• Susanna (9/5): Superb, clean, quiet stay with massage chair in walking distance of the metro - Host was really prepared different things, like maps, tissues everywhere, coffee, tea and so on. I really liked the cozy feel plus the massage chair and one room had nice big shelves to put my stuff on. Portable stove was great as we could do ramen on the dining room table. The apartment was quiet and clean. Maybe it felt a little bit cluttered with stuff.

• Chris (10/5): Top! - Locatie en ruimte. Super centraal maar toch erg rustig gelegen. De gastvrouw (Mizuki-san) was zoals de meeste Japanners erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
• Hendri (7/5): walaupun hanya nginap 7 jam, tapi tetap nyaman dan dekat dengan pusat kota shunjuku. jalan kaki 5 menit sudah sampai are - rumah minimalis, tapi rapi dan bisa muat banyak orang. kamar mandi nya ada 2 its ok. di lantai 3 ada toilet jd tidak perlu turun ke lantai 2 kecuali mandi nama hama hils ternyata banyak. dan kami sempat sesat kembali kerumah karena beda alamat

• Chanakarn (9/5): - The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. It was generally clean, though there was a faint musty smell — nothing deal-breaking, but worth mentioning. The bed was very comfortable, Mizuki-san, the host, was lovely and spoke English well. She kindly recommended nearby spots, which we really appreciated. And the highlight for us is her dog — absolutely adorable and the friendliest little greeter. It's not so much a complaint as it is a heads-up: the bedroom and bathroom are located on different floors, so you'll find yourself climbing the stairs quite often during your stay. The steps are fairly steep, which might be a bit challenging for anyone with knee problems. Also, the property is located down a narrow alley, so it's only accessible by small vehicles.

Il ne manque rien, du coton tige au petit paquet de snack. 3 belles chambres décorées avec goût L'endroit est calme et à une dizaine de minutes à pied du métro. Rien....tout était parfait
• Danielle (9/5): A truly exceptional find in Tokyo. Lots of space and very comfortable beds! - Easy check in since the host lives downstairs and met us. Tons of bathrooms, very comfortable beds, great location, very quiet, well equipped with snacks and extras. One small suggestion would be to have an L-shaped sectional couch so more people could relax in the living room. But that’s a minor suggestion. The place was truly great.

Generous extras were provided. The hostess was warm, welcoming and provided good advice about a range of matters and allowed us to store our bags for a few hours after departure. The property is in a central location. Nothing.

• Siew Lay (8/5): Overall my family are happy & satisfied with our stay. - Host is nice & friendly and will well prepare with all amenities before group chek-in. Location a bit far away from subway station especially in Winter which is too cold to walk so far. For other seasons which is pretty okay to walk to station. There are Lawson / Family Mart / 7-11 nearby to get foods & drinks etc. Not enough mirror around the apartment, only have mirror in the toilet which are a bit inconvenience for our family especially for women who need to do makeup.

Alles was benötigt wurde in einem Haushalt stand zur Verfügung, wie Zuhause auch. Absolut phantastische Gastgeberin!! Sie beantwortet email Anfrage sehr schnell und gibt sich sehr viel Mühe, das man sich wohlfühlt im Haus. Über 2 Etagen verteilt sind die Schlafzimmer, insgesamt können 6 Personen übernachten. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Lage zur nächsten Metro 500 m, zum nächsten Supermarkt 200 m. Frühstücksangebot mit Cerealien, Marmelade Kaffee und Tee sind im Haus vorhanden. Die Betten waren etwas zu weich, für jmd. der Rückenprobleme hat könnte es ein Problem sein.

• Virginia (10/5): A perfect property for our Japan family holiday! - It was perfect for our family of 4, 2 adults, 2 teens. It was close to the station which meant we could access all areas of Tokyo. Lots of convenience stores around for food. The bonus at the end of the day was the massage chair - so good! The property was neat, tidy and compact with everything we needed. The host Mizuki is lovely and was in contact with us with plenty of information about the property and how to get there well before we arrived in Japan. Nothing!

Great breakfast options in the apartment that everyone enjoyed. Lots of room for our group of 7 (5 adults, 2 teenagers). It's at least 10 min walk to train so may be difficult for those with physical disabilities.

It's about a 15 minute walk into the heart of Shinjuku which my family loved as they were a bit over catching trains. Plenty of places to eat close by and convenience stores. We only stayed one night before flying home. Also, Mizuki who met us on arrival is wonderful. Super friendly and helpful. There really isn't anything that we didn't like about this apartment other then we didn't get to stay longer.

She made our stay so much more relaxing and the place itself was beautiful. Very spacious and plenty of bathrooms too. The beds were comfortable and there was even a massage chair which was great after walking around all day. The location was great, a cute little area that was both close to a supermarket and plenty of eating places! nothing

• Suvrangshu (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent and the house was comfortable. The complimentary snacks and coffee were very nice. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. This is not a problem that can be solved but the home is small. Me and my friends are all large or tall guys so we just had to be careful while navigating the house.

The apartment was well equipped to make it feel like home away from home. The location was quiet and residential to give respite plus the massage chair was helpful after the long hours of walking. We would stay here again. We only bought JR 14 day passes so we didn't use the subway system, thus the walk "home" felt a bit long after sight-seeing all day. Four of us used taxis several times, this was on us though!

• John (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious and flooded with amenities. You don't need to buy or bring anything, right down to dental floss. The washer/dryer combo worked very well and having two patios, dining room table for five and multiple levels was ideal even for our party of two. The short walk to Nishi-Shinjuku station became routine and made it very easy to access the entire city while sleeping on a quiet residential. Hosts couldn't have been better over our week stay.

There's an air conditioner in every room too! We had more than enough room in the living room/dining area where everyone was comfortable. The location was PERFECT! Everything was nearby, walking distance to the subway station, Family Mart, a market that has TONS of goodies, and close to ALOT of restaurants. The best thing about it was the owner, Mizuki was so helpful, pleasant and was always on hand in case we needed anything. Her mother is a sweet lady and they got the cutest dog!! We would definitely stay here again!! Nothing. Everything was PERFECT!

Also convenient to several transit stations. The only hiccup was the van from the airport was too wide for the street. Not a big problem just dropped us off a short walk away.
