• Martyna (7/5): - Wszędzie blisko, świetna lokalizacja. Brak czystości, to największy minus tego miejsca pościel jedynie wydawała się czysta, braki w sztućcach, zepsute drzwi prysznicowe. Jest tu pralka, suszarka, zelazko (chyba brak deski, nigdzie nie było), czajnik , kuchenka, przygotowane są ręczniki, ale dla bezpieczeństwa lepiej może mieć swoje. Generalnie wszystko wkoło jest bardzo drogie, więc można przeżyć te warunki za tą cenę i lokalizację. Odbiór kluczy nie był problemowy, w sklepiku niedaleko, zdanie klucza to po prostu pozostawienie w pokoju.

• Radomir (7/5): Dobra lokalizacja, budżetowy. - Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem. Lokalizacja apartamentu jest znakomita. Wygodne łóżko, czysta pościel. Mało miejsca na rzeczy, ubrania. Brudne okna i zatykający się odpływ pod prysznicem i w umywalce.

Cortina sucia del salón, la ventana no cerraba bien, la mampara de la ducha no cierra del todo, tiene un pequeño banzo al entrar al baño no está señalizado y es fácil golpearse con el.

• Tsun-yeng Liceth (3/5): Inconforme con el cambiazo - La ubicacion muy buena, cerca la centro de la ciudad y muy segura la zona. Se puede movilizar de día y de noche sin ningún problema y encontrar la dirección es muy facil. El apartamento en sí, pues yo tomé uno en una direccion y me dijeron que estaba en reparación, asi que me toco recoger las llaves en otro lugar y quedarme enel que me indicaron. Este apartamento no tenia en función las lamparas, la nevera no enfria, la estufa de dos puestos solo sirve uno, la hervidora de agua con cal y agua detenida, la tostadora y microhondas faltos de higiene, las camas pésimas y para completar los asientos del comedor rotos. Y el aseo mal hecho, polvo y mugre detras de las mesas de noche y junto al TV. Me he sentido muy defraudada.

• Évelyne (8/5): bel emplacement pour visiter cette ville de Prague ! - l'emplacement dans la ville l'agencement des pièces les petits équipements : sèche cheveux, vaisselle , bouilloire etc ... meubles dans la chambre pour poser ses affaires machine à laver ( même si je ne l'ai pas utilisée) le canapé lit un peu petit et un peu dur pour certains douche étroite pour y entrer : la porte s'ouvre peu mauvaise évacuation de l'eau de la douche pas de place pour poser trousse de toilettes ( petite étagère? ) on avait coché parking sur booking mais au final il faut utiliser le parking sous sol sous un grand magasin pas trop loin mais dépense importante = on a été déçu mais si on l'avait su avant on aurait été moins surpris. les couloirs et les portes des appartements sont très abimées , ça donne un côté un peu ... comment dire ... presque vétuste mais on est rassuré quand on ouvre la porte de l'appartement

• Natália (8/5): very nice - very good location, good communication, the place looks pretty okay for a few day stay the apartment was pretty cold even with the heating turned on BUT it was acceptable I'd recommend a thick hoodie and/or a blanket and it'll be fine

• Ila Ka-Czubiel (10/5): - Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony za co wielki plus. Przestronny idealny dla rodziny 4-6osobowej. Polecamy Nie mam zastrzeżeń
• Grabowska (7/5): Dla niewymagających - Wszędzie blisko , winda, Dostaliśmy dodatkowe łóżeczko dla dziecka. Netflix, YouTube. Wi-Fi Pralka Na pewno kiedyś jeszcze tam wrócimy że względu na lokalizację. Jeśli ktoś jedzie do Pragi żeby zwiedzać, a nie siedzieć w mieszkaniu, to te mieszkanie właśnie takie jest żeby się umyć przespać czy coś przekąsić.. Brak małych łyżeczek w kuchni, okna przez które wiało, szyba od prysznica co ciągle spadała. Problem z parkingiem. Opiekacz w opłakanym stanie , strach było go używać.
• Lucile (6/5): Super emplacement ! Appartement correct ! - L'emplacement est super ! En plein centre. Facile d'accès. Propriétaire qui se réajuste aux besoins. Nous avons dû passer une nuit sans lit bébé qui n'était pas là à notre arrivée et nous avons fait le séjour sans chaise haute (qui était un équipement noté dans la description de l'appartement). Nous avons trouvé la literie peu confortable mais cela dépend de chacun aussi. Une vitre de porte était cassée et nous étions avec nos enfants mais le/la propriétaire est venue sécuriser la porte et apporter le lit bébé dès le lendemain en nous offrant aussi quelque chose à manger et à boire.

