OMAR (10/5): A very pleasant stay with excellent service, great breakfast, and genuinely caring staff - The breakfast at the hotel is always very good. The buffet offers fresh food and a great variety of options, with everything well prepared and nicely presented. It really makes the morning experience very pleasant. I would also like to give special thanks to the receptionist who checked me in the middle of the night, the hotel driver who personally helped me reach my destination after an issue with another taxi, and the floor manager, Mr. Olawole, who personally checked that I was entirely happy with my stay. Their care and professionalism made the experience even better. Since this is Dubai and the hotel welcomes many Muslim families, I feel there should be clearer dress code standards in the evening. For a 5-star hotel, the atmosphere should remain elegant, respectful, and family-friendly, especially at night.

Highest best customer service I've ever experienced so far.We were given a place to freshen up right after landing in Dubai. And we were upgraded to the best apartment. There was a beautiful birthday surprise cake for my friend in the apartment when we checked in. Checking in was very smooth. Everything was excellent

Abdulrahman (3/5): كانت الاقامه سيئة - الفندق جميل لاتوجد مواقف عند باب الفندق وقت تسجيل الدخول للفندق والممر ضيق جدا وخدمة الاستقبال فقط موظف واحد متواجد و انتظرت تقريبا20 دقيقه و في اليوم التالي حصلت مشكله في حوض السباحه على الساعه 11صباحا بين نساء و حدث شتم بينهم و الاطفال متواجدين و لم يتخذ احداً اي اجراء وعند تسجيل الخروج انتظرت اكثر من نصف ساعه ولم يأتي احد ليحمل الحقائب و بنفسي حملتها و بعدها بدقائق تواصلوا مع على هاتفي الخاص وسألوني إن كنت في الغرفه ام لا فقلت لا و سألتهم عن التأخير قال لي حسنا حسنا و اقفل الهاتف

The bellboy Collins was helpful and kind. My room 821 the Ac temp wouldn't go below 24deg Celsius. Next day I asked for room change they moved me to 830. The temp wouldn't go above 18C . There was a cockroach next to the bathroom. I noticed it couple of hours before check out but only mentioned it to collins.

Neha (6/5): - It's good for travelers as it is near the airport. It is near other hotels and the metro. Overall a basic hotel but not 5 star This is a dry hotel - no bar no alcohol. That should be noted in the description. Upon arrival, the line was so long it took over 30 min to check in. I was woken up at 9 am by a manager asking me to rate the hotel and include his name, even after I told him he woke me up. Reception called me before noon to ask me if I needed a late check out, when my booking was for 24 hours. The hotel overall seemed a bit chaotic
zakariya (9/5): - الموقع وصادف وقت عرض فحصلت على سعر رائع طلبت منهم ترقية لأحد الغرف لاني حجزتي 3 غرف وتم اعطائي جناح مع كل الشكر للموظف سعيد الافطار منوع وجيد مرافق الفندق ممتازه نظام تسجيل الدخول بطيء جداً يعني النزيل ينتظر لحين انتهاء الموظف من تسليم بطاقات الدخول اكثر من نصف ساعة كان وصولي بعد الساعة 4 وغرفتين لم تكونا جاهزتين ! عدم توفير مكائن قهوه في غرفتين ! عدم تعامل موظفي المطعم باحتراف حيث انتهاء الماء وطلبت منهم ذلك مرتين ولم أحصل عليه الشاي والقهوه وضعهم بدائي ولا توجد مكينة قهوه مخصصه

Fatima (1/5): “The noise was very loud and could be clearly heard inside the room, which made the stay uncomfortable.” - Laction is good This was my first time staying at this hotel, and honestly I didn’t feel comfortable during my stay. The noise levels were very high and could be heard clearly inside the rooms. The service wasn’t good or bad—perhaps because there weren’t not enough staff—but they were very slow. Even when I called from the room, no one answered, so I had to go downstairs to speak to them. When I requested a wheelchair, it also took a very long time to arrive. When I was checking out, there was no one available to help with the luggage, so I had to carry my bags myself, and the security guard ended up helping me. Overall, the stay was not good for me or for the person who was with me.

Lawrence (3/5): Bad way managed. Good property - Space to walk n sitout, neat room Noise loudly can be heard inside the room, till 2.30am we couldn't sleep. Staff r not well trained, nervous, n rude behaviour. Given rooms to few company staff and they r reaching ladies in the lobby and behaving bad, it's happened with my Girl friend.

Nisrine (5/5): - The location is beautiful and quiet. Ms. Alaa is very respectful and classy in her dealings, as are the cleaning supervisor and the maintenance staff. They have an air conditioning problem. We suffered from it daily throughout our stay. I changed rooms three times and it was the same problem; no one can sit without air conditioning.

The staff everyone from the reception to the housekeepers are friendly and wonderful. There’s nothing I don’t like about the property

Carsten (9/5): Staycation 1 Nacht - Super freundliches Personal. Bin 2 Stunden zu früh zum early Check in gekommen und habe eine ganze Suite erhalten. Danke dafür. Alles top. Komme sehr gerne wieder. Leider war der Pool ständig überfüllt. Leute mit langen Badekleidern, Jogginghosen und T-Shirts. Kleinkinder die eigentlich ins Kinderbecken gehört hätten.
