Ou (2/5): Be careful - I was initially apprehensive about booking this place due to the negative reviews. However, I decided to proceed with the reservation for my family of 7. I chose the option to reserve and pay at the hotel. Three weeks before our scheduled stay, I reached out to hotel.com to confirm the availability of transportation for our group. The representative assured me that everything was in order. On the day of our arrival, I realized that no one had responded to the multiple emails I had sent regarding transportation. After finally managing to get in touch with the hotel, I was shocked to learn that our transportation had been canceled without any prior notice. When I contacted hotel.com to resolve the issue, they informed me that there was nothing they could do to help. In a desperate situation, I had to quickly find an alternative option and ended up booking a room at the Marriott. Unfortunately, the cost was triple the amount of money I had originally planned to spend.
Peter (4/5): - Had a tough go with this hotel. I made a reservation two days prior to check in and tried to get in touch with them to facilitate check in, as the website directs. I finally got an answer through Whats App from Park Lane, the parent of this property and the gave my the contact to the property manager of Stay in Bond Street. I tried contacting them for a day and half. I finally got an answer after landing at Heathrow, preparing to head to the property. I was not too happy to hear that they had to cancel my reservation due to some flooding in the building. I was left in a bit of a pickle! If I could say one positive thing it is that they did process my refund quickly.
