• Emmanuel (7/5): 1 night bed lay down - So we wanted an overnight hotel before our flight to UK and this hotel fit the bill. We paid £25 for 1 night and I’m happy with it. Location was not the best but we were driving. Hotel is not a 4/5 star, it’s a a hotel to lie down and get your next flight. So happy with what I paid for Hot water wasn’t working in the room.

• Isabella (1/5): Hotel does not exist - We had the worst experience possible. The hotel was closed due to renovation. A full renovation and not working as a hotel. There was no one at the front desk, just a phone number written down, we tried calling but no one answer. We had to book another hotel, we had some unexpected costs - the taxi and the hotel (since it was last minute, it was very expensive for us). I spoke with someone from Oyo when I arrived at the hotel that was beeing renovated and the person did not assist us. It should be a “airport hotel”, so we got there late at night, to be surprised by a non existing accomodation. This is unaceptable!!

She asked us to pay 200 peso which we did. Get up wait outside no taxi came! Called the girl said it would be there in a few minutes but the taxi never came had to wave one down off the street. This girl stole 200 peso from us plain and simple. The place was full of giant cockroaches. Had to wait 15 minutes for toilet paper, no TV, internet very poor couldn't use was to weak of signal. The hotel itself is very hard to find. the Taxi that brought us tot the airport had a very hard time finding it. The place looks like an old hospital of office building that they're trying to remodel. The door handle fell of on the inside of the suite had to just hold it on to get out. It dropped on the floor when I closed the door. Maybe they will fix it now. Terrible place to stay over all very bad with the way the front desk girl stoled our 200 peso.

She asked us if we were here for the hotel or the car park. We were taken to this room to what we thought was a waiting room, she came back 15 mins later with towels and a key. The door could not lock from the inside, the toilet did not flush. It looks like a VERY run down office building where they have pulled out the furniture and put beds in there. Not to mention the bedding was dirty and there were stains on the pillows. We left about 20 minutes after getting there

• Matt (2/5): Beyond horrible - The hotel should not be listed on your site. It is located behind an unrelated security stand, no street view so it already was sketchy. We didn’t knows where to go as there was no sign just a man yelling at us, “hotel?”. They let us leave our luggage there for sole but had co enter to put it bit in the click in room in a corner. No one else was at the hotel so it was safe enough but was left out in the open when we returned they e us pay in cash. They quoted us a price that was double what was on your website, we said no and showed him the price on your website, then he said ok and came down a little. The rooms did not have basic items such as garbage cans, towels, shampoo/conditioner, working lights in the bathroom…There were missing outlet covers, broken furniture, stained sheets that were not tucked in, no comforters, and only one pillow per double bed. The last straw was bugs all over the bed. We tried to get the money we’d paid 10 minutes earlier when we checked in and they said no, your website would return our money. You refused. Run from this hotel. Do not be fooled because of the proximity to the airport and cheap price, it’s NOT worth it and should be removed from your site.

I was not provided a room key— I was told my door was propped open, which it was. The parking lot of this hotel is a rental car/airport shuttle parking lot. I would not book this again, even if it was the ONLY available bed in all of Cancùn.

• Remi (1/5): Do not trust the pictures! - Do not trust what you see on the pictures !! The gap between the photos and reality could not be bigger! The reception has nothing to do with what is shown. This is a former office building, with a lot of room under constructions, kind of creepy. We never had any key to the room, any towels, no toilet paper. We went to see the receptionist 4 times between 8:30pm and 10pm. We were told "yes yes in 5 minutes" every time, but nothing happened. No lid on the toilet, no hot water, no water pressure. Mice poop, teared sheets, a door we could barely open-close ... We barely felt safe there! This is cheap okay, but we won't go back again, even for free. It's too far to walk to the airport, with no sidewalks, so you have to order a taxi, so as well be in the center of cancun, which is only 20minutes away.

Nos dijeron que teníamos que buscar otro hotel a las 10 de la noche. Al final nos asignaron una habitación sin asear, sucia, sin toallas, jabón, papel de baño. Insisto NUNCA reserven este hotel. Tengo evidencias del maltrato y de la habitación que nos dieron que era donde dormían los empleados del hotel.

I have a bucket for that. And the woman didn’t get a remote for the a/c in the room until after an hour of me being there. I go to get in the shower and there are no towels. I have to then get dressed to go ask for a towel. The hot water lasted less than a minute. And not to mention the black mold in the closet.

• Antonio (2/5): Horrible, Not recommended, No running water at night and early morning - I booked this place for my family who were coming back from our holiday in the Rivera Maya. They had an early flight so I just wanted a place for them to spend the night before the long journey back home. My father said the place seemed to be under construction. It seemed they were the only guests at the hotel. They charged 400 Mexican pesos for the transport to the airport in the morning but the driver was late and almost missed the flight. Furthermore, the condition of the car was deplorable. I don’t recommend this place. Next time I will choose a better rated location. One more thing, they charged 111 MXN for validating the bank card used in the reservation. No running water at night and early morning.

