Al estar en pleno centro, si bien por un lado tiene sus ventajas, también la desventaja es que es muy ruidoso hasta altas horas de la noche. Pero las ventajas lo compensan.

Das WLAN funktioniert gerade so und auch nicht immer. Die ausziehbare Couch ist zum Schlafen ein Folterinstrument, das vorhandene Doppelbett ist ein bisschen besser.

• Mario (9/5): Recomendable para pasar unos días visitando Roma - Sin duda la ubicación, llegabas caminando a los sitios o las zonas más representativas de Roma, la más alejada te ponías en media hora, también comentar que todo estaba muy limpio y disponía de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, cafetera, microondas, utensilios cocina, secador, etc, no faltaba nada. La persona de contacto muy atenta y contesta súper rápido, nada que objetar. Quizás el ruido de la calle entre las tres y las cuatro de la mañana, de chicos que pasaban de fiesta, pero tampoco nada del otro mundo

• Nadia (7/5): Location and amenities where all fine but street noise makes it uncomfortable after a long day out. - The location is not bad metro and trains are a distance but there are busses overall things are accessible and seems safe and the apartment has all the things you require. The street noise is very loud the kids pretty much sit outside in the street and drink until 5 in the morning and there doesn’t seem to be soundproofing. So if you are also out until that time I guess it’s fine but if not it literally sounds like the windows are open. Also just a note if you are on the taller side or possibly larger set the shower will not work.

Appartamento carino anche se di struttura vecchia. Il bagno non era per niente confortevole e la doccia quasi inutilizzabile! Gli infissi di vecchia fattura non riescono a isolare ne dal freddo ne dai rumori.

Si vous souhaitez découvrir d’autres quartiers, plusieurs arrêts de bus se trouvent à seulement 2 minutes à pied. L’hôte est très disponible et vraiment sympathique. La communication se fait facilement via WhatsApp Le logement pourrait être un peu plus propre, mais cela n’a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour

Host (o chi per lui, una certa Francesca sentita solo tramite whatsapp) poco professionale e per niente cortese. Allago foto e purtroppo se ne possono mettere solo 4
• Anna (7/5): Posizione eccellente - Posizione centralissima e quindi vicina a tutti i posti più belli di Roma. Appartamento completo di tutto, angolo cottura e bagno privato! Purtroppo essendo una zona centrale c’è molto traffico sia di macchine sia di persone e la struttura sembra poco insonorizzata anche rispetto all’appartamento adiacente. Letto e cuscini non il massimo della comodità. Potevano essere un po’ più puliti gli utensili della cucina.

• Michèle (7/5): Très bon séjour car l'emplacement est exceptionnel. - L'emplacement. Le côté rétro. L'appartement n'était pas très propre notamment le sol mais pas seulement. Le fait que la salle de bains donne dans la chambre ce qui n'est pas pratique pour la personne qui dort dans le salon.

The checkout time (10am) is quite early, considering check-in is only at 3 pm, and we were charged to store our luggage before check-in. Unfortunately, it was impossible to sleep before 4am during our stay due to people loudly screaming below the windows every night.

• Ingrid (9/5): Perfecte locatie en fijn appartement. - De locatie is fantastisch. Midden in het historisch centrum, maar wel rustig. Het dakterras is prachtig. Verder is er voldoende ruimte en was de keuken en wasmachine heel handig met een baby op reis. Het appartement is wat ouder en daardoor merk je ook dat het minder goed schoon gehouden kan worden. De badkamer was muf zelfs met het raam continu open.

• Jenna (7/5): Great location in the heart of Rome - The apartment is in a great location for first time visitors wanting to see the highlights of Rome. The place was nicely decorated and had cute details. The kitchen was great to use for making breakfast and they supplied quite a few coffee pods which was nice. We knew the apartment would be loud ahead of time, so we brought ear plugs, but yeah it was quite loud at night especially on the weekend but the weekday nights weren’t as bad. The bed could have been comfier.

• Tyler (9/5): Excellent stay and highly recommend - The property was in a great location, about 3 minutes from the pantheon and 7 to the piazza novana. The washing machine worked great and there was a grocery story very close by for snacks and drinks.

