• David (10/5): Premium residence at an awesome location - Fantastic access to public transportation. Interior was large and very comfortable with two separate bedrooms and three bathrooms. Nothing, it was great.
• Wolfgang (10/5): We enjoyed our stay here. - Great location. Very convenient with only a few minutes walk to Battersea power station. The rooms were quiet, modern and spacious. Perfect for our family with two kids. A big plus is the two separate bathrooms which were very modern. Some areas would have needed a bit more thorough cleaning. The TVs were not connected to a network or WiFi.

• Christian (8/5): Great well located place for a family to stay. - The property was well equipped and clean. Good size for four people. Location was good with some things to do nearby and the rest reachable either on foot (Houses of Parliament, South Bank Centre) or by Underground. Again, well equipped kitchen but the stove was very fiddly with which pan it accepted where and the back plates where really slow. A second set of keys would have been very nice as the door had a handle on the outside as well, so it was not possible to leave without locking the door and we did not do everything together all the time. We asked for a second key but were told this was not possible.

Unfortunately, we must point out the delay in resolving the issue of a blocked sink, a problem that remained unresolved for five days. We hope that those who stayed after us found everything in order.

Non è l'appartamento che ho prenotato. L'appartamento nel grattacielo Riverlight Four al secondo piano e affacciato sulla strada Nine Elms che è molto trafficata giornone notte. L'isolamento acustico dell'appartamento non è buono rispetto al rumore della strada. Di notte è fastidioso.

• Babak (1/5): Disappointing - The sainsburys next door. The meeting to collect the keys was random in the street, they have a checking time closure to go with it. The hostess was very disrespectful, she said she'll charge one night and refund two when complaint was raised in the evening of arrival, then went away and told booking.com, she wants to charge 50%. The beds were awful, the heating didn't work (actually very cold), the electric hob was broken, literally, the bathroom tap leaked from the tap lever all over the bathroom sink. The kettle looked dirty and mouldy and the cupboard door in the kitchen was hanging, oh and the TV wouldn't display anything. The place was not cleaned properly. I'd give the experience below zero stars for such a location. Not professional business at all, made re-book elsewhere, time wasters. Will be reporting to bank and court if necessary.

• Julius (9/5): Absolutely RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES - Our room is Unit 20 first floor - Modern apartment in central London. 10mins walking distance to Battersea Power Station and the Tube. Bidet in the toilets. This is great if you are used to have one in your home, which is not common in the UK and other western countries. No drop off area near the property. During our arrival we were told to go to Waitrose (circa 250m away from the property) to meet Reem who will assist us to enter the apartment. This is bit uncomfortable if you have heavy luggages and elderly. No parking available. This is issue if you are driving. Aside from above everything is perfect.

Fin qui potrei anche sorvolare, ma il peggio deve ancora arrivare. Mi è stato richiesto un supplemento di 50 sterline per il check-in, un costo che non era spiegato chiaramente nelle condizioni della struttura. Non solo: abbiamo dovuto aspettare 1 ora e 15 minuti prima che qualcuno si presentasse per consegnarci le chiavi. Per quale motivo dovrei pagare un extra per un servizio così pessimo? Ho segnalato tutto a Booking, ma purtroppo non è stata trovata alcuna soluzione e sono rimasto fregato. Inoltre, dopo numerosi solleciti per ottenere la fattura completa, comprensiva del supplemento del check-in, non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. È passato più di una settimana dal check-out e, nonostante una decina di richieste, la fattura continua a non arrivare. Fate molta attenzione al gestore. Peccato davvero, perché l’appartamento avrebbe un grande potenziale.

• Alistair (8/5): A brilliant apartment for a grown family of four, with the all the amenities and excellent location. - The apartment was well sited, with easy access to all modes of transport and shops, making it super easy to self cater or go for meals. The tow bathrooms really supported a grown family of four and the living space was large night to accommodate us all. We will definitely return to the accommodation.

• Eric (6/5): Good location, good value, would have been better with some focus on cleanliness and repairs. - The owner refused to send me the full address in advance, instead asking me to meet at a Waitrose nearby the apartment. In the end, we were on opposite sides of the store, which only caused confusion. Next time, just give the address of the building. The cleanliness of the apartment was sub-par, the blinds were partially broken and/or in disrepair, both bathroom doors had water damage. In short, the apartment requires some renovation and more focus on cleanliness.

