Although the house was full with other visitors, the building is well soundproof and we were not disturbed at all. The unit had everything we needed to have a great skiing holiday. Looking forward to come back in future.

Stil appartement, geen last van de buren gehad, doch het volledig was uitverkocht. Zeer warme badkamer, temperatuur is met vloerverwarming wat uitstekend is, maar niet regelbaar voor de badkamer.

A proximité de tout. - Emplacement proche du centre-ville (supérette, commerces), des remontées mécaniques et des bus. Tout se fait à pied. Appartement spacieux avec 2 salles de bain et 2 wc, idéal pour 6. Large terrasse. Local à ski chauffé avec entrée dédiée. Vue sur la montagne un peu masqué par la terrasse du dessus quand on est au rez-de-chaussé.

I wasn’t happy with the following: 1- Check out time was a bit early (09:00 to 09:30), especially when you need a morning relax before you begin a long car drive or if you have a late noon flight. 2- Toilet paper and toilet/bathroom towels are hardly enough for one night. 3- Security deposit on arrival located outside the village and very hard to find although I am very familiar to the Gastiner Vally

• sara (1/5): Very disappointing - nothing Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The service was extremely poor, and the staff were unprofessional and disrespectful in their behavior. Their attitude was so bad that we decided to check out on the second day of our stay. They promised to provide us with compensation cards, but we have not received anything until now. Upon arrival, we were surprised by unreasonable and restrictive rules – including being told not to use the hotel’s facilities, which makes no sense for paying guests. The place is uncomfortable, the experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re looking for comfort, respect, and professional service, this is definitely not the place

• Karen (7/5): Super dejligt sted, med fin skikælder, gåafstand til både indkøb og skiområdet, så alt i alt super dejligt sted - Super godt at man kunne få kortet til værelset på selve stedet så man ikke skulle ud at køre. Godt indrettet, og så lejligheden føltes større end den var. Lidt træls at man skulle betale et depositum, når man ankommer til stedet, men det skulle ikke betales i lejligheden, men en reception der ligger et godt stykke derfra (upraktisk når man kommer med bus). Det havde været nemmere at betale på forhånd. Men ellers super super fint

• Martin (9/5): - Naprostá spokojenost. Dobře vybavené, v blízkosti, centra i lyžařských vleků. Na požádání early check-in zdarma, stejně tak dvě parkovací místa. Lokalitu Gastein navštěvujeme pravidelně, takže celková spokojenost. jediná výtka, mail před check-outem je přehled povinností a následných penalties pokud nedodržíte zadání. Ještě jsem nezažil.

• LutWes (6/5): Gute Lage im kleinen Zimmer und schlechte / sehr weiche Matratzen - An sich ist das Zimmer gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute Lage. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und alles hat funktioniert. Wer ein Fan von sehr, sehr weichen Betten ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Leider sind wir in der ersten Nacht bereits auf das ausgeklappte Sofa gewechselt, um besser schlafen zu können. Das Sofa hat nur den Nachteil, dass es wirklich bei jeder Bewegung etwas lauter knarscht und quietscht - dies hat unseren Aufenthalt leider deutlich beeinflusst. Zimmer sind nicht die größten aber für zwei Personen ausreichen - mehr als das wird kritisch, da es nicht viel Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt.
• Anonym_AUT (6/5): - Die Wohnung war schön modern eingerichtet und die Lage war auch sehr angenehm mit schönen Ausblick. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war nicht sehr erfreulich. Zuerst kam jeden bis jeden zweiten Tag eine Erinnerungsmail die Kurtaxe zu bezahlen (die bei mir nach der Buchung noch dazukam zu dem Preis den Booking mir gezeigt hat), obwohl eine Zahlung kurz vor Ankunft in dem Apartment ausreichend ist laut Mail. Das fand ich als sehr aufdringlich, zumal das schon ein paar Wochen vor dem geplanten Aufenthalt startete und davor keine Information dazu kam. Außerdem gibt es keinerlei Gesamtrechnung (selbst auf mehrfache Rückfrage nicht) auf der ersichtlich ist, dass man das Hotel und die Kurtaxe bezahlt hat, da uns nur eine Rechnung mit noch ausständiger Kurtaxe zugestellt wurde und auch auf Nachfrage nicht mal eine Rückmeldung kam. Die Einrichtung ließ auch zu wünschen übrig - trotz 3 Schlafzimmern gab es in der gesamten Wohnung kein einzigen Föhn, keine Seife und kein Salz. Selbst die Reservemüllsäcke waren abgezählt (ich glaube es waren 2 Stück). Toilettenpapier gab es auch nur wenige Rollen, die bei weitem nicht ausreichend für die Aufenthaltsdauer und Anzahl an Personen war. Da hätte ich mir etwas mehr Basisausstattung gewünscht.

• Ahmed (1/5): عن نفسي أقمت بأغلى وافخم الفنادق والمنتجعات في أمريكا في اغلب ولاياتها ووالمملكة المتحدة والمدن العالمية مثل نيس وباريس - المبنى جديد والاثاث جديد ولكن لاتوجد خصوصية وحتى الي بالشارع تسمع صوتهم بالشقة والبلكونات مافيه خصوصية والمفروض تركيب حواجز للخصوصية وما انصح العوايل الي تبا الخصوصية تسكن فيه لانه في اماكن افضل بالمنطقة وباسعار اقل لاتوجد خصوصية بالبلكونه ولا المواقف لدرجة انه الشقق بالطابق الارضي المواقف امام البلكونة والسعر غالي ومكان الاقامة يفرض غرامات يعني بالاخير استغلاليين ومغلين الاسعار بعد حرب روسيا واوكرانيا ويبون يطلعونها من ظهور العرب
• Ahmed (1/5): سعر كبير جدا لو أقمت في اغلى منتجعات لاس فيغاس او لوس انجلوس بامريكا بيكون ارخص بالرغم من انها قرية صغيرة في الريف المفر - فقط المبنى جديد والاثاث جديد ولكن لاتوجد خصوصية بالبلكونات ولا الموآقف حيث ان المواقف مطلة على بلكونات الشقق الأرضية والشركة تفرض ضرائب على اتفه الاسباب وفي لحظة تخيلت نفسي أقيم في برج خليفة او برج العرب في مدينة دبي وليس في ريف وقرية صغيرة في النمسا لاتوجد خصوصية بالبلكونات وأصوات الجيران عندك بالشقة