• Cameron (7/5): Great location, good size, air conditioned, but loud at night - The studio/ loft room is big and a comfortable size. The air conditioning was very welcomed in the 35+ degree celcius temperature. The location is fantastic, just down the road from the Pantheon and central to everything, we caught bus to the Coleseum but walked back. We walked everywhere else, including Vatican City, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Trastevere... The meal we had at the restaurant directly below was delicious. The host is lovely, helpful and responsive. The room was clean and had everything you need. The listing has multiple apartments so the photos were a bit misleading. The bathroom is very small, and shower is very very tight. It was hard to get a good temperature in the shower. The water pressure is not good. This could be normal for Rome, I don't know. The loft is on the first floor overlooking a busy street, restaurants and a night club. Most nights the noise was pretty constant. Friday night (our last night) was the loudest of all. At 4am when the night club closes it is incredibly loud. The garbage is collected every day around 5am, this includes a lot of glass and is again very loud from the room. The double glazed window does not seem to work at all. The bed is squeaky, even when sleeping! This is not insurmountable but I would have preffered this be included in the listing. I would probably still have booked it but we would have brought ear plugs - sometimes a good location and a reasonably sized apartment is worth the noise!!!

O apartamento é grande, tem uma boa cozinha. Tem ar condicionado, embora não seja dentro do quarto, ele refresca. Bastante seguro o apartamento. Fácil o check in e o check out. Gostei muito. A única coisa que não gostei é do tamanho de onde toma banho, que é muito pequeno. Mas entendo que são prédios antigos. O banheiro tem um tamanho ótimo, o problema é só no lugar do banho e o chuveiro tem pouca pressão.

• Lorena (1/5): Horrible stay - Location was the only thing good going for this accomodation. Im not sure where to begin…. We travelled all over Italy for 7 weeks and this is by far the worst place we have ever stayed in. As soon as you walk into the whole complex, you get an awful off water/damp smell. Then you enter the apartment room and the smell was unbearable. At first we thought it was smoke then discovered mould everywhere in the bathroom & shower - we felt more dirty having a shower in there than we did not having one at all!!. The bathroom also had an awful urine & toilet water smell that filled the bedroom, forcing us to sleep on the couch in the loungeroom (that’s how bad it smelt). The coffee machine must never get cleaned because the coffee tasted off when trying some. The aircon drained into a bucket, which was not communicated to us and we did not see it until the bucket overflowed and wet all our stuff.. The staff on reception do not even speak English, making it so difficult to check-in as all he did was shout even louder in Italian to us when we were not understanding. Don’t stay here if you like to sleep in past 8am or like to go to sleep before 11.30pm. At night you can hear everything happening outside and in the morning staff are screaming & shouting, and slamming doors.. Overall, I would not stay here even if I was desperate.
• Chakib (5/5): Great location near the Pantheon, but the mattress was poor and the noise at night made it hard to sleep. - Location We stayed at this apartment recently and were quite disappointed. The bed mattress was of very poor quality – uncomfortable and worn out, making it hard to sleep well even without the noise. Unfortunately, the apartment was also extremely noisy, especially on weekends. Groups of young people stayed in the building and gathered outside under the window after partying, talking loudly until around 4am. It was impossible to get proper rest. This place might suit younger travelers looking for nightlife, but it’s definitely not recommended for families or anyone seeking a quiet, comfortable stay.
• Donna (6/5): In the heart of the historic district, close to many sites, quiet neighborhood. Felt safe but also felt hot. - Very central to Pantheon, like 3 min walk. Very close to a taxi stand ( important because you can’t just hail a taxi anywhere in Rome and there’s no Uber) . Close to supermarket , restaurants and cafes downstairs. Quiet neighborhood. Liked the outdoor terrace at night but very hot during the day. Host allowed us to check in early because we were exhausted from traveling and we were very thankful. Washing machine came in handy and the clothes dried quickly on the terrace. The official bed in the bedroom was firm, very firm. The sofa bed was very soft. There was air conditioning in both the bed room and living/dining room but not as powerful as I expected. We closed doors and drew the curtains to keep the heat out but it was uncomfortable in July. The kitchen was so hot my husband came out covered in sweat after cooking dinner for the kids. A fan would have helped a lot. It’s too far from the train station to walk so we took a taxi and it dropped us at the doorstep for €10 . Worth it in my opinion.
• Olga (7/5): It was pretty good but noisy - Localization is totally amazing, you can sightsee acient Roma by walking! The Apartment has everything you need and it is quite comfortable. Owners are nice, they give you all instructions. Air conditionig is a big plus. Shower is very very small, woman has problem to wash in it. It is really terrible, water is everywhere and it is hard to regulate temperature of water. Silicon is dirty and has a lot of mold. Localization is a plus, BUT at night is very very noisy (there is a club nearby) you can hear every Word from the street - the window doesn’t have foam seal.

