- Melanie (4/5): Für uns nicht so das Wahre... - Es war sehr sauber und die Lage war für uns perfekt, da man selbst zu Fuß alles erreichen konnte ohne dass es nachts groß Stadtlärm gegeben hätte. Restaurants und Kombinis gab es auch genug in der Nähe. Das Bad war (im Vergleich zum Zimmer) überraschend groß für japanische Verhältnisse, das war angenehm. Das Zimmer war mit Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und einem Kühlschrank (bei dem das Gefrierfach nicht funktionierte) ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war viel kleiner als durch die Fotos angenommen, man hatte keinen Platz für auch nur einen Koffer oder sich wo anders als aufs Bett hin setzten zu können. Die Betten und Kissen waren vergleichsweise extrem hart, es hab keine Möglichkeit es weicher zu machen oder tauschen zu lassen. Man kann seine Wäsche zwar waschen, das Sieb wird aber kaum von anderen Gästen sauber gemacht und das Hotelpersonal scheint nicht zu kontrollieren? Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit Wäsche zum trocknen aufzuhängen da im Zimmer viel zu wenig Platz war und grade mal vier Garderobenhaken. Im Trockner war die Wäsche auch nach über einer Stunde nicht trocken bei 7 Teilen. Im Fahrstuhl steht was von einer Küche im 9. Stock, allerdings ist da nichts dergleichen. Dass die Zimmer während des Aufenthaltes nur auf Anfrage gereinigt werden OK, aber zumindest sollte es eine Lösung für die Mülleimerleerung oder Ersatz Tüten geben dass man die selber leeren kann. Auch wenn in Japan Toilettenbürsten nicht so üblich sind, könnte man diese anbieten um den Putzkräften einiges zu ersparen... Niedlich dass es etwas Besteck und kleine Teller gibt, aber wenn man das benutzt hat passiert was? Dann muss man auch wieder zum Personal laufen und nachfragen...

- Cristina (7/5): Buena estancia en Osaka pero podría ser mejor - Alojamiento bien ubicado en Osaka, cerca de Dotonbori y de Den Den Town. En sí el hotel es cómodo, pero la habitación que nosotros reservamos era para 4 adultos y el espacio era justísimo, no lo recomiendo para 4 adultos. Además hacía frio por la noche, la calefacción es compartida cada 3 habitaciones, y a la que llegaban los inquilinos de la habitación de al lado, automáticamente la calefacción bajaba de temperatura. En general no está mal, pero nada que ver con otros alojamientos que hemos encontrado en Japón. Hacía frio por la noche, y el guarda equipaje es de pago (menos caro que en las coin lockers de las estaciones de metro)

Welcome refreshments and laundry/machines for guest use. Traffic noise from cars and bikes speeding down the road late at night. Room tight for space to move around and bedding mainly pillows were a little too firm.

- Belinda (7/5): Good for a night, no longer. - It fitted my family of 4 in the room. There were free drinks at the front desk. The staff were super friendly. It had a microwave in the room and a sink. There were washing machines you could use. You couldn’t store luggage for free, you had to pay for a locker. It was noisy in our room and hard to sleep. There was no one at check in until 3pm. There was no card to enter your room just a passcode on a piece of paper. It was Ok, just not my favourite place we stayed. Would I book again? No, not based on the noise.

- Michael (8/5): Cosy and Charming. - Clean. Cosy. Central... only a short walk to Dotonbori. Would stay again. :) The room was tiny, we had no room to move after our luggage was in. Staff weren't very smily. The pillows were made of something that felt like rice, took some getting used to.

- Ruth (5/5): Decent place for the price but I wouldn’t stay here again. - The hotel was clean and close to Namba station. It wasn’t expensive. The shower was great. The beds and pillows were very, very hard and uncomfortable. They only gave us the Japanese pillows that are full of beads. The mattress was one of the hardest I’ve ever slept on. This made it very difficult to have a good night’s sleep. If you don’t like hard beds look elsewhere. There is a coffee machine in the lobby but it’s not available in the morning. Most people want caffeine in the morning not the evening.

- Sohyeon (10/5): - 위치 최고 가성비 최고 호텔입니다. 황금연휴에 다른 호텔들은 가격이 너무 비싸는데 우연히 취소 객실을 예약하게 되었는데 가격도 저렴하고 위치도 아주 좋았어요. 프론트 직원분도 매우 친절하셨고, 룸도 깨끗했습니다. 3박하는동안 룸 청소는 없었고, 수건도 프론트 직원분께 매일 받아서 사용했네요. 무료 음료 서비스도 훌륭했습니다. 오사카에 다시 간다면 또 묶고 싶은 호텔입니다. 가족 여행객에게 추천합니다. 4인 베드룸으로 2층 침대 2개가 있었는데 앉아서 쉴수 있는 작은 의자 2개 정도 있으면 좋았을 것 같아요. 음식을 먹거나 할때 앉아서 이용할 수 있는 의자가 없어 아쉬웠네요. 공간이 좁은건 이해하지만 접이식 의자 구비하면 좋을 것 같아요.

- Raysha (4/5): - When checking in the staff seemed to be in a rush. They just showed just quickly what they had and left the room. The room was decent but there was still some hair in the shower. The worst part was the hard beds and the pillows that felt like it had marbles in them. They only had one elevator and when checking out it became a waiting game for others. The station / mall is a bit of a walk and if you're not careful you'll get lost in there. Also Dotonbori was in walking distance abs the walk there was nice. The room itself had plenty of space and the views were great.

C'était comme un objet de torture. Apportez vos propres oreillers, mais le reste était parfait.

Man hat einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe und auch die Anbindung der Öffentlichenverkehrsmittel ist gut. Leider war unser Zimmer an der Straßenseite und die Wände nach außen sind nicht so gut gedämmt, daher hört man den Straßenlärm sehr stark, Abends (ab ca 21Uhr) sind immer viele Motorräder unterwegs gewesen, das hat den Schlaf gestört.

Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna. Pokoje są czyste, nowoczesne i wygodne, a cały obiekt zadbany i dobrze zaplanowany. To świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Osaki – zdecydowanie polecamy! 🌸 -
