• Maria (6/5): Ottimo ma migliore i dettagli - Devo dire che avevo letto molte recensioni negative che avevano creato in me dei dubbi, ma arrivato in struttura mi sono ricreduto. La maggior parte delle recensioni riportavano problemi che io non ho riscontrato, tipo la porta mi si è aperta senza problemi, hanno risposto ai messaggi che ho inviato, la struttura era pulita. Quindi mi sono dovuto ricredere. Per quanto riguarda la posizione ottima e centralissima, appartamento accogliente e con tutti i servizi necessari. Le cose negative ne sono tante ma sono tutte piccole cose, che basta un nulla per risolvere e che proprio per questo le elenco così da incentivare alla risoluzione di esse. Tipo il doccino della doccia troppo lontano dal gancio alto, la luce nel bagno che è molto debole, le ante esterne delle finestre che sono rotte, assenza ri prese vicino al letto, alcune delle prese non funzionano bene tipo quella in bagno. Insomma tante piccola cose che però nell'insieme non ti fanno godere la struttura a pieno. Poi alcune politiche della struttura che non capisco tipo che bisogna avere più di 25 anni per poter stare nell'appartamento.

• Adriana (3/5): No elijan este alojamiento!! - Ubicación. Muchas cosas malas. El método para ingresar, a través de un link que no funcionaba. Tuve que llamar a los bomberos porque no podía abrir la puerta para sacar mi equipaje (con más de 1 hora de margen antes del check out), la ducha es muy mala, la vajilla estaba sucia, tenía wifi, pero no nos dieron la clave y no estaba en ningún lado, decoración muy fea. Cuando logré comunicarme con el propietario a través de servicio al cliente de booking, me trató de mala gana. Una mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo
• M.Nieves (1/5): Vergonzoso - La ubicación El apartamento estaba sucio. En la información decía que teníamos que pagar 25€ de tasas (nos cobraron casi el doble). Al llegar al alojamiento había un señor dentro que,según el ni era el dueño ni era empleado,pero allí estaba. La cama era de tamaño normal (el anuncio pone que es de más de 2 metros) el sofá cama estaba sin hacer y las sabanas que nos indico que debíamos poner estaban debajo del sofá y estaban sucias. Había una bolsa con basura en la estancia, gomas de pelo con pelos y toallas sucias en el baño y la bañera asquerosisima. No lo recomiendo para nada! Es vergonzoso que alojamientos así se publiciten como excelentes. Lo único bueno es la ubicación .

• Dorottya (1/5): Disappointing disgusting and its a total scam!!!!!!!!!!! - Nothing Its impossible to contact with the owner, if you have any issues they not even picking up the phone and not answering to any of the emails or messages. The apartment was dirty and no hygiene products were provided in the accommodation, although they were included in the description, such as hand soap or even shower gel. We paid for 3 people but it was only prepared for 2, so one of us had no towels or place to sleep at. In the kitchen the gas didn’t work at the owen so it was unusable. We found dirty towels in the wardrobe in a pillowcases.

• Vincenzo (3/5): Assistenza clienti da migliorare! - - Posizione e comodità dell’ascensore. - Per la pulizia, in quanto titolare di una miltiservizi che si occupa di questo, posso dire che va più che bene per il prezzo che chiedono. (Bisogna solo aggiungere un kit migliore per prodotti doccia) - il phon non funziona (molto probabilmente perché l’operatore delle pulizie arrotola troppo forte e in tensione il filo dell’alimentazione) - Cupa, arredo non moderno ed economico, ci vorrebbe una piccola rinnovata. - Invece della doccia c’è una vasca con la tenda in plastica (poco igienica) - Non c’erano shampoo e bagnoschiuma nuovi, ma già usati da altri.. e non quelli da struttura ricettiva ma di quelli che si trovano al supermercato per utilizzo quotidiano. - Ma LA COSA PEGGIORE è l’assistenza clienti. Lì contatto per fare il check-in e mi hanno risposto con una freddezza e menefreghismo rispondendomi velocemente e staccando il telefono in faccia. Bisogna registrarsi e caricare foto e documenti. Fin qui ci può stare perché è Smart ed evita una persona fissa sul posto, ma se siete una persona anziana poco tech non so se hanno una soluzione. Capisco che nessuna azienda può offrire un servizio sempre perfetto, ma l’assistenza clienti deve essere al meglio

• Alexandra (1/5): Struttura da evitare, coì come tutte quelle gestite dalla società chiamata Sviluppo Immobiliare. - Assolutamente nulla Assistenza clienti e chiarezza nei messaggi inesistenti. Non e possibile alloggiare se si ha meno di 25 anni, cosa di per se già assurda. Come se non bastasse, quando ho cercato di cambiare gli ospiti della prenotazione, hanno chiesto un identificazione di persona dall'altro lato della città (il check in era normalmente on-line) incredibilmente scomodo da raggiungere oppure dispendioso in taxi. Non ci sono state rimborsate la tassa di soggiorno né il contributo per gli asciugamani. Da notare come tutte queste cose vengano comunicate solo il giorno stesso dell'arrivo, perchè il controllo documenti non viene fatto prima, e se sollecitati, ribadiscono che verrà fatto esclusivamente quel giorno. Evitate questa struttura, come tutte quelle di Sviluppo Immobiliare T.i.m SRL