• Giacomo (3/5): Troppo deludente!!! - Purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative, soprattutto considerando il prezzo elevato pagato per l’alloggio e per il check-in tardivo. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo pagato di persona la somma concordata per l’arrivo tardivo alla persona che è venuta ad aprirci la casa. Una volta entrati, però, l’appartamento non corrispondeva a quanto ci aspettavamo: invece di due camere matrimoniali, abbiamo trovato una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato interno e una seconda camera con due lettini singoli e il bagno esterno alla stanza. Abbiamo subito contattato la proprietaria per chiarimenti, ma la risposta è stata poco disponibile: ci è stato detto semplicemente di unire i lettini per ottenere un letto matrimoniale, soluzione che non riteniamo adeguata né corretta rispetto a quanto prenotato. Inoltre, dopo i primi messaggi e le chiamate, la proprietaria ha smesso di rispondere, lasciandoci senza alcuna assistenza. L’appartamento in sé non era male, ma la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: spostando i lettini abbiamo trovato capelli, sacchetti e fazzoletti di carta sul pavimento in entrambe le camere. Ho anche inviato una foto della situazione alla proprietaria, senza ricevere alcun riscontro o aiuto. Nel complesso, la gestione e la mancanza di supporto hanno reso il soggiorno deludente. Le aspettative erano alte, soprattutto visto il costo complessivo, ma purtroppo non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.

• Ezzat (10/5): Outstanding - I arrived at the building early and requested an early check-in from Ms. Maya and Ms. Reem. They immediately met me at the entrance and helped me access the apartment, which was a very thoughtful and welcoming gesture. Although I was alone and, due to the short notice, I was allocated a two-bedroom apartment, the experience was excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully furnished with everything one might need. One of the highlights was the beautiful view—each room has its own balcony, offering stunning scenery and plenty of natural light. The location, services, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. What truly stood out was the level of security. Access is strictly controlled, with no entry without a key. Once inside the apartment, the full heating system creates a very comfortable environment, complemented by high-tech appliances throughout. I highly recommend this place for families and couples. It offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located within walking distance of the metro station. I would also highly recommend dealing with Ms. Reem and Ms. Maya. They are extremely friendly, kind, and professional. A special thank you to Ms. Reem for her warm welcome and exceptional support. One small point for improvement would be the apartment door closing mechanism. The door closes very quickly every time you enter or exit, which causes a loud sound. This could potentially disturb other residents, especially those in nearby apartments. Adjusting the door closer to allow for a softer, slower close would greatly improve the overall experience.

Leider waren kein einziges Handtuch in der Wohnung, sodass wir bei Ankunft und am nächsten Tag nicht duschen konnten. X Anrufe brachten nichts. Am nächsten Abend nach unserem Sightseeing Tag konnten wir duschen. Extrem harte Betten. Leider wird das Bad nicht regelmäßig auf Kalk geputzt, sehr schade , dadurch wird die Wohnung bald nicht mehr so schön sein. Wir würden wieder Kommen , wenn bessere Matratzen eingebaut werden.

Speelfaciliteiten voor de kinderen in de binnentuin. Ruim appartement. Gebrekkige ontvangst met overhandiging van de sleutel. Geen uitleg over verwarming, wifi, check-out... Bij het binnenkomen in het appartement stonden de ruiten allemaal open, wellicht om een 'frisse' indruk te wekken. We twijfelen of er na de vorige gasten überhaupt werd schoongemaakt: er zat nog vuil bestek in de vaatwas, in de besteklade lagen vieze lepels en messen. In de badkamer lagen de handdoeken opgeplooid, maar met verschillende vlekken van make-up. Een keukenhanddoek lag opgeplooid maar (nog) nat op het aanrecht. Gelukkig konden we wel gebruik maken van de wasmachine om de handdoeken alsnog te wassen. De stoffen bekleding van de stoelen was erg vies en een eettafel ontbrak helemaal. Na contact met de host zou er een voorzien worden, maar dit was dus niet het geval. Ook de zetel in de living was helemaal doorzeten. De verduistering in de leefruimte was kapot en lag opgerold in de hal. In het bad ontbrak de stop waardoor die enkel als douche gebruikt kon worden.

Vi ALLA sakande att vi endast fick tillgång till EN nyckel per lägenhet. Ett klart minus för vistelsen då vi var vuxna och vi valde olika ankomsttider och avgångstider till och från lägenheterna varje dag. Ett mycket stressande och irriterade problem som enkelt hade kunnat lösas även om vi skulle ha fått betala extra pant eller annat för åtminstone en nyckel till varje rum i lägenheterna.

• David. (8/5): Preciosa pero descuidada vivienda. - Muy buen apartamento, en edificio moderno y con excelente ubicación, con comercios y locales de restauracion muy próximos. Camas cómodas , tranquilidad y buenas conexiones en autobús y en metro. Vauxhall Station y Nine Elms Station próximas. Camas cómodas. El apartamento que nos han alquilado, aunque es espacioso y funcional, no es ninguno de los dos que aparecen en el anuncio. Faltan mesa y sillas para las comidas, cosa que comunicamos el primer día y no solucionaron. Hemos tenido que utilizar una mesa minúscula que estaba en la terraza, apenas válida para 1 persona, sucia y coja. Mobiliario descuidado. Es una pena, pues es una vivienda preciosa.

• jacky (6/5): - Apartment was very quiet. Bathrooms were clean and modern It was not as per pictures. The furniture was tired and very uncomfortable. Hob was smashed but still working (so host said). Freezer full of ice and old food. 2 single beds (host said we could push them together to make double) and small double again not as photos.

