• Diego Gabriel (4/5): Location is perfect but just save your money - The only thing I liked about this property was the location. Super convenient, everything around Shibuya was walkable (shibuya crossing is around more or less 10min walk) First, when we arrived the elevator was not working, there was no information or heads up from the owner and we had 2 big luggages, the accommodation was on the 9th floor. Had he given us any update or heads-up we would have been able to wait for the elevator to be fixed. When we arrived there was no response. Response came after 2 hours which was very unprofessional for someone expecting a check-in arrival. It was such a hassle bringing up luggages to the 9th floor by stairs that was too narrow. Second, the accommodation was too small. I understand that shibuya area is very expensive and rooms are smaller but this place is livable for 1 person only. If you will use the pull out bed, you won’t have any space for your luggage anymore. Bed-size is only a twin sized bed not even a double. Third, the toilet is smelly! I tried to fix it with pouring some cleaner to help with the smell but it still lingered. Public toilet is even cleaner tbh. Roughly $150 a night isn’t worthy for this stay.

• Jeffrey (9/5): Amazing on every level except size/space. - Location was excellent, 5-7 minutes walk to/from Shibuya Station. Eatery's, bars and shopping on your doorstep. Easy access to other parts of the city with 6 lines servicing Shibuya. If you want to see the area at its best, go out in the evenings when the crowds are at there largest. Facilities were excellent, the only downside from our point of view was no-where to put 2 medium sized suitcases. You either put them on the sofa bed, and had nowhere really to sit, put them on the bed, having to move them to sleep. In the end we stuck the barstools at the end of the bed, and lodged the cases under the sideboard/counter/table thingy.
• Mary Joann (6/5): Location was perfect. Simple amenities were lacking. Good for 1 night stays with small luggage only. - Location was VERY convenient. 5 minute walk to Shibuya crossing. Host was attentive. Provided towels, mini fridge, microwave, WiFi and television. Very cramped if you’re traveling with a group and have large luggage. Pull-out bed was already pulled out when we arrived so we had no room for any of our things (we just left them in the walkway - blocking the kitchen sink and stove, and in front of the toilet and shower). We didn’t even open our luggage because there was no room. Toiletries provided in shower (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were watered down and we didn’t end up using it. Lack of usable outlets. Bedframe had outlets that didn’t work. Closest outlets were being used for the tv and router.

• Mayur (9/5): Superb - Location Location Location. Heart of Shibuya. Good space for 2 people. If you have more, it would be a bit of squeeze. But given the location and pricing this is not much a concern.

• Benjamin (7/5): Great location, good for short stays - The location is pretty central where you are near a big Uniqlo and within walking distance to Shibuya Scramble. Just note that it is an uphill road to the apartment but it is manageable for luggages on wheels The cleanliness was not great and the room smelled of smoke when we checked in. Furnitures are also dusty and the sofa was creaking with every touch. Toilet had nothing to put your clothes on and it was a challenge to get clothes on after showering

• Alex (6/5): Small space but convenient in the heart of Shibuya. - The property was conveniently located in the heart of Shibuya and close to the station. Having a washing machine is handy if you need it. The common areas had no air-conditioning, especially the small lift, which was highly uncomfortable. The apartment space is adequate for two persons but more challenging for four people with their luggages too but if you’re out for most of the day that’s not too bad.

• Jeremy (6/5): great apartment for at most 2 people for those wanting to stay in the middle of shibuya - the location is very very good, right in the middle of shibuya, everything is there the apartment should been listed for 2 people max, it was difficult to pack and get in and out of the property with suitcases

• De (1/5): Horrible. Did not even stay for an hour. - Nothing The unit does not look like the photos posted. It was dirty with unmade dirty bed, no bed sheets, no pillowcases on stained pillows. There were 2 comforters folded with no cover and it was badly stained. Found hair everywhere specially on the bed topper.
