• Robert (10/5): - Die Lage ist top. Mitten in der Innenstadt und trotzdem verhältnismäßig ruhig. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt. Wir waren im zweiten Obergeschoss. Wenn man schweres Gepäck hat, könnte man sich einen Aufzug wünschen.

• Eva (8/5): - Die Ferienwohnung war schön, gross und sauber und sehr zentral, auch ruhig. Spontan zu buchen, 1 stunde vorher. Das Finden der Unterkunft war schwierig, auch der Checkin war schwierig. Wir mussten uns erst mal bei anderen Hotels durchfragen, die uns geholfen haben zu verstehen wie es funktioniert. Wiir mussten zu einer anderen Rezeption und dort die Schlüssel holen und uns anmelden.

• Zuppa (8/5): Quasi tutto perfetto - Posizione ottima . Pur essendo in centro l'appartamento è silenzioso. Fornito di tutto . Spazioso e pulito. Accoglienza ottima. Consigliato Abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento che non ci hanno risolto e neanche avvisato che il guasto non si sarebbe aggiustato. La temperatura nell'appartamento ( tranne la camera) era molto bassa. Anche la TV ne salone non funzionava .

• marina (10/5): Fantastisch - De locatie,het appartement zelf,de bedden,alles dus Er waren werken aan het appartementsgebouw en daardoor had je bijna geen uitzicht naar buiten omdat er voor de ramen blauwe doorzichtige doeken hingen maar ja dit heeft niets te maken natuurlijk met de ligging en het appartement zelf,deze werken zullen ook wel niet eeuwig blijven duren,

• Laura (4/5): Decepción - El alojamiento sin cortinas y balcones abiertos estaba estupendo. No nos gustó que se nos engañara con el tema de los andamios, se nos avisó y se nos hizo un 25% de descuento porque los balcones no iban a estar disponibles porque había unos andamios instalados por una obra de la fachada, en el correo no se nos dijo nada más. Pero se les olvidó avisar que el fin de semana iba a haber ruido de obra desde las 8:00 que nos impedía seguir durmiendo aparte de la poca intimidad ya que se oía y casi se veía todo tanto del interior como del exterior. Lo que era un fin de semana para descansar se volvió un poco pesadilla. Días después escribimos para hacerles saber el malestar y no les importó nada.

Ideal Coincidió que se estaba restaurando la fachada. Y no pudimos abrir ventanas y cortinas, por intimidad

Przede wszystkim zachwycił mnie niezwykle wysoki poziom czystości – wszystko było perfekcyjnie zadbane, pachnące i przygotowane z dbałością o każdy detal. Lokalizacja obiektu również zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę – blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji, a jednocześnie w spokojnej okolicy, co pozwalało w pełni się zrelaksować. Całe miejsce ma po prostu fantastyczny klimat. Od razu czuć tu dobrą energię, a pobyt pozostawia bardzo pozytywne wrażenia. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę ponownie! Brak
• Romas (8/5): - Puiki miesto lokacija – viskas lengvai pasiekiama pėsčiomis. Būstas pakankamai tvarkingas ir gražus,4žmonėm užteko ir įrankiu ir kavos, malonu jame apsistoti. Buvo labai patogu, kad galėjome palikti daiktus saugojimo spintelėse tiek atvykstant, tiek išsikraustant, todėl kelionė buvo daug lengvesnė. Apsigyvenome keturiese, o radome tik dvi kaldras. Paprašius administratorius kitą dieną atnešė du papildomus adijaliukus. Visgi būtų buvę dar komfortiškiau, jei jie būtų turėję užvalkalus. Salone kondicionierius veikė nepastoviai – tai pūtė šilta, tai visai nepūtė, o lapkritį jau buvo gana vėsu. Taip pat trūko kažkokio šildymo tualeto patalpoje, todėl ji buvo šaltesnė nei norėtųsi. Vasara net neabejoju, kad čia būtų trūkumai.
• Monika (1/5): - Budynek w jednej klatce ma 4 apartamenty. Ja i mąż byliśmy jedynymi lokatorami. Przyjechaliśmy na 2 noce. Ostatniej nocy ktoś o 2 dzwonił i próbował wyważyć drzwi i kraty wejściowe przez 1,5 godz , mało tego jest remont w tej kamienicy i rozstawione są rusztowania i ktoś próbował się wspinać po nich. Wezwaliśmy policję w ostatniej chwili . Boję się aż myśleć co mogłoby się stać… Nie polecam jeśli jest dla Ciebie zdrowie i życie cenne . Uważajcie proszę . Ja ledwo uszłam z życiem .

• Belen (7/5): Céntrico ( y ruidoso ) apartamento - Apartamento en magnífica ubicación. Facilidad para la recogida de llaves. Limpieza excelente. Precisamente su mayor ventaja es a la vez su mayor inconveniente. Al ser tan céntrico y estar ubicado en la confluencia de varias calles peatonales es literalmente imposible dormir varias horas seguidas, ya que cada vez que pasa un grupo hablando o riendo parece que están en el salón del apartamento. Y esto ocurre hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Mala insonorización por tanto. Otro punto negativo es que haría falta un enchufe en el baño.

