• Christophe (3/5): séjour dans l'appartement désagréable, la ville de Millan magnifique. - Appartement très bien situé pour découvrir Milan. Attention l'appartement est situé dans une zone ZTL. Nous verrons bien si une amende nous sera attribuée. Propreté de l'appartement très moyen. Nous avons du nettoyer à notre arriver certaine zones salle de bain, cuisine et ses tabourets, placard de chambre, terrasse impossibilité de s'en servir très vétuste.

• Nikola (10/5): Exceptional - I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful and comfortable accommodation in Milan. It’s located not too far from the city center, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a great stay. The large terrace is a wonderful bonus, and the private garage provides safe and convenient parking. The key handover process was seamless and professionally handled by the host, with no issues whatsoever. I truly recommend this place to anyone visiting Milan—and I already know where I’ll be staying the next time I come back!

• Anca (9/5): Great location for people with a car - Spacious, clean. Large balcony overlooking green space. Safe area. Gated property. Underground garage, right at the edge of the Blue Zone/Area B of City of Milan. Even if we had a rental car, we used public transportation to go to the Duomo, La Scala, The Last Supper, Montenapoleone Street etc. Bus station across the street from the property. About 10 minutes walk to M1 subway station Molino Dorino. Good communication with the host.

• Ekaterina (1/5): You must provide the apartment in a good condition and with a working air conditioner, the cleaning and bed linen servic - Nothing. On the day of check-in we found only two sets of bed linen and towels, although we paid for 4. The owner offered to check all the closets in the apartment, but there was no linen. We received it only the next day. But the main problem is that the air conditioner did not work for all 5 days of our stay in the apartment!! The owner sent a technician to repair it, but he could not do anything. He said that these were problems in the building, but our neighbors had air conditioning working….. There are ants living under the washing machine. The toilet seat is not fixed, the window screens are not holding well. View from the balcony onto the car wash, noisy from the water and car horns. I do not recommend this apartment.
• Evangelos (1/5): Worst apartment ever. What is shown in the photos is the apartment as it was built, it has nothing to do with what it is - Nothing! Everything!
• Up (9/5): Some small admin changes could make this an excellent experience - Plenty of room and a nice balcony. Contact with the Help & Service WhatsApp was very useful and proactive, which was essential given the access completely. The door entry code we were given was wrong. Once given the correct one, all was fine. Re the garage, it should be made clear that this is accessed via keys that are picked up after accessing the room. Also the section saying Box -1 is very confusing. Why call the garage a box. Why not call it "The garage is located on level -1, and the individual garages are numbered, per the number shown on your key fob. You can access the garages on foot via the lift to level -1 for pickup, or via the main gates, using the supplied key, for drop off"

• Vishvesh (7/5): Good loacation, Complicated checkin process - Nice apartment. Good location, bus stop right outside which can take you to Metro station. First of all, the checking process is very confusing and complicated. There are some steps that needs to be followed to get in. Noone is there is help you out, just a whatsapp number only for text messages. If you are arriving by car, first you need to go in the apartment, collect the keys and then go out again to take your car to underground parking. When you check out, you have to go down with the keys to access the garage, take your car out and go back up to the apartment to put the key back. Parking grage is abit narrow, if you have a big car.

• Prakash (10/5): The Perfect Place to Stay with Kids - Exceptional Host: This marked my inaugural experience at a B&B. The location was superb, just a few minutes' drive to the city center and a mere 3-minute drive to the Merlata Bloom Milano mall. The rooms were immaculate, boasting balconies and fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, convenient car parking facilities were available. The host exuded friendliness and was exceedingly helpful throughout our stay.

İç mekan oldukça ferah, balkonların manzarası fena değil. Ücretsiz kapalı garaj imkanı olması araba kiralayacaklar için güzel bir olay. Mahal olarak sessiz, sakin, güvenli denebilir. Yakınlarda discount market yürüme mesafesinde var.

• Velin (8/5): The apartmen gave what we needed - The apartment is in new and modern building - a closed complex type property. A really big terrace, rooms are bright and clean. There are a gelateria/cafe and pizza restaurant in front of the building, as well a park near by. The garage is a valuable asset to the property too and is required if you travel by car because there is no free parking available around. M1 metro station in a 10 minutes walk. We missed an espresso machine, dish washing liquid also was not available.

Host is super friendly. fully recommend. I don't understand how to adjust Air Conditioning. A bit warm during day time.

• Ciprian (4/5): Lots of room for improvement - It was close to a metro station (10 mins walk) in a nice apartment complex with a nice view. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. The location wasn't clean before we got there, we booked it for 4 people and the 2nd bed wasn't made and we had to search for the bedding. There wasn't enough toilet paper (1 roll for 4 people over 4 nights)