The listing location was unclear — “Nine Elms” is a street name, not a full address — which made it difficult for our driver to find the property. Communication could have been much better; phone calls went unanswered, and we were eventually told to message via WhatsApp. We waited over an hour before someone arrived with the key and showed us to the flat. Only one key was provided for three adults, which made coordinating plans inconvenient. Upon arrival, we noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite the listing stating it was a non-smoking apartment. The flat was not clean — there were crumbs on the counters and dusty floors, so we had to tidy up ourselves. Towels were stained and had to be rewashed before use; replacements arrived the next day. Basic items such as hand towels, shampoo, and kitchen towels were not provided. The floors and bathtub were very slippery, and there were no mats for safety. The TVs in the rooms did not work, and our requests for assistance were not addressed. Overall, the flat did not match the standards or description in the listing and needs significant improvement in cleanliness, communication, and amenities.

• Hyunseok (10/5): - 템즈강 남쪽에 위치, 뷰도 좋고 아파트가 신축인지 너무 깨끗함. 욕실도 두개라 편리했음. 오성급 호텔에 견줄법한 인테리어였음. 템즈강변 산책, 러닝에도 접근성 좋고 Waitrose나 Tiantian(아시아수퍼)가 인근이고 바로 밑에 테스코도 있어서 너무 편리. 임대용이었음에도 식기세척기 세제, 봉투, 주방용품, 소금 등이 충분해 지내기 좋았음. 배터시 쇼핑몰이 인근이고 더 넘어가서 배터시 파크도 하이드 파크 반정도 크기의 엄청 큰 공원에.아이들 놀이터도 있어서 방문할만함. 딱히 아쉬웠던 점은 없음.

• Ismar (7/5): Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut und bietet viel Komfort, insbesondere durch Lage, Ausstattung und Gr - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich hervorragend – in etwa 30 Minuten erreicht man Big Ben bequem zu Fuß. Auch die Nähe zu zwei Supermärkten ist äußerst praktisch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der großzügige Schnitt der Wohnung: zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer sind ein echter Luxus und machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, gerade wenn man mit mehreren Personen reist. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet – inklusive integriertem Kaffeevollautomaten und einem separaten Getränkekühlschrank, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich komfortabel macht. Leider gibt es bei der Sauberkeit deutlichen Nachbesserungsbedarf. Obwohl die Reinigung berechnet wird, fanden sich noch Haare vom Vorgast im Bett und in der Badewanne – etwas, das wirklich nicht sein sollte. Auch in den Ecken oder unter dem Bett hätte gründlicher geputzt werden müssen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war zwar freundlich und regelmäßig, allerdings mussten wir bei der Ankunft trotz vorheriger Abstimmung noch ca. 15 Minuten vor der Wohnung warten. Außerdem wäre es wünschenswert, wenn die Sitzgelegenheiten an die Anzahl der Gäste angepasst würden – für drei Personen war es gerade so ausreichend, für vier eher knapp. Praktisch wäre auch eine kleine Gästeinformation, in der zum Beispiel die Bedienung des Herdes erklärt wird oder das WLAN-Passwort leicht auffindbar ist. So müsste man nicht in der Wohnung danach suchen und könnte sofort entspannt starten.

• Anna (7/5): Apartment wonderful Personal communication not good - Hi, the Apartment was wonderful! For us (we like it warm) it was a little bit cold. The dishwasher wasnt working we needed to fjx ist! i was a little bit disapointed with the communication between the personal and us! They did not pick up the phone arriving and leaving the apartment there was no answer :/
• Mohamed (8/5): No - If I was injured while communicating with the person from whom I would receive the apartment, he would delay and then turn off the phone until he reached the apartment. This may have harmed me psychologically. Everything is fine except for the situation that was shown previously.No daily services
• Ahmet (8/5): Even though some stuff did not work, I would have picked the same place again, it was a good experience. - The location of the flat was very nice, safe, and calm. The beds were very hard. The towels had a slight smell. The house could be a bit cleaner. The stove and microwave did not work. Information was given when entering the property, but these problems should have been resolved and rented.

• Mehmet (6/5): Location is great and the all other things not bad. - Location. The floor where the apartment is located was high. It would be good to mention this on the reservation page for those who have a fear of heights. I recommend calling the two relevant people before arriving at the apartment's location because communication between the staff is weak.
• Piotr (6/5): Nice stay, but I would expect more with this price and standard - The flat is in new, high standard building, close to Battersea PP, so you have planty of possiblities in reach (mall, underground, etc). The flat is perfect for 2+2 family or 2 couples as you can use areas of the flat almost separately. There is everything you need to live comfortably for couple of days. The place we lived in was worn out. Stains on the walls, dirty bathrooms, worn out furnitures. Especially the bathroom were ugly because of the condition (see pics). Furnitures and some equipment is of the low quality. The check in information was totally misleading, which made us walk in the rain with kids and bags more then required (it was closer to Riverlight quay and Sainsbury Local then to Waitrose as it was written in the check in instruction). Obviously there are more apartments in the same area to rent on booking as the one we stayed in was none of those in the pics uploaded to booking
