• Wuyow (9/5): - The location is close to eateries, convenient stores and some local attractions. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There is a water dispenser at common area on every floor. The room is not perfectly sound proof, sound from the corridor and street could be heard quite clear.

• Andrzej (7/5): Old, simple hotel. - Perfect location. Reception open 24 hours. Clean but small room with balcony and window. OK bed. Hot shower, cool A/C. Lift in the building. Slow Check-in. Reception wanted me to pay for the room even I booked it and paid on-line. There are cups but no electric kettle, coffee/tea sachets, but there is water dispenser in the hallway. An ashtray in the room. No mini-bar, no hair-dryer. Toiletries? Toilet paper and some shower gel. Room never cleaned during my 3 days. Useless Smart TV. Practically only 2 "live TV" channels with poor picture quality. That's Malaysia. Wi-fi very slow or -most of the time- not at all. Reception couldn't print my flight ticket.

• Lee (10/5): Very memorable and satisfied due to it's simplicity . - The location is simply great . Room appliances are all running fine .Easy access to food . LRT and MRT is just easily within walking distance thus making your excursion so convenient .Chinatown is simply alive and bustling and you are in the middle of the action. One simply cannot ask for more for this budget price . Just bring along your tooth paste , tooth brush and other grooming stuff .

• Frank (7/5): - It is a simple accomodation for budget-travellers. Rooms are a bit narrow but O.K. for the price and good located near Petaling Street in China-Town. The staff was friendly and gave me another room because the aircon in the First room was too loud.

Le voyageur européen ni trouvera pas son confort mais,venir prendre son hébergement ici reste une expérience de voyage.personnellemet,je suis un habitué de cet hôtel. J y reviens toujours avec bonheur. Et j y suis fort bien accueilli...à la chinoise,c est à dire avec discrétion. Ok

• Mexv (10/5): - The hotel is just a 5 minutes walk from the Pasar Seni station, next to the main transport hub KL Sentral. Bus stations are also nearby. Food court can be found across the street in front of the hotel. Not a new building but clean. Air conditioner functions well. Great staff and always willing to help when you ask for. None.

Got it back when checking out when I queried it. Long black hair in the bed. Noisy old air conditioning unit. The outside aircon unit rattled all night. Uncomfortable bed. Old and dated. Whole place needs a good clean.

Staff were very helpful regarding the hotel, not as helpful with general queries about the area. 2 small cockroaches in the room on the first night. The room smelt heavily of cigarettes even after leaving the window open. Very small room, bumped into furniture and fittings constantly. The bathroom was small resulting in the shower soaking the toilet during use.

The midnight receptionist was so rude to answer my simple questions, I felt like to mo - Nothing Hotel phone was not working throughout our stay even though we had complained about it several times. Air con was very warm - no cool air. TV was also faulty and was not even supplied with a control.
• Charlie (5/5): Great location and lovely staff, needs more thorough cleaning. - The location of the property is excellent, directly in the centre of Chinatown and only a short walk from multiple metro stations. The daytime staff at the property are also lovely and very accommodating. Upon arrival we were met with smiles, and we were greeted kindly every time we returned to the hotel. When we had issue with one of our rooms, some of the staff were very helpful in moving us to a new room. The first room we stayed in had dozens of bugs living in the desk and several of them got into our bags. The air-con also didn’t work properly so the room was extremely hot at all times. When we were moved rooms there were no bugs and the air-con worked; however, there did seem to be something like blood splattered on the shower curtain.

• Samuel (7/5): Okay but no luxury - The location here is great, we were on the 6th floor so weren't disrupted by the busy street below. The aircon and wifi both worked well and it was clean enough despite everything being quite old and dated. The room was very small, it also had a CRT television in the room which was very big and bulky and didn't even work great so was just making the room feel more busy. There were also some questionable stains on the bedding and towels and branding on the towels that made it feel more like a prison than a hotel.
