pipes knocking. Either way, it was loud. Normally, I would take pictures, but I forgot. The shower door was broken at the bottom. Your instructions to leave the door unlock with the key in it made me nervous bc something could have happened or taken from the room, and I would have been blamed.

• TANGHE (2/5): - La chambre ne correspondait pas avec les photos et il a été convenu d' annuler (chambre relouée le jour même par un tiers!) Mais aucun remboursement et plus aucune réponse de leur part depuis lors !! D'ou vol, arnaque, pratique commerciale déloyale et escroquerie, publicité mensongère, perte de temps et service client 0 pointé. J'exige mon remboursement sans quoi une plainte devra être déposée ! Jamais vu cela en 20ans de voyage !!! A fuir car ne vaut pas le prix de toute facon ! Scandaleux et extrêmement injuste. Le pire est sans doute de rester sans reponse pendant une semaine malgre de nombreuses relances (et perte de temps). J'avais du en plus trouver un autre hebergement en last minute. Bref honteux et pas du tout ptofessionnel !

• Petru (7/5): Just an acceptable location - The room is adequate for a family of 4, beds were confortable, available cofee in the room. The location is a little bit hard to find. I was very dissapointed about the breakfast, it was just a snack: they have an agreement with a nearby pastry location and based on a coupon a person is allowed to have 1 small croissant/sandvich and 1 cofee. And when I wanted to choose for my children a hot chocolate instead of cofee, they refused and wanted to pay for it. So the incresed price for the whole services was not justified. I hope this will be taken into account for the future.

• Irakli (10/5): - On a croisé par hasard la dame chargée de l’accueil, heureusement car on cherchait l'entrée. L'hébergement était propre et tout équipé. La salle de bain fonctionnelle et propre, la décoration sobre et élégante. Grand placard, beaucoup de rangement. Bon fonctionnement du chauffage. Accès sécurisé, résidence calme. Tramway à proximité. Métro un peu plus loin à 10 minutes à pieds. Parking sécurisé 20€/24h à proximité.

• Stef (8/5): Very good - Very nice studio at a quiet area and close to metro station 7-8 minutes walking. Clean, comfortable and has a small balcony also. Easy slef check in. If you rent a car there is also free parking around the block between 13:00 - 08:00 and with a fair price for the other hours. I had downloaded the app EasyPark and i could pay easily when i need it.

The beds were comfortable and the neighbourhood was peaceful but very far from city centre. The location is far from the city centre and we had to walk a lot after taking the metro. The geyser capacity is low and we had to bath with cold water if the prior person used a bit more of hot water. It is a bit tight for 4 people

• Elvis (6/5): NO parking services! - The owners of the property do not offer parking. You have to arrange the parking yourself. They should not list any parking in their services, as they provide none. The apartment is OK. Not as spacious as it looks from the pictures, but still very OK.

• Kirsty (4/5): I wouldn’t recommend this suite; not for any absolutely terrible reason, but as a family we didn’t enjoy our night here. - air con, although it only really worked in the middle of the night! staff helpful. no milk for coffee; Wi-Fi password incorrect; doorbell ringing during the evening; shower tiny!; pillows uncomfortable; charged for bottles of water; secure parking wasn’t open (although staff sorted this for us after 20 mins); just generally not the nicest place to stay. we feel we could have made a better choice.
• Jasna (6/5): After all, we had bad experience with accommodation and could have found better for that price. - spacious room Apartment is more distant from the centre than it says on the page. Very bad smell from the toilet. The parking isn’t free as it says on the page, if there isn’t some available on the street, you have to pay 20€/night in a garage next to the building. Breakfast was our biggest disappointment since we booked this room because of it. We got our vouchers for it in 9:22 a.m. and the breakfast is till 10 a.m; for it you got only coffee and one croissant from the pastry shop near by. The AC is very dirty, not working well and leaking every few minutes on your head while you are laying in the bed, since it’s placed above the bed and leaking along the entire length of the wall (have pictures and video of it). Fridge wasn’t clean very well. Communication with the host is bad.
