• Tika B.C (7/5): Good liocation.for short stay - Location walking distance to Petaling St, Central Market , Pasar Seni MRT station and various eating place. Helpful staff. I booked this hotel at1pm coz my booking got cancelled from previous apartment due to leakage. When I arrived (3pm) the booking confirmation not yet sent to hotel. The staff helped me with manual check in after I showed booking cobfirmation in application. They also provide water dispenser in public area. Bed qas comfy with extra pillow. There's lots of homeless and drunk ppl after 10pm. But there's security on the side door. Room got no window and bare minimum furniture. Only suitable for 1-2 days stay. Breakfast was packed food (better take non-BF package coz plenty resto around hotel).

• BJ (5/5): - This Stay in the hotel was not as good compared to my previous stays. Nothing great this time. The rooms were not clean enough, towels were torn, even one staff at the reception quiet rude.

• BJ (2/5): - The location and the reception staff were good and helpful There was no cleanliness in the room, broken shower not repaired for 3 days during our Stay inspite to reporting daily for repairs. Shampoo & shower gel not replaced even after it was over. Room & bathroom not cleant properly. I think this was my 15th visit to the hotel but very disappointed during this visit

• Mohamad Thaufiq Bin (9/5): Pleasent - Looks new. Room spacious. Basic amenity but enough. Check in was smooth. Easy to park your car down there. Warm receptionist. Not because I didnt like but it was my first time experiencing breakfast which they provided a pack of frozen nasi lemak ayam rendang and we need to reheat it to enjoy. Haha

• pisani (8/5): - La posizione centrale, proprio nel cuore di Chinatown. Lo staff super gentile e ci hanno dato una camera con finestra anche se avevamo prenotato senza. L’ingresso dell’albergo!!! Non è su strada ma in una stradina laterale, buia e piccola. Fino alle 22 puoi entrare dal centro commerciale ma dopo devi per forza passare dalla stradina…io e mia sorella la sera abbiamo evitato di uscire tardi.

• Ratini (7/5): - The hotel and room are beautiful. Bed and shower were very comfortable, especially the shower with good water pressure. Some staff were very friendly and helpful during check-out. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. It would be nice if family rooms had windows so guests could enjoy a view. Providing basic items like tissues and plastic bags in the toilet would be helpful. Slightly brighter room lighting would be great for grooming or light work. Parking was fine after hotel verification (RM10 per day), and clearer information on the booking website would be appreciated

• Kwan Yee (7/5): Fair - The location is easy to reach, with security and camera every corner, so it's safe for female travelers. The drainage smell is bad and make the toilet smelly. There is no hair dryer. One of the cups was not cleaned.

Had a problem with our door, took a while to fix. Staff didn’t seem to understand that we had a problem with the door and said they would send housekeeping, housekeeping never came to our room. Glass water bottles are dirty on the lids, cups in our room were also dirty.

The room was clean There's no mini-fridge for drinks and food in the room, but there's a free hot and cold water dispenser in the hallway. Car horns are often heard; I recommend buying earplugs

• VIJITHA (5/5): - The location is a bit hard to find, managed to find and took elevator 5th floor and when i went to check in, there was a new girl in the reception area, so it took her time to get me signed up into the system. For the price, the location is very nearby to most attractions. Also no issue finding cheap food. The walls are not well noise canceling, so I can hear people checking in and checking out as I was closer to the recipient area . I wouldn't recommend room 137. It is beside the management office, so frequent staff entering &exiting the area so it was really annoying specially around nights.
• Edmund (4/5): - I would like to highlight an unpleasant experience during my recent stay. I was charged RM22.30 for parking, although the staff had only informed me that the charge would be RM10. At no point was I told that I needed to provide my Touch ’n Go card for wave access. Naturally, I assumed the fee was RM10, but later discovered that the total came up to RM32. When I called the receptionist (morning shift) for clarification, he said he would check with the night shift staff and his superior, but no one got back to me. Until today, there has been no follow-up. I feel that parking should be better managed by the hotel and communicated clearly to guests. Unexpected charges like this create unnecessary dissatisfaction. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves transparency so future guests do not face the same issue.