• monica (3/5): A parte l'alloggio, ritengo che il mio soggiorno sia stato meraviglioso. - La posizione ottima. Sia per la zona storica, sia dall'areoporto, in 20 minuti si arriva con autobus e metro.E poi bastano 10 minuti s piedi per raggiungere l'alloggio. Il bagno, le pulizie sicuramente. È l'alloggio è un po' vecchio. Specialmente il bagno che sarebbe da rifare e da fare attenzione allo scalino per entrare in bagno che è molto pericoloso.
• Sandra (6/5): Normal pero muy bien ubicado - La ubicación buenísima en pleno centro de la ciudad y puedes ir caminando a todas partes Las ventanas no cerraban bien, por lo que entraba el frío y la puesta de la ducha estaba rota, cosa que ya había leído en otros comentarios anteriores de los huéspedes y no se habían preocupado de arreglarla La comunicación con el propietario bastante mal, ya que tardaba mucho en contestar cuando tenías algún problema También tuve que esperarme bastante a mi llegada para que me entregaran las llaves

• Jana (4/5): - Byt bol cisty. Jedina vyhoda je ze je v centre mesta. Je to starsi byt, velmi jednoducho vybaveny. Ubytovani sme boli v oktobri, bolo chladno, kurenie nebolo spustene. Zial cez steny je vsetko pocut. Cena si myslim nezodpoveda vybaveniu, jedine polohe bytu.

• Manuel (1/5): Alojamiento insalubre e inseguro - Nada La falta de seguridad y de limpieza en las instalaciones. Mampara rota, tomas de corriente tiradas en el suelo pegada a la ducha, la ducha no desaguaba, la falta de limpieza era enorme, calderos y sartenes sucias, nórdicos con manchas amarillas, pelos en la cama, alfombra salón llena de restos de comida, inodoro muy sucio con restos que llevan mucho tiempo incrustado, cortinas sucias, ..... Sofá cama muy incómodo para dormir. Tuvimos que alquilar otro alojamiento y marcharnos. La compensación económica de Booking por dos días (unos 84 euros) insuficiente. Booking no debería permitir alojamientos que no cumplen condiciones mínimas de seguridad y salubridad.

• Carlos (8/5): Refugio en el corazón de Praga. - La ubicación del apartamento en el corazón de Praga, la limpieza y que está totalmente equipado para poder hacerte un café o improvisar una comida. Dado que está ubicado para el oeste, si te toca en verano con récords de temperaturas a no tener persianas ni cortinas gruesas en el salón es caliente, aunque imagino que será una delicia en invierno.

• Antonio (8/5): Good - The location was perfect! We had a slight problem with the hot water in the shower but they resolved it quickly. The kitchen utensils could be better and cleaner but did their purpose.
• Radoslav (5/5): Worth chosing to stay in this apartment - Apartment was nice, clean yeah, and it was nearby the city center. picking up keys at some shop nearby was a task for itself, for someone who is with bags and first time in the city. Shower had issues with water drainage and it has to be quick shower otherwise you are standing in water. Pillows were there but so thin that you had to put towels or clothes underneath in order to be able to sleep so it was not that pleasant and comfortable.

• Jodie (10/5): Lovely friendly helpful people, location central to everything - We arrived and found it hard using Google maps to find location ,but we were met with the keys and a very friendly landlord, we asked could we leave our luggage there on departure day until it was time to go to airport, we were extremely happy to stay there and would recommend it to friends and relatives Nothing everything was amazing

• Thomas (8/5): This studio is a great value for the money when you factor in location, temperature comfort, and amenities (fridge, cook - 1) It is walking distance from the Praha hl.n train station, as well as many attractions and tour guide meeting points, as well as restaurants/bars. 2) The studio/unit is at the back of the building, away from most of the street noise and the noise of people coming in/out of the building. 3) It was overall clean. 4) Signage inside was helpful (e.g. the hot water tank limit). 5) Fridge size was bigger than expected. 6) Temperature (winter, 8•c): the studio stayed during the day without the radiator on, and I only had turn it on very low at night. 1) It had an “old” stale smell that was persistent enough to trigger a headache. 2) Also, sometimes there was a smell of cigarette smoke, but I couldn’t figure out why. 3) The property location instructions could be better detailed. It was difficult to determine the correct unit once inside because the flat doors have 2 numbers on them, and the studio name isn’t on the door. 4) The bed pillows are very old and yellowed, and misshapen, which caused a lot of neck pain. Also, it was very off-putting to think about how many people’s drool had stained them, and the last time they were changed. 5) The bed/mattress is uncomfortable. You can feel the springs/frame when you lay down.

• Rastislav (3/5): Poor - City centre location - perfect. 👍 Apartment clean 🙂 TV signal - very bad. 👎 TV Remote control not working - need to change.👎 Bed for two 140cm wery small, mattress - bad condition- urgent need to change - whole bed totally uncomfortable 👎 Sofa for sleep - only in urgent cases. - may be just for one night...👎 I do not recomend this apartment- there are apartmetns in much better condition for the same price. 👎
• Dyrda (7/5): Very good location in Prague - Great localization, generally the apartment was ok. The carpet was a little bit dirty, shower and windows were damaged. It needs some repairs.
