Sri (9/5): Was close to a supermarket and station.The area had a lot of graffiti but don't let that stop you. - There was no breakfast and and it's about a 10 minutes walk from the station. I Had an issue with the shower and iron and called them up.They were very good in sorting out this issue. You should always email the client before they come stating that there is a local tax charge per night.Do not surprise them when they get there.If would smooth things up if you email the client the contract and ask for their passport details before they arrive so it takes less time ,plus the charge for the tax so they can pay before hand and they just collect keys and go.Also try printing out the stations or directions they need to get to apartments. This provides better customer service and lots of repeat business because you are going beyond customer expectations.
Igor (2/5): Stay to be swiftly forgotten. - The appartment was very dirty, some furniture broken. The smell entering the appartment was horrible ( coming from both toilets). It was so bad that we left early in the morning and didn t come back for the fully paid second night. Avoid this place ifyou want to have a pleasant stay in Milano.
