But actually this one was still quite large. What I dont like in Japan in general. There are no wardrobes for luggage and clothes. We constantly putting luggage on the bed and putting old clothes in and new out

• Thibaud (10/5): - I stayed only one night, but it was a very memorable experience. The concept of mixing art and hotel was really original. Each room had its own unique artistic style, and the staff took the time to explain the concept and details very well, which made the stay even more interesting. The bathroom was also very modern and beautifully designed, something that is not so common in Japan. Overall, it felt more like staying inside an art exhibition than a regular hotel. I would definitely recommend it for people looking for a unique experience.

• Smiljka (8/5): Very central and fun! - I liked the location and the area; the fun spirit of the hotel and rooms, and the size was also very appropriate for a central Tokyo hotel. The bathroom was a bit small to put my own amenities, but overall, the rooms have everything needed, and the service downstairs is very efficient and welcoming.

• Annie (10/5): Memorable art hotel - It's a treat to discover a hotel with a distinct vibe. BnA_Wall is like stepping into a funky art project - it's a clever adaptation of a concrete industrial interior. My Room With A Pink Carpet (by Colliu) was its own world. Pretty, ethereal, and calming. Also v comfortable. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful and give the impression they enjoy working there. The breakfast choices are also delicious. I loved the lobby area display and ended up buying two books. A bit out of the way, which isn't a problem if you want to be in a quiet part of the city. Having said that, it's a nice neighbourhood and only a short walk to Kodemmacho Station on the Hibiya Line.

Het ontbijt was erg lekker en slim ook om de keuze uit 4 gerechten aan te bieden, weinig verspilling zo. Het ontbijt heeft alleen hartige opties, een yoghurtbowl met fruit o.i.d zou wat mij betreft een lekkere aanvulling zijn.

• Qinling (6/5): It's better for solo travelers who enjoy art - It's a nice space with a very artsy theme. The location is prime. The staff is super friendly and you can get some nice suggestions from the staff about where to go in Tokyo. I think this is more like an art-themed hostel, from my point of view. The room is very small (at least the one we stayed). When we arrived, the building was undergoing some exterior repairs/renovations, so all the windows had to be closed. We wish we had found that before we book the place. Also, the hotel would have a new art graffiti wall every week.. Though we like the concept, the smell of the paint was really strong, and it made both my husband and me not that comfortable. Overall, I won't recommend it to couples or families. It will be a cool place if you travel by yourself or with one chill friend.

The art sponsorship programme is at the heart of what makes this hotel special. Good access to the train system within an short walk. The rooms are clean and well-equipped but not spacious. Hard to find fault.

• CHdC-NZ (10/5): Gorgeous, artistic hotel with beautiful rooms! - The hotel is gorgeous! The room was really interesting and so much fun. I felt safe going to the bar for a drink as a solo female traveller. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would love to return here and stay at the other rooms!
• Mark (10/5): A really lovely place to stay for our last night in Tokyo. Easy assess to train station to get to Narita airport. Really - We loved the quirky vibe to the hotel. It was very different but really cool. Bed was comfortable, room was spotlessly clean and the art work was amazing. We loved getting an explanation about the artist while having our complementary drink. Cant think of any thing.

• Simon (9/5): Fun place to stay! - Room was fantastic! We loved the artistic style (made us want to see what the other rooms were like!). The room appeared simple at first but we grew to love the little thoughtful and artistic details. Breakfast was amazing as well! Great coffee! Not the most central accommodation.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est agréable, à proximité de nombreux transports en commun et du quartier de Nihonbashi, tout en étant très calme. La personnalisation artistique des chambres est amusante. Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans notre chambre. Nous avons baissé la consigne du chauffage (qui était à 24C) mais ça n'a pas amélioré les choses. Nous avons découvert à la fin de notre séjour qu'un gros tuyau au mur était très chaud et pas isolé. L'hôtel donne une impression un peu hors sol, que l'on pourrait se trouver dans n'importe quelle grande ville.

Location is close to public transport and after having stayed in Shinjuku for a few nights, it was nice to get away from the crowds and see a different, less touristy side of Tokyo.

• Gregory (10/5): A truly unique hotel experience. Great staff and facilities. - A unique hotel with a bold concept. Live in art. A key cultural experience for our brief time in Tokyo. Fantastic staff - great breakfast, clear commitment to supporting the arts and local artists. A bit of a walk to local subway/train stations. Room rates have gone way up since I stayed here last.

Helpful and knowledgable staff that were happy to help and suggest options. Cleanliness of room and public areas was excellent. Unique decoration. Fabulous bathroom facilities. None.

• james (9/5): Really enjoyable stay and some escapism from the environment I usually live in. - I loved the concept of the hotel supporting artists. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was quiet and away from the stereotypical intense Tokyo neighbourhoods you see in pictures, which I liked. Felt more local and real to Tokyo. Lots of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants scattered around. Nothing.

The staff were very friendly and outgoing :) loved all of the interactions that I had with them Unfortunately I was expecting the structure on top of the bed to be a little higher than it was, me and my father hit the art piece every time despite we were bending our heads to avoid it

• Naomi (10/5): Unique and comfortable experience - Really helpful staff, we were warmly welcomed on arrival. The hotel lobby with vibrant with plenty going on in the evenings, as well as a great coffee served in the morning. The room was unique and super comfortable, with an amazing bathroom (the shower was luxurious).
• Faulconer (10/5): We stayed only one night, but can't fault any part of the stay. It was a marvelous experience. - Staff were extremely kind and personable. The room was excellent, with a bathroom and shower you'd expect to find in a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was of high quality and freshness, if just a little on the small side. But several beverage choices, and I had a very good cappuccino. Overall, a tasty way to start the day. This area of Nihombashi was also very cool, with a lot of great food and shopping options nearby. We walked 15 minutes to Takashimaya Department Store and Maruzen Bookstore, where we whiled away most of one afternoon. Nothing - everything exceeded our expectations.
