They provided dishwashing water bottles, liquid, sponge, and laundry detergent which is very nice considering we checked in very late and was not able to buy at the convenience store. They do room cleaning every 3 days but I hope it can be shortened to 1-2 days since we have a toddler that needs diaper changing. They also let us check out late at 12pm and let us leave the luggage within the day for FREE! There is a smell in the toilet that doesn't go away. It is the same smell from a public toilet so we thought it is normal.

The staff were very friendly and helpful for when we checked in. There was a lack of cleaning in the bathroom, it smelled a bit off. Other than that, we had a great experience.

The bathroom was dirty in many places, the shower floor didn’t transmit cleanliness either. The toilet also had a constant foul smell even if no one used it. The curtains are for show: they barely block out light so the room is very bright from sunrise which disturbs sleep. Overall not exactly a clean place and they only service the rooms once every 3 days which isn’t exactly what I would expect from a hotel….

The location in Shinsaibashi was excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and transport, making it very convenient for exploring Osaka. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. - Gabriela (1/5): Un desastre. Tuvimos que marcharnos la primera nocheaá - La ubicación Nos tuvimos que marchar del hotel después de pase la primera noche. Lo único que tiene bueno es la ubicación. El resto es penoso. Un olor a cloaca saliendo del baño que inunda toda la habitación, no tiene persiana y la cortina deja pasar toda la luz, haciendo que sea muy difícil dormir. Sucio para los estándares Japoneses,, con una cama tremendamente dura, con enchufes encima de la cabeza y sin interruptores de luz alrededor de la cama, con lo que tienes que levantarte de la cama para apagar o encender cualquier luz. Todo muy lejos de los estándares japoneses que hemos visto en las dos últimas semanas. Pedimos el rembolso y lo negaron. Aún así, hicimos el checkout después de la primera noche (teníamos pagadas 3 noches) y nos fuimos a un 5 estrellas que encima era más barato (Por cierto se llama Centara Grand Hotel Osaka)

- Avihay (10/5): It was amazing, a well-equipped apartment, perfect location. - The apartment was large and well-equipped. We enjoyed buying meats at the supermarket and grilling them in the apartment. That's how we enjoyed the Wagyu meat at a very reasonable price. The location of the apartment is amazing. You get out of the apartment and you are in the center of things. We will definitely come back here on our next visit to Osaka.

Need to be prepared to pay additional taxes when arrive. Only 2200 yen but wasn't across this as thought already paid for everything.

- Taylor (10/5): We couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough, perfect location, spacious family-friendly room, fantastic staff, and all the - The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk to great food spots and only 10-12 minutes to Dotonbori, which was perfect with two kids. The room was surprisingly spacious, comfortable beds, a kitchen and a lovely balcony that the children really enjoyed. We especially loved having an in room washing machine plus a drying room such a lifesaver when travelling with family! The hotel truly had everything we needed. But what stood out the most was the staff, they were beyond amazing, warm, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay smooth and special. We felt genuinely well taken care of the entire time. Nothing! Everything was excellent and exactly what we needed.

- Chin (10/5): Comfortable stay in a great location with friendly service. - The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is very convenient with many shops and food options just outside, and it’s within walking distance to Dotonbori. Staff were friendly and helpful, and having a lift made it easy to manage luggage. The pillow was a bit stiff and hard for my preference, but everything else was comfortable.