If you need to get to the airport it’s on the opposite side of the freeway and it’s costly to get there. We organised and paid for an airport shuttle to pick us up from the property at 5:30am and no one showed up. This was very poor on behalf of the staff because they assured us someone would be there and we nearly missed our flight. The rooms and bedding were filthy and we weren’t given toilet paper, soap, towels ect.

It was incredibly frustrating, especially after a long trip. Despite showing my confirmation email, the staff was unhelpful. • Chiara (1/5): Bad - Subject: Complaint Regarding Booking and Customer Service – Incident on 2-3 November 2024 Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to report an inconvenience that occurred during my stay at Capital O Cancun International Airport 24 p 7 on the night of November 2-3, 2024. When we made the reservation through your platform, and in the confirmation email, it was clearly stated that check-in was available from 3:00 PM, with no specified closing time. Additionally, the hotel information indicated that the hotel offered 24/7 customer service. Given the name of the hotel, it was reasonable to assume that check-in would be possible at any time after the indicated hour. I have attached screenshots that confirm this. We arrived around 2:00 AM after a flight from Mexico City, only to find that the hotel was closed. We immediately contacted Booking.com customer service using my Mexican phone number (+52 55 1925 6312), and the agent confirmed that we were correct and that no closing time for check-in had been specified. The first agent, Martha O. (whose details I received via email for feedback), after a 23-minute call, informed us that she had found an alternative accommodation for us, despite the apparent difficulty in finding availability due to sold-out hotels and the inability to check in at night. She also confirmed that we were entitled to a refund for the difference in price for the new hotel and the Uber fare to get there. However, since we did not receive the promised email with the booking details, we had to call again. The second agent insisted that we should have arrived by midnight, even though we repeatedly explained that this information was not specified anywhere on the website, and we provided screenshots to support this. Furthermore, although the room had already been paid for, we were unable to check in because the reception, which was separate from the main building, was closed.

No way my wife was staying there so we left and stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott down the road. This place should be removed from the Expedia website and my money should be refunded!

• Eik (1/5): Worst experiance ever!!! - Absolutely nothing! It is not a hotel!! It is an abandoned officebuilding with three beds that has sheets with blood stains on them. Not clean at all. No toiletpaper or soap. No towels. Shady personel. Do not use this hotel!!!
• Simon (1/5): Worst service ever - I was robbbed I was charged, and they did not have any rooms available and they told me i had to wait 14 days before they gave me the refund!!!!

• Neivis (1/5): Was a bad place in general not recommended - Nothing There was a lot of things wrong with the hotel everything was dirty shower didn’t work properly only one of the airs didn’t work only one in the main room no toilet paper no soup the office didn’t even look like one there was a bad smell inside the room it wasn’t clean in general.
• Enrique (2/5): - This property is a scam, was unbelievable rude the person that answer me over the phone in the front desk. They advertise that have paid transportation to the airport but was none! Also they told me that does not have any record of my reservation! The value to be close to the airport was null. I was in need to make another reservation and stay in a different hotel. Expedia must make the effort to reimburse me and stop doing business with this property!
• Sawyer (1/5): I didn’t stay because they didn’t have my reservation. - Nothing! This is a scam! I booked this property for one nights stay through booking.com. When I arrived at the property they said they didn’t have my booking and had no room for me and I had to leave. Even after showing them my booking.com reservation they said “this is a booking.com problem”. Since then they have tried to take the booking fee out of my account and booking.com have charged me a “no show fee”! Worst accomodation experience of my life! This is a scam! I booked this property for one nights stay through booking.com. When I arrived at the property they said they didn’t have my booking and had no room for me and I had to leave. Even after showing them my booking.com reservation they said “this is a booking.com problem”. Since then they have tried to take the booking fee out of my account and booking.com have charged me a “no show fee”! Worst accomodation experience of my life! Also it is very far from the airport. Not walkable and the cab drivers will try and rip you off at the airport.
• Emin (1/5): Bad - Location There was no running water in the room I stayed in, I couldn't take a shower and I told the receptionist about this and he just said he was sorry. I came from the sea that day and I had a flight the next day, you should be able to imagine how I got on the plane. It was a very bad experience for me.

The area is just in the middle of nowhere, just a parking lot. And no staff or anyone to answer about my room or anything about the, quote, hotel.

• Chandar (2/5): Horrible location. Was scared of the place when we reached there! - Nothing, its a disastrous accommodation! Reception closed earlier in the night. If you need any help, you are on your own! Shady location, I would not book it again even if someone gave it to me free!
• Avila (4/5): Not good - Staff somehow tried to make us feel comfortable but unfortunately something happened with the staff that was in charge that night, and we didn't got the key for our room and there was no way to close and lock our door,and was really easy to get into our room. Seems like the location is going thru a lot of maybe remodeling and looks like abandon place.

• Rotaru (1/5): Bad - The hotel is actually an old offices building so the rooms looks like offices where they just took out the chairs and replaced them with beds( not clean ones). Toilet was disgusting, floor all dirty, no WiFi, no clean bed sheets, no staff members in (an other guest helped us and made the check in).
