• Nathalie (5/5): With several alternative hotels in the area, I would opt for a different choice on my next visit. - The hotel location is conveniently close to the airport. 1. While I eventually came across a kind and helpful staff member at reception, Maria, the rest of the team did not reflect the level of warmth and friendliness typically experienced in the UAE. Unfortunately, one employee was particularly rude. 2. No valet service available. 3. Parking is paid and located outside the premises. 4. No assistance or trolleys provided for luggage, meaning guests are left to manage bags, suitcases, or pushchairs on their own. 5. The cleanliness of the room chairs was below expected standards.

• Megan (8/5): - I love the design of the hotel and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and stylish with design led features. Excellent value for money and perfect location for easy access to the airport but also the city. I was just a little disappointed with the fact that the plug sockets within my room at the time of my stay and cleanliness of certain details within the room was a little lower than expected.

The staff placed me in a connecting room in grand mercure where theres anosiy guests entire afternoon on the otherside i was not able to take a nap!

• Darren (10/5): I feel so valued and my stay was worth every penny! - Well first of all. It was a very wonderful experience something that I would think of again and again on how kind and welcoming are your staffs. Check in was so smooth with Hisham who recognized my exhaustion from a flight coming to your hotel. He was very welcoming and he exceed my expectations. Also the staff who helped us get a lift going to metro after checking out. Phenomenal service and dedication. I will definitely comeback!