• James (6/5): So So Stay - Okay but...Biggest issue was absolutely no covering on the window. Had to drape a blanket over it at night. Slightly noisy outside and inside from other tenants. Never was able to turn the tv on but didn't really need it. The heater was at the far end of the apartment from the bed so had to turn it up high to warm the bed area. Very tight shower cubicle.
• Brenda (4/5): Disappointing - The room was spacious and inviting. The location was good, enabling access to all tourist attractions. We stayed in the loft. Not being advised of the active night life in one bar beneath our bedroom window lasting until 5 am, including weekdays with no soundproofing window, was a failure of the host. We should have been well informed of the extreme night noise and subsequent disturbance to our peace upon booking. While we understand that old buildings have outdated facilities, trickling water from the shower and barely room to wash and a distinct unventilated smell, upon entering the main building, resulted in an underwhelming experience overall.

• Armenuhi (6/5): Pleasant - The house is in a great location and equipped with everything, but the location itself is a problem. Directly in front of the house is a club that operates until dawn. However, the visitors enjoy their entertainment not inside the club but on the street, directly under the windows of this house. From midnight onwards, they sing, dance, and shout very loudly, making it impossible to sleep. The windows are as thin as paper and not soundproof. In short, forget about sleeping here. If your goal is to sleep at night and not stay awake for 24 hours, you should look for accommodation away from this street. The only problem inside the house is the bathroom. A person who is 1.70 meters tall will hardly fit there.

• Luke (2/5): Next to a nightclub, you won't sleep. - Good size room, good location for tourist attractions. Nightclub outside and a bad window meant we were kept up every night until 5am, barely got any sleep in 4 nights. So strict on check in, arrived at 14:50 and got made to wait until 15:00 exactly, for no reason. Wanted to charge money to store luggage if we arrived early. Shower is smaller than a standard wardrobe.

We are both over 6 ft, the shower and bathroom are quite small, even for my European standards. We couldn’t close the shower door it was that small. Apartment 2’s window opens to a street where a club stays open until 4am, hearing people scream all night until 5a happened EVERY.SINGLE. NIGHT. So BEWARE, ear plugs are a MUST!

The hosts were wonderful and responsive even when we needed to change our plans and contact them for assistance late at night. It was noisy at times due to the location and the older facilities were at times dysfunctional, mainly due to the age of the building.

It smelled like cat pee and tuna fish. I don’t think the shower had been cleaned in a long time because it had pink slime. The plumbing didn’t work correctly. The bathroom sink didn’t drain, so we had to wash our hands and brush our teeth in the kitchen sink, which only had freezing cold water. The toilet didn’t flush well and got stuck on a continuous flush. This caused us to lose about 30 minutes trying to fix it, and ended up with my hand in the gross tank to finally correct the issue. The shower BARELY had enough hot water for ONE quick shower. The 3 other guests had to take FREEZING COLD showers the entirety of our trip. We were given exactly one towel per guest and 2 rolls of toilet paper at the beginning of the stay for 4 people for 5 nights. Dust covered everything, and hairballs were all under the bed and on the baseboards.

