• paul (7/5): Was ok. - The hotel was ok. A few things broken tv unit lights light switch etc. The web and papers said restaurant open till 9 but in reality closes at 5. The pool beds broken..

• Siobhan (4/5): - The staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a comfy bed in a good sized duplex apartment. The AC in our room was good and the fridge was nice & cold. The place was pretty clean and staff provided cleaning and new towels every 2 days. They provide toiletries & towels, including pool towels. The breakfast was decent with healthy options. The pool is great, and was our favourite part of the hotel. If you're having your teeth done, you have daily, day-long access to an informal support group through the other guests. There are a few shops nearby, the bus network is good and it's easy to get a taxi. There was very intermittent wifi. We had no internet at all in our room for several days and very poor connectivity in the communal areas. This was resolved a couple of days before we left. The kitchen not fully equipped despite many requests, and we were left without anything to clean/wash up with. The hotel kitchen closes at 17:00, and there is only one good restaurant within walking distance. There are not enough loungers by the pool and many of them are broken. This led to quite a few arguments between guests. Some of the guests were unpleasant to be around - we appreciate they were in pain and struggling to eat but they spent most of the day drinking by the pool and some were aggressive to other guests at times. It was impossible to escape the detailed conversations about dental surgery over breakfast. There were loads of feral cats in the bistro and staff didn't always wash their hands after picking them up to get rid of them and then going to serve. The hotel is in a dead zone - there is not much happening. The local area isn't pleasant as there is a lot of litter, animal poo and wasteland. The beach is hard to get to without taking a taxi and is full of litter. It's an hour by bus into Antalya.

• Katherine (6/5): Good hotel but disappointing location. - The room was modern and clean, the swimming pool always clean and tidy and the staff across the whole site were very good. And the air conditioning in the rooms worked amazingly well! The hotel is definitely not “beachfront” as advertised nor is it a “private beach”. You have to get a shuttle to the beach that stops at several other hotels and is often overcrowded. They have an agreement with a local beach club so yes, you get Sun loungers and umbrellas for free but it is busy with other hotels and local people and the Sun loungers are very tightly packed. The hotel is also far from the main street with all the restaurants and clubs so we were getting taxis everyday to get anywhere (luckily taxis are cheap).

Just a short drive/ bus ride to the closest beach. It's a little far from the main market area and other major attractions, but since we were there just to relax and take it easy it was perfect.

• Verified traveler (6/5): March 2025 - Absolutely stunning pictures online, looked bigger in pictures but smaller than expected however the stay was welcoming, I wish more staff spoke English and I wish we didn’t have so many internet issues which was a nightmare when trying to plan and book events, transfer monies or even book for a cab. The breakfast is great, the pool view is relaxing and the overall amenities were good but could be great

The staff were always patient and helpful with us. The breakfast and lunch service were also delicious, and the rooms were so clean and spacious. I think the area is still developing so there were not many options for restaurants around the area within walking distance, but the hotel had a great restaurant!

• Challacombe (4/5): Would avoid wifi doesn’t work overpriced menu rooms need some TLC - Pool area is lovely nice place to sit and relax but that’s about the only good thing I have to say about this hotel everything else needs TLC and a revamp Upon arrival the First room that I checked had damp and mold all along the bedroom wall second room that I was given the plug in the kitchen was broken so could not use the kettle had to wait a few days for the electrician to fix the plug. There was marks all along the walls and furniture was all worn and tatted. WIFI did not work at all in the room which I was extremely unhappy about as I reported it to reception multiple times after being told it would be sorted it was not so I had to purchase data from my mobile phone provider which was extremely expensive only wifi that worked was by the pool at the restaurant. The menu was extremely limited and drinks we’re extremely overpriced. A pina colada was costing €9.5 I was still charged full price for the cocktail even though I asked for a non alcoholic version. As for the taxi I ordered from reception I was also charged almost 4 times to get a 15 minute taxi ride into the city centre from the hotel which cost €25 euros but on the way back getting a taxi from the local rank outside the shopping centre it only cost around 332 Turkish lira which is around €8.90 big price difference. The tv was also practically useless as it was not a smart Tv and being from England all the channels were in Turkish so if you are from the UK I would recommend bringing a laptop and HDMI cable in order to access Netflix or English TV but even then you will not be able to as the wifi does not work so you will have to use your mobile data Due to my stay being over 2 weeks I assumed the cooking equipment would have been provided. Upon arrival there was no cooking equipment. I had to purchase washing up liquid sponges and towels to wash and dry the dishes as those were not provided along with the lack of drying rack. Due to my late check in I was unable to access any kitchenware due to the restaurant being closed at 8:30pm I was also unable to eat at the restaurant due to it being closed. so I was forced to eat out that night locally.

