• Sean (8/5): Your Japanese home away from home. - Staying at a "normal" Japanese 2 story house. Warm, comfortable, washing machine, decent bathtub. It's good that it's located near a train station, a short walk and you are on your way anywhere. The sound of the trains inside is remarkably low. Also remember that the trains do stop around midnight. Electronic scales for bags was handy. If you need a bigger airport transport van like us, you may have to walk a short distance to the main road, worth mentioning to your driver.
• Sabesan (10/5): Wonderful for the heart of the city accommodation and good amenities . This time stayed with like minded people. Excel - Compact and still spacious for 4 , could accommodate more comfortably. Excellent detailing of the directions and requirements from the host. Except for one call for opening the main door while checkin ( even that was our lack of understanding) rest was contactless. Kitchen is well maintained with needed equipment’s for fast cooking and warming up stuff. Near by convenient stores. Umberlas for rains. Big luggage’s carrying to the first floor and bringing it back. Still manageable.

• Jane (8/5): Exactly what we needed and perfect location. - The location and helpful staff I really thought the train line would be a problem but you quickly get used to it and don’t notice after the first day. Friends stayed up the road because they wanted two bathrooms and their place was much smaller and had no kitchen!

• Lyla (10/5): An amazing family find in Shinjuku! - Our host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The accomodations were as pictured with ample space and very comfortable beds. The heater/AC were fantastic and kept us very comfortable. Loved the shower and the tub. No worry about running out of hot water. The location was so convenient to transportation and excellent food and convenience stores. Also even though you're close to the hustle and bustle, it is very quiet and peaceful. You can kind of feel and hear the nearby train as it goes by but it is not intrusive, kind of helps lull you to sleep. Would definitely stay here again with my family. The entryway is small, so it can be crowded when you're all trying to get out and get your shoes on, or come in and out with luggage and bags. The staircase is narrow so you probably have to make multiple trips if you have several bags. Other than these minor inconveniences, there's really nothing to complain about.

• Harry (9/5): Excellent stay near Shinjuku! - Cosy and spacious apartment, everythings are great! A large living room and kitchen, nice shower, beds are comfortable, and wifi is stable. There is even a working station in a bedrrom. The host is very friendly with quick response. Self check-in is easy to follow. Excellent location with just 5 mins walk from JR station. The only flaw is that the apartment is quite close to railway, which could be a little bit disturbing at night especially during sleep. And would be better if there are more hangers.

• Joaquin (10/5): Exceptional - The location is really good! Everything clean and in working condition. Shower was excellent!! The immediate area around the property is a little dirty, but that’s not something the property can do anything about. We never felt unsafe. The trains are loud and shake the property when they go by. But after a while you don’t notice them. It did not hamper my ability to to sleep.

The owner will charge a big amount of 30000 - The location is great, walking distance to shops, station and restaurants. The back of the property is right next to the railway, making the house a bit of shakes when the train passing.

Kitchen equipment with a lot of utensils. 2 toilets are important for the group. Too close to the station. Can feel vibration in the early morning when trains near the station.

• Pui (9/5): Great stay with local trains noise, but not a problem for us. - Clothes washing machines without laundry (dry) is not convenience after we travel the whole day, it is tiring to hang clothes to balcony. No drying function is not up to western style accommodation. Kitchen facilities and equipment are very suitable for family but there is no surgar and salt. Host is pretty nice, we told her the bathtub problem and she was able to visit as soon as she can and very courtesy!

The trash bins were kind of small, but it was usable during our stay and instructions were helpful for disposing certain types of trash.

• Jack (9/5): Good for family - We are within walking distance of a JR line, therefore if you bought a JR pass it will be useful. Walk a little further down and you will be spoilt for choices. Was walking around and found Korean food nearby as well. During our stay the alarm had a beeping sound. I pressed the blinking button to resolve the issue quickly, however, the person I spoke to said they will have it fixed after my stay. One of the room is facing the train track, so you will be awaken by it if you are a light sleeper. Lastly, the rooms are upstairs, you will have to carry your luggage up, otherwise, you will have to leave it at the lower floor and bring up the necessities when required.