• Katarina (5/5): Passable - The location was truly excellent, and the apartment was spacious. The apartment didn't give the impression of being clean. Additionally, the shower cabin was extremely small; I'm 175 cm tall and of average weight, and I could barely fit in it. On the other hand, the apartment has a lot of details, but I felt like not everything was clean

Our windows were across from what can be described as a night club and for the whole three nights we were there, people were outside the place until about 3 am being loud. The windows do not insulate well. This significantly impacted the quality of sleep and rest you really need if you’re staying busy the whole day sight seeing

• Katarina (10/5): Loved everything about this apartment - The location is perfect, everything was a short walk away, so we went everywhere by foot. The property was very clean, communication was good, we were able to check-in early for only 10€ extra. We loved the vibe of the apartment and would definitely come back again. When booking the apartment, we read the reviews, and saw people saying that the street is very noisy during the night, so we brought ear plugs and didn’t have any trouble with that, slept very well, so just make sure you come with the ear plugs :)
• Maria (7/5): An excelente location and very comfortable stay! - A very comfortable and clean apartment, very comfortable living room and eating room, everything in the kitchen to cook, extremely well located. The administrators were very fast in responding request. We did not all have WiFi, so it was a bit stressful for us that the only way to enterthe building was Using an Internet code that needed WiFi. Also, it was not clear to me that the apartment did not have a balcony (we chose it because of location and the balcony)

• Bridget (9/5): Arco - Very close to the panteon and bus service. The bed was comfortable and there was a mini fridge. The staff responded to issues quickly. They were wonderful. Air conditioning was great. I was alone, but two people would have been comfortable. I had continual trouble getting my keys to open the lock in the internal door into the complex. The bathroom was extra tiny. First trip to Italy, so I didn't expect it to be so loud at all hours outside. But that's the price you pay for being close to the action!

• Theresa (10/5): I was able to visit all tourist attractions relatively easy from my location. - The location was central. I think the self serve element of getting into the apartment should have been applied as soon as the booking was made rather than the amount of messages that had to go back and forth to gain entry- this would have made it easier for both parties.

• Kara (2/5): - THE absolute worst place ever in our life to rent. Horrible owners. Owner actually got in my face shook his finger. Arrived to Rome after 12 hours of traveling in a heatwave and we arrived a few hours early. No where to put our luggage, and they couldn't accommodate us arriving early That's ok. I understand. They told us to go down the street to a place that will hold our luggage for 50 euros! We waited the 2 hours and and we were happy we booked an apartment with A/C. HAHA..what a joke. They claim it has a/c (which is one of those wall units ONLY in the back bedroom) constitutes as a/c. They had a small 2' oscillating fan in the middle of the living room which looked like it was about to fall apart. The pull out sofa in the living room was disgusting! Had stains all over. We didn't even want to sit on it. Then the best part! Went to use the bathroom as we had a tour to go on in 1 hour and the bathroom was flooded. Water was pouring out the bathroom sink. This place was nothing like described. We called the owner and she said she will send someone over. Her dad arrived and said "you know how hard it is to get a plumber on a Friday night". We asked to be relocated, or refunded and the denied both requests. Said it will be fixed. We couldn't get cleaned up for our tour and we missed it. Expedia was no help to refund us saying it was non-refundable. BUT THIS PLACE WAS A DUMP with a NON WORKING (only) BATHROOM. The owner was yelling at me and my husband. We felt threatened. F-
• Gethyn (10/5): - Outstanding location. Great terrace and classic fixtures/elements in the accommodation. Our only complaint was the AC unit in the main bedroom was loud and clunky. Everything else was perfect. Strongly recommended for a home base to see many different areas in Rome.

• Maria (5/5): Great location, but falls short on comfort and cleanliness. - It was easy enough to make plans with Francesca to meet for the check-in, great location. The cleaners didn't do a good job, we were disgusted to walk around barefoot as there was so much hair and dirt. No slippers were provided. There was also a bad smell throughout the apartment, it needs air ventilation. The main bedroom is stuffy and dark. The bathroom is just an ensuite - its small and half of the things needs fixing or updating as they're too worn out. There is also no lift, its 1 flight of stairs.