I am pretty sure they will sort out the degradation issues and wifi connection in the future and we can rebook again same location! in reality the room does not look like the picture at all, when I showed pictures from Booking.com , actually they was surprised and asking me from where I got them . Instead of pictures of the wall I only had a linked air-con The stairs creak terribly plus plenty cracks in the wall Layout of room is not very practical as the balcony is upstairs and leaving room and bathroom are at the bottom Wifi signal is constantly interrupted I find restaurant a wee bit expensive for which they offer

It’s a vacation spot for solo or couple or even family. The restaurant staff are so professional and superb also very clean and helpful. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome. Cannot commend you enough. Thank you hospitality team. Reception very welcoming and helped us book some great excursions. Also very welcoming and friendly thank you. The distance to town or other places is far. That’s the only thing but it’s good for resting. Get a room that has the pool view, the best ones.

Ground floor room I was in which was 105 was a little dated, kitchen area adequate however no cutlery or plates and pans provided unless you were staying over 5 nights and you could ask for them. It had kettle and tea and coffee sachets provided and some water for your first day. Bed was king size and really comfortable. No English channels on the TV and the sofa in the lounge very dated with cigarette burn in it. Maid service every other day. Lots of flies around the buffet breakfast landing on uncovered food but plenty of other choices.A Child had been in the pool and swallowed water which made them sick at the side of pool, I went to tell reception and they just sent a cleaner who came and swept it up???

The shower was very poor, and hot and cold temperatures were very temperamental. Also, it's not very powerful. The main pool was unavailable,this was not mentioned at the time of booking

The restaurant staff are so welcoming, Miray, with her smile 😃, the housekeeping staff are the best.i recommend for everyone. The swimming pool closed too early 😫, it will be nice if they extend the closing time, or make it 24/7
• Natasha (8/5): Very good - Was much better than expected actually. Really nice clean pool. We had the pool suite and room was very big and clean. Staff super friendly and AC in both bedroom and living room. Wifi was also fast. Lots of supermarkets within walking distance also The hotel breakfast was very lack luster. Cold, missing and pretty much the same everyday. We often ate around 9:30/10am so could be why. The location is a bit out of the way if you don't have a car. About 5 mins into the centre of Lara beach area but about a 30/40 min walk. We had a car so was very convenient.

Good location with public transport to Antalya, Lara, Airport and Mall - Bus 511, 07A Excellent staff and bar area, very friendly and happy to attend your requirements. I have stayed here before and would stay again. Wifi was not very good, worked for browsing, but was slow.for video calls. No utensils, cups or plates in rooms.

