• Grzegorz (2/5): Dla własnego dobra radzimy unikać i obiektu i właścicieli, obiekt do zamknięcia - Blisko tramwaj Pluskwy, zostaliśmy mocno pogryzieni (mamy dowody po badaniach od lekarzy) a właściciele nic nie zrobili, nawet nie współpracowali z Booking aby jakkolwiek zadośćuczynić. Musieliśmy wyrzucić cenne ubrania i do dziś - to już ok miesiąc - nadal się leczymy. Nie polecamy - zostaliśmy oszukani a nasze zdrowie i portfele ucierpiały

• Dorel (1/5): DANGER - Nothing The room was really messy, and dirty for my standarts. I just went inside made a shower just to be fresh and then looked for something proper. I think it was a luxurious place for an Asyliumseeker who comes from a country in war, that's all. I feel really bad saying that but i couldn't describe it in a better way. I didn't stay, just found something proper and left. I don't know how can someone let such rooms in booking. My little son was with me (11 months old) and i was afraid that he would get infected of some strange illness inside that dirty.

• Alexis (1/5): Una habitación INFESTADA DE CHINCHES, la peor experiencia - Estaba bien conectado con el transporte Lo primero estaba LLENO DE CHINCHES, lo cual me picaron muchísimas veces y las sábanas y el colchón se veía rastro de sangre de los chinches que habían matado anteriormente; segundo, el barrio se veía peligroso, tercero, nunca vimos al personal y cuando reclamamos no nos atendieron, mucha luz con unas cortinas muy delgadas

Cosi come arrivare in quella zona di sera non mi sono sentita per niente sicura per strada di notte molti gruppetti di sbandati ubriachi o poco raccomandabili.

Las instalaciones generan un poco de inseguridad ya que las puertas se ven muy endebles y poco seguras. La habitación tenía un buen tamaño pero la cama y el cabecero tenían bichos, parecían chinches.

• Anais (9/5): Bon compromis pour visiter Milan, le tram se trouve juste à côté. - Superbe chambre une petite terrasse pour prendre l’apéro, il y avait tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appartement. Chaussons shampooing, et une bouteille d’eau dans le frigo qui nous attendait , des petites attentions qui nous a fait très plaisir. La communication avec notre hôte s’est très bien passée la seule petite remarque c’est au niveau des petits déjeuners un café et un petit croissant à la petite boulangerie qui se trouve juste en bas de la chambre , un peu juste pour un petit déjeuner, mais sinon tout était parfait. La proximité de l’autre chambre juste à côté, le bruit que les autres personnes font quand il rentre ou qu’il sorte.

L’appartement présenté n’en est pas un : il s’agit d’un grand logement grossièrement divisé en - Ce n’est pas dans mon habitude de mettre de mauvais avis, mais honnêtement très surprise d’apprendre que l’appartement est en fait un grand appartement scindé en plusieurs petits appart hôtel sans aucune sécurité, une vulgaire porte à galandage de salle de bain nous servait de porte d’entrée, qui voulait rentrer, rentre sans aucun soucis, aucune sécurité, la propreté n’y était absolument pas non plus honnêtement très très choquée du logement À FUIR
• Alla (1/5): впечатление испортила уборка квартиры и близость к пляжу - близко к центру Мы с дочерью и зятем арендовали эту квартиру на 3 дня, и, к сожалению, опыт оказался крайне неприятным. При заселении хозяин показался приветливым, встретил нас, показал окрестности, и поначалу ничего не предвещало проблем. Но уже на следующий день выяснилось, что до пляжа не 600 м, как указано в описании, а 1,4 км. Для нас это было существенным минусом, так как рассчитывали на близость к морю. Кроме того, сама квартира даже для трёх человек оказалась ОЧЕНЬ маленькой. Двуспальной кровати, как заявлено в описании, нет. Вместо неё — два раскладных дивана: один стоит прямо на застеклённом балконе (который в объявлении назван «террасой»), второй — в крошечной комнате, совмещённой с кухней. Это тоже неприятно удивило. Однако главная проблема возникла за день до выезда. Мы спросили хозяина о возможности задержаться всего на 1 час дольше (до 13:00). На что получили ответ: сделать исключение он готов только в том случае, если мы полностью уберём квартиру (пропылесосим и вымоем её средствами). Причём хозяин заранее подготовил и зарядил пылесос, чтобы мы этим занялись. Когда мы отказались, сославшись на стандартные условия выезда, хозяин заявил, что уборка в любом случае должна быть сделана нами, иначе мы обязаны доплатить 70 евро. В противном случае он пригрозил судом за «нарушение правил проживания». Мы внимательно перечитали все условия аренды и убедились, что нигде не указано ни про обязательную уборку, ни про дополнительную плату за неё. В нормальной практике подобные опции всегда описываются заранее, и у арендаторов есть выбор: либо самим убирать, либо оплачивать услугу. Здесь же это оказалось полной неожиданностью. В итоге мы убрали квартиру, чтобы избежать конфликта, но впечатление осталось крайне негативное. Если бы мы знали о таких «правилах» и о реальной планировке квартиры заранее, мы бы никогда не выбрали этот вариант. Итого: описание квартиры вводит в заблуждение (расстояние до моря, наличие кровати, размер квартиры), условия проживания навязываются постфа

We arrived after 8 hours in location was not have any good welcome 3. We did self check in and find the room and there key very hard and was difficult 4. We expect more than this 5.it dose not have good breakfast ( we know coffee and different crosan is typical Italian breakfast but maybe come different gust from other country I don't like start my morning only by one crosan ) this is disappointing

The bed is soft and comfortable. Well, the size of the room is small and not suitable for 2 people. The breakfast is not a good one. You only have access to 1 croissant and a cup of coffee. I had to pay extra to get what i want for breakfast after breakfast is included with my booking. The bed not long enough. And the shower space is small to even bend.

The lady contacted us several times and was available to us. There is a subway a short distance from the accommodation and a tram directly in front of the entrance. Nearby is the Naviglio Grande, which everyone must visit.

The room was clean and had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay - small fridge, kettle, coffee machine, and toilteries. Bus stop outside accommodation which goes into the centre for all sightseeing spots.

Tram stop just outside, 10 min walk to metro2. Really nice cafe across road too! It is quite a bit further out than we realised, around 30 mins on the tram, but no fault of the owners. But just be prepared, I would say it’s not walkable to city, but you can get travel passes (1 day, 2 day, 3 day). Doors not the best either, but overall okay.

When we did ask our random questions, they were very responsive and went beyond the call of duty to help make our stay enjoyable. Nothing, it was perfect.
