- Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel precisa de manutenção - O hotel estava sem água quente para banho em pleno inverno, muito ruim, pois sabiam do problema e em nenhum momento foi informado aos hóspedes inclusive para as pessoas que estavam fazendo check in. Após a reclamação informaram que estabilizaria em 1hr mas não voltou durante a noite toda e nem na manhã do dia seguinte. Para piorar o banheiro não tem aquecimento, portanto a água e banheiro estava gelado. Aquecedor do quarto muito barulhento, muito ruim para dormir. Ponto alto do hotel é a vista.

Café da manhã fraco, não tem um suco de frutas natural, bandejas com poucas opções de fruta, somente o básico para um café da manhã ok. Acho que falta mais carinho e atenção aos detalhes, porém de visual, o lugar é imbatível.

- Valeria (10/5): - Beautiful spot in the countryside with stunning grounds and a gorgeous view of the Andes. We spent a few relaxing days here with the family and easily visit several top wineries.
- Josiane (8/5): Local bonito, mas atendimento +/- - O local é lindo, tem muita natureza, paz, e o quarto é amplo e confortável, a cama é uma delicia, fica em um local de boa rota para sair para algumas vinícolas, porém encontramos alguns pontos a melhorar, e são eles: 1) Precisam fazer reparos nas sacadas por problema com as pombas (tem bastante), elas ficam fazendo ninhos, e com isso fazem muito barulho que chega a atrapalhar o sono logo cedinho, além de sujar a sacada; 2) Recepção: não sentimos mtas vezes uma boa atenção por não falarmos o idioma fluente, por ex pedimos ajuda pra agendar um jantar em vinicola e procuraram apenas 1 local que não deu certo e só, eu mandava msg e nem retorno deram, sendo que ao falar pessoalmente disseram que faziam isso, por fim, eu mesma que tive que resolver, e fora outras situações que não sentimos muita boa vontade em atender, as vezes pareciam sem ânimo.. Ressalto que a atendente da noite era muito mais atenciosa e aberta, e até tentou nos ajudar com um problema na Localiza devido a alteração de vôo repentino. 3) Infelizmente não conseguimos usufruir da piscina que estava em manutenção e somente soubemos lá, falaram que nos mandaram e-mail avisando mas eu não recebi. Por fim, o local em si é bonito, traz paz, mas pelo serviço de recepção pode melhorar, talvez dar um treinamento melhor, ja que recebem muitos brasileiros. Para quem ficar lá, recomendo já agendar os jantares nas vinicolas, pq ou vc faz isso antes ou somente comerá no Dux, o que pode ficar enjoativo se ficar varios dias.