• Fritha (6/5): - The property itself was stunning, the room was spacious and the pool area picturesque. The bed was very comfy and the shower of good quality. The big draw back was how the hotel was managed, which felt like such a shame as there were some very basic things that could easily be adjusted to make this perfect. The pool closes at 7pm every day. The only food available outside of breakfast were small bar snacks which ended at 5pm. The drinks were limited and very expensive, the smallest glass of wine I've ever purchased was 8 euros and there was only one white and one red wine. The breakfast food was uncovered and we saw flies on it. The staff were friendly however most didn't speak English and for those that did it was very limited. The hotel is 12 minutes taxi ride away from a nice area of restaurants and 25 minutes from Antalya city centre despite it advertising itself as city centre. There were only two restaurants within walking distance. This didn't bother us too much though as we used taxis, however this did increase our cash expenditure significantly. There are numerous discrepancies in this advertisement. There is no kids pool, the beach is stoney not sandy and not private, no dishwasher, tools or products to wash dishes were provided, house keeping was every other day not daily, two collared dogs were in the restaurant area. Kitchen items were only provided to those staying over five days, this was incredibly limited and we had to ask three times for this.
• Cat (6/5): Average hotel, poor location and wifi - This hotel is out of the way and there is nothing in the area within walking distance, shops, restaurants etc. Also the wifi is terrible didn’t work at all during our stay.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointing - Ordinary hotel placed in an unpleasant neighbourhood. This hotel does not serve dinner, and there is 2 kilometer to nearest restaurant area. Don't think about walking there since the neighbourhood is crowded with unchained watchdogs. Take a taxi instead - but remember that they only take cash and don't make the trip with a meter turned on. One might think that this should be a tourist scam of the past - well, it is not in this area. I will never go this area again. And the hotel: well, they definitely also need to upgrade on the concept of service.
• Mariam (2/5): Unclean do not stay! - The cleanliness of the room was not good. The sheets we had a hole in it as well as the house keeper gave us a used pool towel which smelt of chlorine. Which literally made us feel sick the towels. There was no towels on arrival I had to ask for them then wait ages for them to bring it. The sheets are very poor quality so don’t expect a good night sleep. They don’t even clean with cleaning spray they use some old rag. They don’t supply you with basic cleaning liquid in the kitchen area which is standard with many apart/hotels. I usually don’t write reviews but this was not a good experience.

The friend at the night reception welcomed me with a smile even though it was late. If I come again, I would like to stay longer. It was quiet and clean and the breakfast was good, although there wasn't much variety. I recommend it to those who want to come. You can stay safely with your wife and children..

• Vincent (9/5): the hotel was nice except the pool closed way too early especially been on holiday - the breakfast was nice and healthy ,room was very comfortable and nice ,plenty storage space the breakfast could be a lot better more choice for those who like English breakfast,was very upset when the head of the kitchen staff came running after me to my room because I left with 2 COLD pancakes to warm up for my son who wasn't feeling well to come for breakfast ,this just really upset me and changed my mind about the place after we paid so much for the apartment . Please don't embarrass your guess your just turning away valuable customers

Jestiniz unutulmayacaktır.Bundan sonra oteli yakınlarıma tavsiye edeceğim ve oraya her gitttiğimde tercih edeceğim.Çok teşekkürler ..

Hoşnut olmadığımız üç durum vardı . *Oda temiz olmasına rağmen içeride bulunan koltuk ve yataklara oturup kalkınca havaya ucuşan ve kıyafetlerinize katman olak yapışan tozlar rahatsız ediciydi. *Apart daire kiralamalarında mutfak eşyaları dahil olarak kiralanır ve kiralama şeklinde de mutfak eşyaları kiralamaya dahil yazıyordu fakat otel görevlisi ve otele giriş yaptığınızda verilen bilgilendirme yazısında," 3 veya 5 günlük konaklamalara mutfak eşyaları veriyoruz" diye anlamsız bir ibare bulunmaktaydı.İsteğimiz üzerine bizim için 3 tabak 1 tencere 2 catal 2 kaşık verdiler sadece. Komik oldu. *Restoran da ki menü fiyatları Euro olarak yazılmıştı, TL olarak bir fiyat bilgisi yoktu. Türkiye Cumhuriyetinde bir işletme.
• Aida (8/5): Good - That was a great stay at all. Very kindly staff and good breakfast. But the room wasn’t so clean and towels and sheets look dirty, even they was washed and clean. Otherwise everything was nice. Location was also very good. Very easy to become there with bus KL08 and some another public bus.
