- klaudia453 (10/5): Great hotel, can’t complain about anything - To be honest I can’t say anything bad at the hotel. All of us were really happy with everything. Rooms were always clean every day because the staff took care of them every day. We took HB option - breakfast and dinner were different everyday and there were so many things so you didn’t know what to pick and of course they were tasty. What I have to mention too is the great receptionist Yassine - he is a great and really nice guy who helped us with everything. Every question or struggle was made out immediately. Also best regards to the best lifeguard Hubeib! We travelled now in december for christmas and we couldn’t believe that hotel organised such a great christmas eve with a santa and presents too! So if you think about going here I would reccomend it in 100%!

- ritas-0509 (8/5): Great Hotel Undermined by One Unprofessional Interaction - Stayed at the hotel on multiple occasions. Overall, it is an excellent property in a great location, with a mall, metro station, and several restaurants within close proximity and just a few minutes’ walk. The overall experience and service have been very good. Special Mention: Shiam and Bilal from the housekeeping team deserve special appreciation. They were extremely patient and accommodating, especially as we repeatedly requested delayed room cleaning due to back-to-back office meetings. The room was cleaned thoroughly, and their service was impeccable. Despite being quite young, they demonstrated a level of professionalism that exceeds many with years of experience in similar roles. Area of Concern: Unfortunately, our experience with a Care Service team member named Rose was disappointing. She was extremely rude and lacked basic professionalism and hospitality. We had requested a late check-out until 4:00 pm due to a midnight flight. The reception staff courteously approved a late check-out until 2:00 pm and advised us to check again later for availability. When I contacted Care Services, Rose answered the call and was consistently rude, refused to transfer the call to reception, and offered no assistance. The incident has been shared in detail with the hotel manager, and I hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure such unprofessional behaviour is not repeated.

The experience was smooth from start to finish — spacious rooms, a great breakfast selection, and of course the signature warm cookies at the front desk. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently attentive and welcoming. A special mention to Lydia, whose warm and thoughtful service truly stood out. Overall, a comfortable and highly enjoyable stay.

- Explore481414 (10/5): What a wonderful Stay I had in this wonderful hotel - The Double Tree by Hilton M Square is an amazing hotel the staff were so attentive making sure that I was ok. The staff in the restaurant were great big shout out to Florence, Sweeter, Mu and Niichel for looking after me during breakfast service. Despite one of the coffee machines not working Florence was able to stay calm and ensure everyone was served. There were some pushy people at breakfast and i was amazed at how calm the staff remained even whilst being spoken to quite rudely. The hotel is 30 minutes from the airport and in a good location not far from any of the main attractions and 6 mins by taxi to the Dubai Frame. My room was amazing the bed so comfortable I had a great sleep. The shower was my favorite it was spacious and included toiletries. The hotel is spotless and the staff attended each day to clean the rooms. The pool location was lovely with a great view of Dubai. Pool staff very attentive and kind. Big thank you to Andrew and the porters for for taking good care of my luggage. Only thing I would of liked was more information about the hotel as I only found the 2nd pool area and lower level outdoor seating on my last day there. Overall the staff and the hotel amenities made my stay very comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in a very convenient and nice location, which made getting around easy. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast – a wide selection with plenty of Indian dishes, which was a pleasant surprise and very enjoyable. - Lakeisha (2/5): - When i booked the room it said it was close to airport. It was not. There was a lot of people everywhere. I felt very uncomfortable being from another country. I was traveling alone. When i got in the room the smell was awful and the cleaning bottle was oh the console below the tv. I was very disappointed. Left right away. I would love to have a refund if possible. The hotel was willing to do so however, i booked with Expedia. I am not a happy customer

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious food. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

- 579zoyab (10/5): Fantastic experience - Stunning hotel Fantastic service I booked a package with Love holidays our flight arrived at 5am there was a little issue around check in time ahead of my arrivals I was advised to book the day before to assure my family had a room - luckily the hotel arranged for me and family to have rooms straight away. This could have better security for assured right away that our room would be ready for us - despite our arrival time. This is not a fault of the hotel but I think it’s important for travel providers and hotels to have clearer procedures around this.
- devamj2024 (8/5): Pleasant stay at Hotel - We stayed at Hotel for 10 days and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to several restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff at restaurants during breakfast were very friendly and helpful, especially Anita and Thunn. The only minor issue was the limited breakfast selection, but overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

- alitheac (10/5): Relaxing family day - This hotel is like a hidden gem in the city. It has amazing interiors and SUPER AMAZING STAFF! From Maria Jesselle of FO, who is very warm and welcoming to Phyu of housekeeping for helping us arrange the sofa bed and to room service staff (I forgot his name) that assisted us for the Suhoor and the pool guy. It really WOWed me! Are they injected with kindness serum? 😊 I would definitely come back not only because the hotel is good and not to mention the pool is great, the size is just right and because there are a lot plants around it didn't feel too hot. Overall, the experience is worth it and exceeded expectations! Amazing job to all. And will come back soon.❤️

From check-in to check-out, the team went above and beyond to make my experience smooth and comfortable. • Stacy helped me with check-in the night before, making things super convenient. • Shubhangi handled my check-in and even arranged breakfast for me, even though it wasn’t included in my initial booking—much appreciated! • Tari was a lifesaver, assisting me with a late checkout and giving me multiple transportation options to the airport. She was incredibly helpful! • Rajwinder kept my room spotless and was quick to provide extra water, a dental kit, and fresh towels whenever needed. Breakfast was a bit hectic due to the crowd, and my eggs weren’t cooked as expected, but the overall food quality remained great. A special shoutout to Florence, who made sure I got my favorite hashbrown—small things like this make a difference! All in all, another wonderful experience. Still the best Hilton in the area, hands down! Can’t wait to be back.
- klausv1980 (10/5): A real joy! - Perfect welcome through Swalih, who cared for our great checkin experience and stunning room with an incredible view, especially at sunset from the 22nd flooo! The stay itself was wonderful, the housekeeping including Subwhat for the laundry was excellent and attentive until the last second. The breakfast at seven seeds with each extraordinary staff gave as always a delightful start into the day, also the lunch experience once there was grear from the ambiance to the staff to the food! Both pools were a joy, especially the 19th floor with ots cabanas and the pool bar staff. Unfortunately a bit too windy and cold for the season, so we could not use it more, but nevertheless a blast as the hotel as a whole package! Would stay there anytime again :)

- Elise (8/5): Perfect to relax. - I spent one day here between flights and found it quite enjoyable. The hotel features a lovely pool for relaxation, both on the lower floor and on the rooftop, offering a great atmosphere. The food was excellent, with a convenient café in the lobby and a fantastic breakfast selection. Additionally, there’s a shopping mall nearby, which was very handy.
- Christian (8/5): Bra hotel för par. - Hotellet är jätte bra och ligger nära metro. Om man reser med barn skulle jag dok rekomandera ett annat hotel. Det är inte mycket för barn att göra i hotellet eller runt kring det.