• Antonio (5/5): Appariscente ma inconsistente - Struttura centrale e ben servita ma non mi era mai capitato di dover noleggiare la biancheria Oltre la disponibilità dell'immobile, cosa danno per l'accoglienza? Nulla. Non c'è una bottiglia d'acqua, non c'è un tè od un caffè da farsi con la macchinetta, non c'è una merendina a colazione....eppure il costo del soggiorno non mi sembra basso. Inoltre, l'acqua sanitaria è tiepida, la luce del bagno è degna di una luminaria da cimitero, non ci sono luci sullo specchio, il laccio della doccia è corto per cui la doccetta non si può fissare al muro e sei costretto a tenerla in una mano. La tenda della vasca è stretta per cui l'acqua può cadere sul pavimento da un lato od un altro della stessa. La tavoletta del wc è rotta ed il mobile bagno lavabo si presenta in pessime condizioni. Per non parlare delle mensole in bagno....in legno mal tinteggiato. Non ci sono lumi sui comodini (ci si deve alzare per spegnere la luce della stanza).

• Alessandro (3/5): Sporco e non adeguato! - Una delle peggiori esperienze mai avute. Agenzia che gestisce l’immobile non risponde. Bagno vecchio e sporco senza cura e la tavoletta del WC sconnessa. Dopo aver pagato 15€ per gli asciugamani ci siamo ritrovati con 3 asciugamani vecchi e macchiati. Metà delle prese presenti nell’appartamento non funzionano e in più metà della notte è saltata la corrente, nonostante ho provato a contattare l’agenzia più volte nessuna risposta, in più la mattina successiva non funzionando la corrente abbiamo pure dovuto farci la doccia fredda non funzionando la caldaia. Si è presentata una signora alle 10 nonostante noi abbiamo pagato il giorno prima per il posticipo dicendo che dovevamo lasciare l’appartamento. Esperienza terribile

Tener cuidado al salir del ascensor ya que hay una gradas y pueden caerse. Sumar al precio la tasa de impuesto turística que hay que pagar por aparte

• Angela (3/5): - Location Shocking check in , we had to sit outside for almost an hour - tried 5 times to call and emailed, she hadn't checked we had booked in on line. No keys proved just a online door opener which was so hard to work. DO NOT stay here if you are no good with technology- what is wrong with a key??????? Also no aircon just a noisy freestanding unit that you had to stick out the window Not a helpful host at all,no apology for keeping us waiting in the heat Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Потом не удобно было что без конца пишут просят что то подтвердить. Бесконечные запросы чтобы заселиться, то паспорт сфоткай, то себя.

Horrible, unacceptable, outrageous behavior from the people who manage this apartment! Why do they even run an apartment if all they want to do is scream at their guests? At 3:30 PM they didn’t send the code, and after traveling for hours we were sitting on the ground in the heat, waiting for them to send it. When I called them, at first they didn’t even let me speak — they just told me to book another accommodation and hung up on me! After that, they started yelling and screaming at me on the phone, telling me to shut my mouth, and that if I said one more word they wouldn’t help me and I could go somewhere else, even though I was only giving them my details so they could identify my booking. They even told me they “couldn’t stand me” just because I was asking for help! This is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. It was impossible to talk calmly or ask for any assistance, because no matter what I said, they hung up on me. As I mentioned, first they sent me away, and then, after a very difficult one-hour wait and struggle, they finally sent the code. When I got into the room, there were two dirty used towels and a used store-bought shower gel. The door cannot be locked from the inside, which is not safe at all.
• Gaiĺ (3/5): Poor - Location Had to check every door in the building to find the right one rather than saying it was apartment number 3. Everything was very basic and no kettle so had to use saucepans to heat water for a hot drink. The bed was comfortable so thankful for that.
• Federico (2/5): Very poor - The automatic door lock didn't function at night and I didn't get any support. The water heater was off without informing me so I basically didn't have any warm water to shower. Electrical system was altogether bad

• Inês (2/5): The worst night - The location First, there were hairs in the bathroom walls and there was a stain in the bed sheets There was a lot of noise from the domestic electronics during the night A lot of Power outlet/socket around the room did not work We did not have keys to enter the apartment, it was all with automatic door from the link they shared with us On our last day, We left in the morning at 9 am to visit Milan and when we come back to the apartment, at 9 pm, tired, on our last night, the link they shared with us to open the outside doors did not work - I tried to contact all the contacts I have from Philips Apartments and they all did not answer me. I also tried to contact them from the Booking app and nothing. I tried to contact Booking and they did not help me much, they only suggest to stay in other hotel. At 2 am , we contact all hotels near us and they were all full, we only found one 15km away from the room. At 2:30 AM, when we gave up and began the journey to the other hotel, the host finally respond to us giving some come from the locker who was outside the doors and we got a key to enter the room. The host accused me of touch the rooter but we haven’t touch in nothing because we only stay in the room to sleep and take a shower we did not touch in nothing since we were not in the room all day. When we got back we did not have hot water.

The towel provided had a bad smell, the microwave wasn’t working, and the fridge wasn’t working either. To make things worse, no one was reachable when I tried to get help. Overall, I didn’t like my experience here at all — I would strongly advise against booking this property.