Przepiękny, mały balkonik, na którym kawa smakowała wyśmienicie. Pobyt był naprawdę udany. Z drobnych niedogodności – bardzo trudno było znaleźć recepcję, co na początku trochę utrudniło zameldowanie. Brakowało też kieliszków do wina, co przydałoby się wieczorem 😉 oraz klamka w łazience była popsuta. Poza tym wszystko świetnie – chętnie wrócilibyśmy ponownie!

• antonella (8/5): Centrale e comodo - Appartamento in un vicolo della zona pedonale, zona centrale e perfetta per girare a piedi il resto della città. C'è un piccolo market proprio sotto e una serie di ristoranti a pochi passi. Il check-in e check-out si fa alla reception lì vicino e l'ho trovato molto comodo. L'appartamento è pulito anche l'ingresso e le scale del palazzo danno l'idea di pulizia. È dotato di quasi tutti i comfort, c'è anche una lavatrice ma non è fornito il detersivo. La fornitura standard per un'appartamento dovrebbe includere almeno qualche strofinaccio per asciugare le posate e qualcosa per pulire il tavolo, altrimenti è inutile fornire la cucina se diventa scomodo usarla.

• Sofia (9/5): Lovely place in a lovely location! - It was a little tricky to find the reception at the beginning, but once you wrap your head around on how to get around the little streets, its super easy! The place is lovely and the location superb! I would definitely stay there again! Not that much of a critique, however due to the building being old the balcony doors are not insulated/soundproofed that much. But the center goes quiet early so all good!

• Roberto (9/5): Piacevole soggiorno a Malaga - La posizione della struttura, nel centro storico e pedonale, è in posizione ottimale per raggiungere i principale punti di interesse turistico. Essendo nel centro storico le vie sono strette, non c'è traffico veicolare ma solo pedonale. Questo è un aspetto da tenere presente se si ha un'automobile, perché non si può arrivare fino alla struttura. Nelle vicinanze ci sono un paio di garage. Naturalmente qualche rumore, specialmente di sera, che viene dall'esterno dalla stanza si sente ma a noi non ha dato fastidio. Il silenzio assoluto è quasi impossibile da ottenere e un po' di spirito di adattamento ci vuole. L'appartamento ha risposto alle aspettative e la descrizione delle attrezzature corrispondeva a quella fornita. L'appartamento è al secondo piano, non c'è ascensore, le scale sono strette ma comode e a noi non hanno dato problemi. Da tenerne conto se si hanno valige voluminose o passeggini. Il condizionamento funziona bene ed è presente sia nel soggiorno che in camera da letto. E' temporizzato e se lo si lascia acceso durante il giorno si spegne. E' presente un quadro con un interruttore da dove si può riattivare. Il wifi è gratuito e una volta collegato non ha mai dato problemi di prestazioni. La colazione non era inclusa, ma la posizione della struttura è tale da avere nelle immediate vicinanze varie soluzioni per colazioni di tutti i tipi. La reception non è nella struttura, ma in un locale molto vicino. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Noi non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema. Non è perfetto ovviamente (per esempio la maniglia interna della porta del bagno non perfettamente fissata). Ognuno ha le proprie soglie di adattamento e quello che per noi non è un grande difetto per altri potrebbe esserlo.

• Michael (8/5): Convenient central location and good facilities but daunting stairs! - Location excellent and it was spacious. Well-equipped and a good bathroom. The stairs were a big drawback for us. Mistakenly we thought there was a lift. We had to manage 2 flights with luggage. We did it slowly but as we are in our seventies wouldn’t stay there again inspite of good facilities. We are pretty fit but wouldn’t recommend this accommodation for those with reduced mobility.

• Tony (8/5): Lovely weekend but.... - Location fabulous 👌. Apartment was clean but no heat or air con worked . The contact between the owner of apartment and us . Smell from sewers was awful . Had lots of rain but had no where to get clothes dry with heat in accommodation

Immediate confirmation after booking with detailed description of how to get to the office where they hand out the keys, curteous and helpful staff who spoke English very well, gave directions not only to the apartment. Despite the late hour, the receptionist also recommended a nice fish restaurant nearby with delicious food and wines. Easy check-in, spotless, large apartment with comfy beds in superb location in the inner city. After check out the next day we could also leave our luggage at the office while walking around in the city. Truly one of the best city stays I ever had. And I have quite an extended traveling experience.

Up two sets of stairs which was fine for us but not for anyone with mobility issues. Light didn’t come on for first set of stairs which was dangerous. My husband tripped twice. It was very hot and we didn’t realise for a while that the air conditioning worked from a different setting on wall. It was noisy in room but did work.

• Ramses_ii (10/5): Elegant apartment with great location - The location of the place is very good, next to the Iglesia de San Juan. Our apartment had a small balcony with table and chairs, which was nice. Livingroom bed could be opened for extra 2 people bed. It was ok. Bedroom bed was really comfortable and shower and toilet all right. Interiors of the apartment are really nice looking and kitchen facilities really good. We needed to wait for the keys in the reception for some time, because there was quite many people there at the same time. This was probably just bad luck and not a big problem. There may be some noise during the night from the hotel and street next to the building, but there is always noise in center of Málaga.

The apartment was comfortable and spacious with lots of modern touches, including a washing machine. We wished that we had more time to stay! Being in a pedestrian area, it was pretty quiet. It wasn't a problem for us, but it's important to note that there was not an elevator, so it was a bit of a hike up the stairs.

Apartment was clean and everything in the apartment was a good standard. It is very noisy. The location is in the middle of the city so noise is the downside.
